KiKi | Thanks for understanding. -nods- I will type my response in white too~. It may be late but I'd like to add into this still. Never do anything out of pity. I know for a fact that, if your real life friend really loves you, he wouldn't want you to force yourself into a relationship with him just for his sake. If he even suspected that that was what you were doing then I think that would hurt him even more. So don't go deciding to be in a relationship with him unless that is what you really want to do.
Now, if you are torn between being in a relationship between your online friend and your real life friend, then you need to take their stability out of the equation. If not, it will only lead to a break up or bad feelings between you both later down the road. You can't decide anything on pity alone. That's why we have the ability to use Critical Thinking rather than just raw emotion and instinct. Take some time and sort things out without thinking of the consequences of your choice right away. After that then you can really get down to thinking critically about the problem and figuring out how to do things without causing the unwanted affect; which is either of them hurting themselves in any way.
As far as telling your friend what is going on, you need to assess that yourself. Are they stable enough for a quick sit down to tell them you have feelings for someone else, a long chat about how you feel and the choices you are being forced to make, or for you to sugar coat things and make them think you are in the relationship because you want to be rather than have to be for their sake. I would personally sit each of them down--on separate occasions, of course--and tell them your side of things. Make it clear that you are upset and afraid of how your decision on who to be with will hurt the individual and that you truly do care about them. While you're at it, try your hand at expressing how you want them to try and give things another try. Don't hurt themselves when things go wrong because it doesn't just hurt them but the people around them. Tell them that you are there for them and want them to be open to the idea that you might not choose them. Make sure that you get them to understand things in this sit down. Before you end your chat with them, ask yourself if you made things clear enough where they would understand that you aren't trying to hurt them or make their life suck even more than it may.
And done. <.< From experience from both sides, excluding being in the relationship afterwards, just be stern and clear.

Ryo | -shrugs- I only know she got a finger brace because of her post in the Time Skip. And thanks. I changed my avi to this one now but I saw your post. I feel honored. :3 I actually save my avatars externally after I make them and what items I used so that I can do them again or whichever so that one's gonna go in the commented folder~. I'm planning on doing that one again but in blue and with a few more items here and there. : D
Sup guild? Turns out it doesn't matter if I'm on here during work so long as I get my work done first, during, and after I get on here. So I basically have to be at a point where I have no work I could be doing to get on here. Yay! the times are fluxed so I won't always be available even though I'm online but it's a start.

Yo peoples. So yeah. I said I'd do a lot of stuff this past weekend but life came up and soiled it. So I'm gonna shoot for it again this weekend. Gonna make an Announcement about the Time Skip as soon as I can cause I made a decision and junk, ya know? And I will try and submit my post for Federation on here as soon as I can.
