"Ground rules..." Hotaru repeated. He supposed so but he didn't feel it necessary. "If you'd feel better that way I suppose...." He added. Clouds drifted overhead blocking out the sun providing a bit of shade for the time being. The slightly darkened rooftop grew mysterious with so many sheets. Hotaru's ears twitched as Sagno's clan name was revealed. Uchiha. The most famous of all clans Hidden in the Leaves. Bearers of the legendary Sharingan. Hotaru had heard rumors of what happened to those who became friends of an Uchiha. That was really the only way to unlock the Sharingan's offensive techniques. Otherwise all it was good for was paying close attention to detail. That and giving off a slight hypnosis that can influence the opponent to act a certain way. "Uchiha......Lets hope those eyes of your can keep track of all my bugs" Hotaru said with a hint of scorn in his voice. Even the masterful ocular senses of an Uchiha surely couldn't keep track of the millions of insects that Hotaru played host to. This would be discovered soon enough. Hotaru stepped back a bit putting a few meters between him and Sango. A few more bugs became noticeable on Hotaru's person. This was definitely going to be interesting.

(( I got to run, I will be back tomorrow. )) Hotaru would hear the comment about the opinion of Sango thinking that they should lay down some ground rules that was quickly laughed off and made it clear that it did not matter to him. Sango would notice the shock that ran through Hotaru as she cleared up the fact that she indeed an Uchiha. Sango cleared up the fact that Hotaru had known the harm he had placed himself in getting that close to her. Hotaru quickly sought refuge in the fact that he had a contract with the bugs that were inhabited his body since just after birth. As the comment making light of the Sharingan would be heard, Sango would only slightly chuckle once before saying, “Ground rules should be no fatal attacks will be delivered. Everything else is fair game.” Sango would then smile and watch as Hotaru would put some distance between the pair on the roof top as he had a few more of his friend come into view. Sango would then say, “I doubt that I would need the Sharingan. You will not get to see the legendary doujutsu of the Uchiha from me.” Sango would then take up a relaxed stance as she prepared herself to fight. Sango’s feet were spread slightly more than shoulder length apart while flexing her knees slightly. Sango would slightly twist her body to have her left shoulder lead towards the direction of Hotaru. Sango’s head keep pointed towards Hotaru and slightly looking down towards the center of his chest. This was a tactic that Sango had often used to dehumanize the opponent within her mind in order to ensure that Sango would not hold back due to feelings of remorse that lingered in her mind so often.Training Post: 12.5 of ???

"We'll see. I might surprise you and force you into using the Sharingan. Don't underestimate me" Hotaru said confidently while remaining cold and emotionless. The destruction bugs began to float around Hotaru in a sort of cloud all around him with a few parts uncovered. Any onlooker may think that Hotaru was being attacked by the bugs. Suddenly the bugs began to disperse spreading out in all directions towards the fence of the rooftop. Sango had best look out for herself. Hotaru had kept them from feeding on his chakra for some time now and would take a chance at any meal they could find. As the ring of black bugs spread away from Hotaru, he began making a string of hand signs. He then looked from behind his spectacles around the rooftop. He jumped pack into the cover of the rustling sheets. His shadow could be seen as it shifted for a second. Hotaru would wait for Sango to try and surprise her.

Sango’s ears would be quickly filled with the response of Hotaru as he assumed that Sango’s refusal to use the Sharingan as offensive in some manner. However, the fact that Sango refused to use the Sharingan while sparring with Hotaru was for a few different reasons that she did not honestly expect another Shinobi to understand. Sango would choose to make a name from herself when ever she was able without the Sharingan since she secretly longed to be different than the average Uchiha Clansman when battling. Sango was aware of how the doujutsu could be used for other reason besides that of the genjutsu casting that was among its highest qualities. Sango would just simply shake her head slightly from side to side as she knew that she would not be able to explain that she viewed the fighting another without the Sharingan as a more respectful way to fight since that puts them on close to equal footing. The form of destructor bugs that swarmed around Hotaru would grow into a cloud rather quickly before they would quickly be ordered out to the fence in all directions. Sango would react to this by increasing the bend in her knee and quickly leaping up into the air while rotating her body around to clear the advance of the destructor bugs advance upon her while heading towards the fence a distance behind her. Sango would rotate her body to allow her head to point towards the rooftop as she watched the movement of Hotaru as he quickly sought cover among the rows of rustling sheets that danced about in the gentle breezes from time to time. While Sango rotated through the air and before landing on her feet and taking up the ready stance again, her hands were busy making a string of handseals of her own. Sango had not underestimated the abilities of Hotaru because of the contract with the destructor bugs. Sango viewed each of those destructor bugs under the control of Hotaru in much the same view that someone would look at the puppets that were controlled by a masterful puppeteer. Sango knew that either weapon of choice could prove a pain over a drawn out fight. However, it was the destructor bugs that were slightly more of a pain rather quickly because of the sheer number that inhabited the user’s body.Training Post: 16.5 of ???

