Ah screw the twin idea. I'm just going to create two male characters, one being a year older as well as a grade older than the other one, and have a kind of romantic relationship between the two. Older one will be a cool character, dark lavender hair, takes a liking to black clothing (similar to the attire my avatar wears right now), and has the ability to manipulate wind, air or any form of gaseous matter (not including plasma, even though I could get away with that since Plasma is just ionized forms of gas-state matter). The younger one, however, has the ability of a kind of partial animal shapeshifting ability. He can take on the aspects of different animals he knows about, the only major physical changes are the gaining of a set of ears similar to the animals if it is an animal such as a wolf or a cat as well as a tail. In addition, the younger one gains a few special enhancements depending on which animal he is shapeshifting into. Example. If he took on the aspects of a regular house cat, he would be granted enhanced smell, night vision, agility and balance. If he took on the aspects of a cheeteh, he would gain largely increased speed and agility as well as enhanced night vision. If he took on the aspects of a wolf, his brain power would be enhanced, including his intelligence, as well as his stamina and speed. If he took on the aspects of a snake, he could perform short instant bursts of rapid movement and his teeth bites would infect the victim with a poison. If he took on the aspects of a bull, he would gain a greater deal of weight to him (not fat) since he would be affected more by the effect of gravity on mass since he would possess increased strength.

However, they have to be real animals and such. And he can't fully transform, the only real transformations is the gaining of animal-like ears and a tail.
