A garden to attract donors? *sighs* I guess all is right with the world then. Why can't a city just do something for it's people without an ulterior motive?
Then again, if they did demons like me would be out of work wouldn't we? Can't have that.

And I think at least someone already donated to start the operations of this Chinese Garden =D But the paper doesn't say when it'll be completed, I can't wait to see it! 143

The Hunington Gardens were left with a huge trust fund in order to keep it free to the public. However, the people in charge of the trust fund saw an opportunity and have started charging admission and getting donors. THe rules for how to use the trust fund money are extremely strict. The rules for using donation money are not.