From behind the sheets, Hotaru placed his palm against the ground creating a rather large cloud of smoke. Not even the sheets could hide what was behind them. It was an over sized silk worm. Hotaru had used the Advanced bug summon to call fourth the massive bug. It was pale green in color with two white stripes on its back. Much of its body was covered in large pointy hairs. Hotaru could be seen standing atop the silk worm roughly the size of a small train car. He said nothing to Sango as he tapped the bug with his foot. It wasn't visible at all which end Hotaru was standing on for both its head and its tail looked exactly the same. This was soon made apparent. The end Hotaru was standing on raised up as it seemed to squirm. It reared back for a few seconds as it seemed to inflate. It lunged forward releasing a fine spray of sticky silk in a net-like fashion. The spray of silk flew through the air as it began to descend onto Sango. The more the Uchiha would fight with the sticky substance, the more she would become entrapped within it. Hotaru stared silently at Sango wondering how she would deal with the silk. He imagined she would use the Uchiha's famed fire spewing abilities.

Sango would complete the handseals series that she had preformed while rotating over the outwards launched ring of Destructor Bugs. As Sage would land and begin to settle down into the ready stance she would notice the poof of smoke rise up from the sheets that offered shelter to the exact location of Hokaru until the completion of the summons, the green silk worn that was called forth raised up before the body seemed to squire slightly causing Sango to simply mutter, “Ice Defense.” Sango would then manipulate her chakra to form an ice wall between where she stood and where the Sink Worm had spit the webbing towards her. Sango watch as the fine mesh web collated with and quickly pilled up upon it as it stuck to it. Sango’s mind would begin to slow down as she started to think about what exactly that she would be able to do against the summons to even level the playing field. It was also becoming painfully clear that she really needed to increase her knowledge of techniques if she hoped to not have to use the Sharingan whenever she fought or spar with someone.Training Post: 18.5 of ???

Hotaru tilted his head in annoyance as he began rummaging through his shuriken holster. He pulled out a plain kunai with a piece of paper attached to it. He tossed it at the ice wall as it whistled though the air. It dug into the frozen block as the piece of paper caught fire. It burned to its end causing a moderately sized explosion. The wall of ice was shattered into tiny shards sending cold chunks everywhere. Hotaru silently tapped the silk worm with his foot as he repeated the process. The silk worm once again reared itself back and shot a second wave of sticky silk netting.

(( I have not yet made my two characters meet each other so there would be no reason to have them both go. Besides, it would be easier for me to gain post by keeping them apart. )) Sango watched as the ice formed and provided the defense to the fine silk mesh that was a net that was intending to capture her and bind her up. Sango would not have to wait long to tell that Hotaru had reacted to the ice wall, as the sound of the kunai digging into the ice wall before the explosive tag would make the distinctive sound while burning to ignite the explosion that would be used to destroy the wall. However, Sango was not planning to stand and have the ice hurled back on her while leaving herself open to another attack. Sango would quickly use the body flicker technique to move around the rooftop battle site in a few hundredths of a second. As the smoke and ice would settle and the large Silk Worm would rear up again to spit another fine mesh net towards where she would have been standing if not moving. Sango was actually hoped to get a new angle on the worm and Hotaru in order to catch the pair off guard. While Sango was moving she would reach down and gripped the hilt of a kunai and pull it from the pouch and grip so the blade would travel along her arm.Training Post: 20.5 of ???

Akira wandered through Hidden Leaf for the first time in a long time. He had still not been back to the Hidden Moon since the end of the Exams, but he really did not care. He wondered what his team had been doing in his absense. He doubted that they all had been busy training for as long as he had, it would be possible but he really did not believe that they all would not have gone back to see their families at least once since the end of the exams. It was possible, but, again he did not believe that it was true.
Anyway it had been a while since he had been in the Hidden Leaf Village for training. He had been their earlier in his career as a ninja. It was the first stop he made after he came back to his village after coming home from the academy. It had been huge to him then and it was still huge now. There were villages that exceeded it looks, its beauty, but their were few villages that had ever matched its brute strength Akira was there to see one of the ninja that had made that brute strength legendary.
Walking around Akira caught sight of the ninja that he was looking for. She had been described to him by one of his old teachers, Kakashi, in his last time in Hidden Leaf. Now, however, she was her own woman. She was an accomplished kunoichi, trained with one of the original three legendary sannin. Akira double timed it to catch up to her. As it had it, she turned around before he got up to her. "Sakura, I would like you to train me. I know of your skills and would like to learn from you to improve my own."
The seemed bored. Understandable since that was the worst way she had ever been asked to train someone. "Whatever," she said Then she started walking again. Akira started walking after her. He had no idea where she was going, but she was his trainer now and He was not about to let her out of his sight. Now he was going to have a lot of fun. The two of them made there way to a training ground. One of the many training grounds in the Hidden leaf village. Akira was prepared for just about anything.
He felt that he could take anything that she could throw at him. Now that is not exactly a smart belief looking at who he felt he wanted to train with. There was a time when Sakura was a mediocore kunoichi at best. Always having to have to be saved by her friends from harm and danger. That quickly changed when one of those friends, Sasuke Uchiha decided to forsake his village and go to the legendary Sannin and banished ninja Orrochimaru to recieve the training that he seeked.
He wanted to get strong enough to defeat his brother, the person who single handed, or so it seemed, destroyed the entire Uchiha clan. There were many attempts to get him back from his captures, all of those attempts proved to be failures. It was becaused of those failures that Sakura, who though a mediocore ninja had some of the had some great chakra control, went to the then hokage, another one of the legendary Sannin Tsunade, to ask her to train Sakura to be a medical ninja.
Along with the medical training, Tsunade trained Sakura to be like her. She trained Sakura to be able to dodge with the skill that she had, Also, she trained Sakura to be able to unleash her inhuman strength unlike any other. Strength that was not unlike Tsunade's own strength. The strength that beat one of the Sannin to within an inch of his life. Now to start this training, Tsunade had to first bestow on to Sakura the gaia seal. That seemed at the time to be the easiest way to unlock her power.
At least for the time being her power was under the Gaia seal. Eventually she would be strong enough to use her power without use of the gaia seal. That is the point that she is at now. However This piece of history, though interesting and somewhat important to understand what is going on is not nearly important to continue. I guess that what I am really trying to say is that I digress. Yes that is certainly what I am trying to say. Anyway, Sakura seemed to be deep in though for a short while.
I say again, the time was short. She then set off at a walk away from the training ground. Akira, now quite puzzled, quickly followed her out of the training grounds before he lost her in the crowed. She seemed to be walking with a purpose. She certainly knew where she was going. Akira however was not a native of the hidden leaf village and even though he had spent a good amount of time at the hidden leaf village, he had no idea where she was going. This is a rarity for him, you must understand that.
However, when he happens, Akira gets quite worried about it. The thing that Akira feared more than anything else was the unknown. HE just did not like the lack of knowledge about the unknown and the mysterious aura that accompanied the unknown. He wanted more than almost anything else to turn around and go back home. Okay, it was not that major, but he was not perticularly thrilled about following Sakura to a place that he knew absolutly nothing about whether he was trying to learn from her or not.
However, he was trying to learn from her so he pushed on, hating him self for it. After a short while the two of them came upon the end point of the journey. Akira had nothing to be afraid of, it was a library. However, this was not the main library of the Hidden Leaf Village. No, this was a special library. Because of that id did not get nearly as many visitors as did the main library. Sakura stopped at the steps of th library and turned to Akira. "This is a private library in the hidden leaf village.
Not just anyone can get in here, even if you are a native. Very few foreigners ever see the inside of its walls. Heads of villages, heads of states, heads of countries, entrance to this library is barred to all but a privileged few. I am one of that select few who can walk into the library anytime I please, partially because of my training and partially because of the people that I know. What can I say, I am just that good at what I do. Now the question is, will you be able to follow me into the establishment?
There are a few techniques that will give you the power to do that, even a few in this village. I have no doubt that you have some technique that you will be able to use to gain entrance to this place. I will be waiting to see the technique that you choose. Just remember that it is broad daylight and the if you cause a noticable commotion, you will have to deal with the police force. Such things will certainly get you thrown in jail and possible get you executed for terrorist actions or spying or some stupid charge like that.

With that Sakura turned heel and went inside. Akira was flabergasted to say the least. He had to now find a way into the library to get trained by her.
The woman was really being hard on AKira. IF she did not want to train him all she had to do was say it. Now she had him trying to get into a restricted access library. That woman was just messed up. Akira kept ranting in his head for about two minutes before he realized that he was running out of time just wasteing it like that. Akira quickly got to work. It was not that Akira did not have a way in, on the contrary, Akira had a very good way in. His problem with the job was that it was obviously just a way to get rid of him.

Akira activated his Kikuta Gaze technique. He would need it for what he was about to do. It was the plus about his clan. HE did not have the ability to see chakra, not with his eyes atleast. Now he did have some powers for his eyes. Powers that allowed him to get through the door with ease. As he walked towards the guard, he took a peek in his mind using the kikuta interrogation looking for his name. When he found it he simply switched techniques and to the kikuta memory technique and put a memory in his head that is pro Akira.

The guard nods to Akira as he walks by. Akira smiles at him. He was having fun with the guys memories. It was more than a little messed up but hey, he was bored with just getting screw over by Sakura. Now he decided that he would be the one doing the screwing. Okay that just sounded wrong. Akira walked into the library and saw that it was not unlike the other one. However, this one had a lot more books in it. It was crammed with books. It was like the restricted section of a library.

Akira was happy that there were not a lot of people in the library. There were only two people in there, other than Akira and Sakura, who was out of sight. The two seemed to be pretty old. Possibly the hokage's council. They did not look up as Akira walked in. Akira checked the time. He had about one minute thirty seconds to find Sakura. He was not having a good day. He looked around the library. He did not see her from the door. He then set off walking down the rows looking for Sakura.

It did not take Akira long to find out where Sakura was. She was looking through the medical books near the back of the library. IT really did not surprise him that Sakura wast there. She is a medical ninja after all. One of the best medical ninja in the world. Alkira checked the time and saw that he had made it. He whistled and Sakura looked up and saw him. If she was surprised, she certainly did a good job of hiding it. "Well well, you are more surprising than I thought you were. I can use you.

Here, this is the technique that I will teach you first. It is called the Gaia seal. This technique was what Lady Tsunade used to bring out my power. Before I learned my strong fist style I had to master using this technique in battle. It is similar to the cursed seals and the healing seal, however iT is defferent in the way that this technique just enhances the strength of a ninja and does not change their apparence in any way. That makes the technique a lot more stealthy than most seals.

Anyway, the first thing that you have to do to learn the technique is simply to draw it on yourself. Here is the picture," she said pointing to the intricate design that was on the page. "You will be able to tattoo is on your skin using your chakra. Actually, I tell you what." She did not say anything. WHat she did do was grab Akira's arm and hold it tightly. AKira would not have been able to get out of the grip if he had tried to. However, he did not. Within a few seconds, Akira felt a white hot pain in his arm.

Akira did all that he could not to cry out. He didn't. When Sakura removed her hand, the symbol was on his arm. "Okay then, lets get out of here. That is all that I came here for." "Why couldn't you have done that outside at the training ground?" "I just did not really feel like it honestly." With that they both left the library. They walked through the streets until they hit another training ground. This one was closer. "Now you will train until you can unleashe the full pontiental of your strength.

But," Sakura said looking at her watch, not now. Now we will get some sleep. I will see you in the morning. You better get a room at an inn before they all fill up. This is hte hidden Leaf Village, we are a very popular destination for all things ninja." With that Sakura smiled and left the training ground. Akira was surprised by what happened. He was unprepared and just stood there for a few seconds. After that he began to walk away. He had already rented a room for the month at an inn so he was good for a place to stay.

When he reached the inn he quickly made his way to his room. His stuff was safe in the room. The scroll that contained Selene the Moon Diety was on the night stand. It was not the safest place for it but he knew that as long as no one knew what it was, there was no way that they would steal it. It did not contain the seal of Orimara Hanzo, the man who Akira had obtained the scroll from along with information about several other trapped beasts. Orimara Hanzo, by the best understanding, was trying to defend his village.

A large amount of beasts. His team would think that their travels were their own ideas. That they were choosing where they were going. The truth was that It was Akira's idea. He would use the coersive abilities that he had obtained for himself using his kikuta eye. HE had put the thoughts of the beasts in their heads. Well most of them, Ichigo he actually straight up told him about the beast that he was going up to find. IT would be a lot easier than looking for something that had the level of illusion ability of the hell hound.

Anyway, either now, or very soon, his team would be on the hunt for certain animal summons. Akira himself had one summon in perticular that he would have to get his hands on after the chuunin exams. It would be after they get their summons that Akira would really get down to business with them. It was weird, Akira had truly grown to like his people. They were good people. After his time with the three of them, Akira knew that he could trust them in battle. They were good kids but hey, for the good of the village.

Akira thought about that as he went to bed. It was a long day and it was going to be an even longer one tomorrow. He had better bet ready for whatever Sakura had in store for him the next morning. He awoke the next morning. When he opened his eyes a figure came into focus. When he realized that someone had made it into this room his hand gripped the kunai blade that was in his hand under the pillow. He was about to slice open the persons neck when the figure grabbed his hand and forced it back down.

Akira was about to activate his kikuta gaze when the figure finally came into focus. A pink dress, black gloves. Monsterous strength. It was Sakura. And she was about to break Akira's arm. "Okay okay let go of me, dam*it!" Akira shouted at the top of his lungs. IT felt like his arm was being ripped out of its socket. Sakura lets go of Akira after a few seconds. When Akira turned to her she had a look of murder on her face. "If you ever, EVER, attack me again, I will rip your arms off and shove them where the sun don't shine."

She said with a poisonous glare. "Lets get going." With that she thundered out of the room. AKira still needed a few seconds to realize what had just happened.

Taking a walk with Jono through the charred remains of their little portion of the forest, Kiraki couldnt help but to think how long it would take for all of this to grow back.
"Years..." He mumbled, walking side by side with the shinobi he just fought with.
"So Tin Man," He began as his eyes surveyed the scene. "You held yourself well out there. Surprisingly well actually....Maybe a tad bit.....overzealous." Kiraki kicked the ground a bit as small cloud of ash was let loose into the air. A small wind blew through and the man sized cloud became a mini dervish as it engulfed the masked ninja and his traveling companion.
"We could have some use for someone like you. Maybe even You for Us. But for now, I think it should be time for a temporary farewell, lest we find ourselves fighting for our lives against the Leaf Military...."
The dervish of ash obscured Kiraki completely and settled, leaving nothing to point out where he had gone. In his place was a small scroll with a red cloud seal. Directions to someplace.....

Making the last of his healing duties, the wooden clone got up, and through the eye holes in his masks, looked like he was smiling as he spoke.
"Well...you should live, thats good. I hope we meet on fairer terms in the future."
With that, he went up in a plume of smoke.

Hotaru didn't even have to wait for the smoke to clear to know that Sango had already vanished. His method for doing so was quite ingenious or at least Hotaru thought so. Hotaru turned to face Sango as he said "I told you you should have been using those eyes of yours. If you had, you would have easily seen the female bug I planted on you when I poked you in the forehead." Sango would finally begin to notice that a few bugs had already been crawling on her clothing, drawn by the scent of the female bug. The bugs were naturally keeping tabs on Sango's position keeping Hotaru informed. These bugs were already feeding on Sango's chakra but there weren't nearly enough to actually drain her of her chakra. They were merely devouring their fill. However, Hotaru's next attack will be far more draining for the Uchiha. The majority of the bugs that rested on the fence began to shift as they crawled rapidly. Hotaru nodded as he muttered "Destruction Bug Storm" Suddenly all at once the millions of insects flew rapidly as the circle of bugs enclosed around Sango, quickly drawn by the female's scent. The bugs began spinning around her rapidly creating a massive gust of wind as they formed an entire tornado of kikai. The gust of wind traveling in the funnel of insects was strong enough to pick the fragile genin up off the ground. The bugs only spun more and more rapidly, spinning Sango very quickly surely making her incredibly dizzy and disoriented. To top it all off, the bugs were doing something far more dangerous than just making the Uchiha nauseous. As they spun, they were draining her chakra. The funnel like motion seemed to be drawing her chakra out of her body, as it was devoured by the hungry insects. The tornado of insects suddenly parted, leaving Sango to fall to the ground with a soft thud. It hadn't lifted her high off the ground so no real damage could be done by the fall. Sango had best be more concerned about conserving her remaining chakra. If Hotaru had really been out to kill, she would have easily passed out from chakra exhaustion. Hotaru waited for a moment for the Uchiha to catch her breath to see if she could continue their little match.

(( Due to a number of things... including moving, I am not sure when I will have steady internet access again for a few days. I will accept that for know. )) Sango’s movement was fast enough that even some of the most skilled Shinobi would have had a little trouble keeping up with her. It was not until Hotaru had turned to look right at her after the movement that in the back of her mind she knew that she had made an error and had actually let him touch her early on and thus gave him time to use the tracking skill that was among the best in all of the Shinobi clans. Sango knew that if she keep refusing to use the doujutsu of the clan that she would have not been able to avoid the actions of Hotaru. However, Sango was not going to give him the pleasure of seeing her Sharingan. Sango watched as she did not bother to fight the outcome of the technique of the destructor bugs that caused the swarm that was resting on the fence to quick close in around her and begin to swirl into the vertex that caused an upward lift in the center of the tornado that swirled around her. Sango’s body weight was not enough to keep her feet firmly planted on the rooftop as she was lifted up. Sango would begin to feel the chakra that was getting eaten by the bugs causing the fatigue of her body’s earlier fight with Sin to be worse. Sango spun around for a few minutes as the spin seemed to expel the little Chakra within her. After a little while the destructor bugs’ tornado that had lifted her from the ground would quickly split up. The updraft that was holding up only a split second before would quickly dissipate and sent her falling upon the rooftop a few feet below her. As Sango hit the rooftop she would quickly be over come by the nastiness and quickly throw up. Sango would glance up and see that Hotaru was waiting to see if she was able to continue the fight or if she had had enough by this point. Sango would take a deep breath and then wipe her mouth to make sure that all the throw up was removed from her before she would then say, “I had made a mistake and suffered because of that, but I have to admit that I was not in the best condition to spar when I had offered. Akou Ichazuki
In the distance Akou rides atop Yumi beside Kehome. He looks off into the distance and smiles as Kehome looks at him. “Don’t get your hopes up. Tamada may have been mistaken.” “I’m not.” lies Akou thinking about just how things might go should Reina be in Leaf. “Reina!” exclaims Akou running towards Reina as she turns around. She flashes him a smile before continuing to walk. He slows down to watch Reina walk before laughing and running up beside Reina. She’d hand him a dead rat and everything would be awesome. Akou sighs finally convincing himself that that would never happen as they all finally reach the docks.

The three trot onto land then duck in the bushes a moment. Akou emerges with Kehome beside him and Yumi in her arms. “Where do we look first?” asks Kehome as Akou begins to speak. “Akou?” asks a familiar voice as Akou turns around to see Hinata running pass him. She stops while still jogging and nods her head to the group. “Sakura has been waiting forever for you. Where’ve you been? Where’s Reina?” “She’s not here? I mean, she’s not here. Why are you jogging in place?” “Emergency at the hospital… I have to go!” yells Hinata realizing she is wasting valuable time.

As she runs off Akou gives chase. “Akou! Come back here!” calls Kehome running after him. Before long they all reach the hospital. It was even more crowded than the time Akou was last there. People were screaming and bleeding everywhere. There seemed to be doctors injured as well. “Oh my.” gasps Kehome entering through the automatic doors. Akou looks around and notices the only people checking on the injured and sick were two young girls and a guy. Hinata runs over to the group, panting heavily, and speaks. “Neji… what’s… the update?”

“Catch your breath first. They’ve discovered where the leak came from and are repairing the problem now. The only people able to help are Medical Students and ninja who have immense medical knowledge. All the nurses and doctors were hurt too much in the explosion.” “I knew that new building was a mistake. Didn’t I tell you Ino?” “You did Sakura. We’d better get back to work. Neji you take that side of the room. Hinata you take the middle. Sakura you take that side. I’m going to check on the patience that are currently in their rooms.” states Ino as the others nod. A girl with short pink hair motions over to the patient next to Akou as he moves out of the way. “I’m a Medical Student Sakura, I’ll help.”

Before Sakura could see who had spoken he’d vanished. Kehome follows Akou and begins to speak when Akou stops her. “I’m a Medical Student. I know what I’m doing.” “I wasn’t going to question you. I came to help. What should I do?” “You can help me over here.” says a male voice as Kehome and Akou look to their left to see a man with gray eyes. “Neji Hyuuga.” “Kehome Muy.” “Are you a medical specialist?” “Yes I am. Anything I can do to help I’ll be glad to.” replies Kehome walking over to the left side of the room. “So you’re that Akou kid huh?” “Me?” “Just a kid. Don’t screw up.” states Neji coldly as he walks back to the left side of the room.

Akou sterilizes himself and looks around a bit as he gathers a few supplies onto a metal tray. He smiles noticing the woman he had helped a while ago as he finishes loading his tray. He rushes over to the middle of the room and crouches down before the woman. He tries to look up into her eyes but can’t see with all the blood over them. “Hello lady.” “Who said that?” “The boy with the red hair. Do you remember?” asks Akou as the woman takes her right hand from her knee and rubs his face and then his hair. She smiles as does Akou before placing her hand back onto her knee.

“I’m going to see what happened to you. Hold still okay?” asks Akou as the woman nods. He places his tray onto the floor as Sakura watches him from her side of the room. He places his left hand onto the woman’s head and exhales slowly then holds. He shuts his eyes a moment before exhaling slowly and bursting his eyes back open. The woman’s memories seem to slide across Akou’s eyes vividly as he shuts them again. The woman enters into the hospital and looks around to see the hustle and bustle before taking a seat in the waiting room. A doctor wanders over to her and smiles when someone enters through the front door and hollers something inaudible.

Suddenly an explosion occurs and the woman goes flying. She sits up and rubs her eyes then screams. She looks around but can’t see a person. She can’t see what happened. She can’t see. Akou opens his eyes and pulls his hand from the woman’s head. She smiles at him, unaware that he’d just entered her thoughts and seen what see had and more. Her motions near her and gives her a hug as her smile fades. Tears seem to roll from her bloodied eyes as Akou hugs her tighter. He enjoyed many things that few would but this was different. He didn’t like that the woman was hurt in such a way.

He didn’t like how she was seemingly unaware of what was happening. He didn’t like how the woman was robbed of her sight at a time in her life where seeing make her life worth while. Akou releases the woman and looks at her as she continues to cry. “You’re going to be alright. I’m going to fix you the best I can.” states Akou, his voice shaky. He looks her over a bit before looking over at Sakura. He watched as she performed a number of hand signs and instantly cleaned the facial and limb wounds of her patients. Akou’s eyes were blank as he watched her and copied her hands.

Before completing the hand signs he looks at the old woman. Once complete her face begins to clear up and Akou can see what he couldn’t. Her eyes were damaged badly and she would have to lose them. He reaches down and lifts up a metal instrument and looks at the woman’s eyes again. He tries and tries but can’t think of some way to force himself to gulch her eyes out. Sakura watches Akou and begins to stop him but stops herself. “He’s a Medical Student just like me. Why should he get it easy? Chyeah!” echoes Sakura’s alternate ego as she turns back to her patient.

Akou Ichazuki
Akou again touches the woman as she falls limp. He lifts up her head with a scalpel in his right hand. Her eyelids were open which made removal easy. He shuts his eyes and begins to remove the remnants of the woman’s eye when Yumi leaps onto the woman’s head. Akou opens his eyes and stop as Yumi leaps from her face to show the woman’s eyes slowly regenerating. The cat looks at Akou as he does him and seemed to say that he would handle all the patients injured like the woman.

Yumi then runs off and leaps onto the limb or head of anyone who had a similar injury. Akou looks at the woman as she regains consciousness and looks at Akou. She screams in delight and grabs Akou, hugging him tightly. He begins to explain what happened. That he had given her Narcolepsy for a moment in order to take her eyes out. That Yumi was the one who healed her. The woman stops hugging him and looks him in the eyes. Akou just couldn’t speak when she gazed into his eyes. “I… I have to-” “I know young one. Go tend to the others. I thank you for giving me back my sight. I thought I’d be blinded forever.” smiles the woman getting to her feet.

“I’ll get some reinforcement.” concludes the woman exiting the hospital through the entrance. Before long everyone was fixed up and the medics for the day could take it easy. Akou falls asleep on Kehome’s lap as Hinata and Ino fall asleep on Sakura’s shoulders. Neji watches them all a bit before taking a seat in a vacant waiting room chair. He looks at the group on the floor and couches of the hospital entry and sighs. “H*** of a day.” “To say the least Neji. I’m glad it’s nearly over.” groans Sakura as Kehome raises her from its cocked back position. “I can’t believe he did all that.”

“Hm?” go Sakura and Neji in reply to Kehome as she looks down at the sleeping Akou. “He was awesome out there. I can’t believe that was him.” “I didn’t think he’d do as well as he did. Where’s the woman that brought him here anyway?” asks Neji as he looks at Kehome. Sakura begins dozing off as Kehome finally speaks. “You mean Reina?” “Yeah.” “I’m not sure. He doesn’t know either.” “He’s lost?” “Not really. He was where she could find him before but she never came. So he, Yumi, and I decided to go search for her.” “Where could she have gone to?”

“If she knew that then she wouldn’t be searching where she hasn’t been Neji.” “I don’t really know her or Akou. I met Akou a while ago and took him in. I promised to take him to her and so I am.” “That’s sweet.” replies Sakura as Neji rolls his eyes. “So this was your house?” asks Akou as the three look down at him. “What does he mean?” “Quiet Sakura.” states Neji as Akou begins to move. He then settles and sighs before starting up again.

“Who’s that girl in that picture… You? She doesn’t look anything like you.” For a while Akou grows quiet before speaking again. “Naomi Yoshitaru is Reina Huiden? They’re so different… but then again…” concludes Akou before snoring then turning and growing quiet. “What did he say?!?” exclaims Sakura bolting up. Ino and Hinata wake up then clunks heads together. Akou bolts upward as Neji stares at him. “What the heck Sakura?!?” exclaims Ino following Sakura’s eyes. She then notices Neji’s face and motions near him. Before she can speak he shoots up and walks over to Akou and grabs him by the collar.

“Neji!” exclaim everyone as he stares into Akou’s eyes. “What do you mean Naomi Yoshitaru is Reina Huiden?” “What?” “You heard me d*** it!” “Neji calm down.” pleads someone when he shakes Akou. “Tell me. Is Reina Naomi?” asks Neji as everyone grows quiet. “Oh Neji.” mutters Hinata as Neji releases Akou and backs up. He breaths hastily and sits back down with his face in his hands. Akou watches Neji helplessly as person after person tries to comfort him. “She said so. I believe Reina. She even knew where to find the new spare key. She said, he would leave it here.”

“She was talking about me.” mumbles Neji as he sits upward and removes his face from his hands. “It can’t be… they found her dead… in the forest.” mumbles Neji as Akou begins fumbling his fingers. “I shouldn’t have said anything. She told me to keep it secret. I gotta go.” continues Akou as Neji stands. He begins to run when Neji grabs him by his right arm. “Oh no you don’t. You’re going to make this make sense.” “I don’t know anything.” “You know enough. You travel around with her do you not?” “Yeah but-” “Then talk. Tell me about her. What’s she like?” asks Neji as Kehome stands.

Neji looks at her then at the frightened Akou. Neji releases Akou and stands up straight. Akou looks around a bit then turns and runs out of the front door. Hinata begins to comfort Neji when he walks off. He wanders into a vacant room and slams shut the door. Hinata sits down and looks around. “Reina is Naomi? We’d thought she’d died.” “She did Hinata. That boy must be lying.” “Why would he Ino? He has no reason to lie to us. He was asleep and talking in his sleep-” “The she was lying. She had to be.” “Hinata… Why would she lie to the boy?” “For kicks?”

“Hinata?” “Sakura stop defending them. It can’t be true. We saw her. She was cold and asleep. Her face had a small smile but she wasn’t happy. She didn’t deserve to die. At least not alone.” replies Hinata as a tear begins to roll down her cheek. She quickly wipes it away and stands. She walks out of the front door as Kehome follows. Akou stands outside the hotel that he and Reina stayed at not too long ago. He looks up at the window that Reina had squeezed herself out of and smiles. Yumi wanders over and meows lowly as Akou continues to stare.

“Reina wouldn’t lie. Not to me.” states Akou turning to Yumi. “Is that the boy Reina was telling us about?” asks the voice of an old man as Akou turns to his right to see a man and older boy staring at him. “Akou’s his name. Hasn’t Reina returned to get you?” “Who are you?” “He doesn’t know us grandpa. I’m Monty, a friend of Reina’s. This is Dontrue, Reina’s teacher. She said she was waiting for you to get back here and now she’s gone and left.” “Because I told her to.” “Wha?” interrupts Akou looking at them both confused. “Reina was waiting for you and that Ella girl to return. I saw her and told her to go and search for our missing Kage. She left and hasn’ returned.”

“Could she be in trouble grandpa?” “Grandpa? He’s my grandpa.” “Oh Monty stop being petty. Probably.” “How could you say that to him? Don’t worry. Reina can handle herself.” “Where did she go?” “I’m not sure Akou. Try Hidden Federation.” “I remember that place. Okay!” calls Akou running off as Monty begins to stop him when Dontrue grabs him by the shoulder. “Tut, tut, tut. We’re on vacation.” “Grandpa!” Back at the hospital Hinata sits outside staring at a tree next to the hospital. Kehome watches her a while before walking beside her and stopping. “I don’t know much about either of the people you all are talking about. Can you fill me in?”

“I don’t know much about this Reina woman except she fought to protect our village a short time ago. She had no reason to fight against the Alchemy nation or Shiro. She just came, fought, and went. Naomi was a villager here. She was a little younger than me and was my dear friend. She knew every single person in the village. From the lively Hyuuga clan members to the deceased members of the Uchiha clan. She was found dead in the forest with another shinobi.” “Why was Neji so upset?” “Well. She’d lived with Neji’s family when she had none. She never knew her mother or father or who she really was." starts Hinata pausing.

"She lived with Neji’s family much of her life after the destruction of the Uchiha clan.” “I heard about that.” “In the time when she lived with Neji the two became very close. It hurt him when he had to watch the young girl that he had often times protected be buried at such a young age.” “How old?” asks Kehome as Hinata inhales then looks up into the sky. “Thirteen. It wasn’t that long ago since I’m still a teenager.” replies Hinata finally as Akou and Yumi run over. “We gotta go. Reina might be in trouble. She went off to search for that missing Sannin.” “The one from Magic?” “Yeah, come on.” replies Akou to Kehome as he runs off again with Yumi on his heels. “I’m sorry.” mutters Kehome running after Akou and Yumi as Hinata watches them teary eyed.
