Right now, 'red hair and the perfect runner's body' were sitting in a very uncomfortable chair in the waiting lounge of the Future Foundation's hospital.
Staring at a bevvy of medical forms he'd been asked to fill out.
Ugh....forms....
Wally dragged his eyes over the listing for 'list your known allergies' and 'list any and all alien races you have had contact with in the last five years' and peeked over the clipboard to see if any signals from Chris were forthcoming.
Why had he agreed to be the decoy instead of the searcher? He could have had this place canvassed in seconds!
"Ow!"
The bracelet on Wally's wrist pricked him like a series of little static shocks. He put his left hand over it, trying not to look conspicuous and stood up. The bracelet crackled as he walked down one hallway and took a left.
Was it....trying to lead him to Dani? Wally reached for his phone.
Dead. He must have been in a zone where electronics were dampened. He couldn't signal Chris. Wally had no choice but to follow the bracelet's lead.

A few floors up and down the hall the hospital clothes wearing Dani and her little irritating imps followed. She continued her search for the surety money. It was a race against the clock and time was running out!

Linda West Linda arrived in the office. Clark was already there, of course he would already be there. " This evening I videotaped and followed Superboy... I never believed the rumors were true till now. I'm sitting on the story of the century but you're my friend so there's no way I could go public with it and it sucks. But still I can't help but to ask myself one thing which is... why haven't you told Lois? Don't you think she has a right to know. I mean someone would have to be blind, deaf, and stupid not to see that something's going on between you two."Linda didn't know why she was standing up for Lois... it wasn't like they were friends or anything. But Linda liked Clark, as a friend and if he really did like Lois then it wasn't right to keep secrets from her. When it came to love there was only one man in tights for her and he had red hair and the perfect runners body.

People have told Lois before but she refuses to believe it.It's part of my secret identity to act like clumsy goof and Lois has bought into hook, line, and sinker. Truthfully...it's better this way. Lois is head over heels for Superboy but I want her to love me for me. I have to be sure she's not into me because I'm Superboy.
Thank you for not telling the public at large about my secret identity. Most of the students know but everybody has been great about keeping it from the public at large.

Linda listened to Clark... boy scout to the end huh? Whatever, she wasn't to interested in Clark or his secret but she did have an ulterior motive.
' Look I said I'm not going to tell Lois because you should be the one to tell her. But I still have that video of you which I could show her... but instead I was hoping you could do me favor. Nothing to much, and I wouldn't be asking you to do anything illegal or immoral. If you do me this one favor I would gladly destroy the video and keep my mouth shut."
Truth be told... Linda was going to destroy the video anyways. She didn't want to go public about who Clark was because he was her friend and she didn't want to show Lois because that wasn't her place. But there was something she wanted and somehow Linda felt that Clark might be able to help her get it.

Linda smiled. She felt a little bad about using Clark in this way but it would be okay she was sure he would forgive her.
" I was wondering if you could help me get a dat.... I mean an interview with Kid Flash. And don't give me that he's Wally West stuff... there's no way a guy who's that big of a show off could ever be Kid Flash."
The whole reason came to this town was to meet Kid Flash. He had done so much for her even though she was sure he didn't even know it. Kid Flash would always be Linda's hero... She paused for a minute looking at Clark. Poor Clark... didn't understand fandom at all.
" Look... as for Lois. She's not in love with Superboy's powers she's in love with his heart. Superboy is a kind, giving and caring person...that's what Lois is in love with. Those things... are things he got from being Clark Kent. Lois just hasn't realized it yet. Anyways I gotta get going if I'm going to destroy those tapes. "
Linda waved to Clark and walked off... Clark hadn't even said yes to her request. He didn't have to, Linda was going to destroy the tape anyways... it was a hard thing to do. To sit on the story of lifetime but know you can never report it. But it was the right thing to do and despite Lois being her rival... Linda still kinda wished Lois and Clark would get together.

::Clark wiped a tear from his eyes. Ah...that was funny but now he had to convince Wally to meet Linda. And Linda didn't like Wally.::

Sometimes, Teddy wondered if he were living in an alternate universe from everyone else where really bad things happened to him all the time. Really bad things that he couldn't easily square away and had to be more of an adult than he'd like to to deal with them. He had moved into his new dorm room only to find that there were two welcome back notices. One addressed to him, and one addressed to his roommate.
William Kaplan.
At the sight of the name, he'd felt his heart leap into his throat. A week or so ago, that would have been fantastic. Every moment would have been charged with a certain electricity, and frankly, anything physical would have been so easy to carry out. But he wasn't with Billy anymore, and that was that. He was going to have to suffer an incredibly awkward time.
It would be incredibly weird to not be able to crawl into bed with him and curl up around him, nuzzle his neck and touch him. All he had to think about was all the annoying things Billy did. Maybe Billy would do them all often and he'd be clearly reminded why he even broke up with him in the first place.
Dropping his stuff off on his bed, he went off to find Wallace. Wallace would die of glee once he heard about this.

*Chris kept trying door after door with no luck finding Dani. On the 4th floor, he opened the door to a classroom. A large dragon man type thing was pointing a board, teaching math to some children. Chris recognized a blond boy and girl as the Richards children but he didn't know who the green kid or the pink kid was. He started to shut the door.*
Whoa! Mr. Dragon Man, the door just opened by itself!

Of course you are. The door didn't open by itself. There is clearly an invisible being in the doorway. And I doubt it is Mother since she has no reason to enter the room by stealth.
*Oops, Chris thought. He dropped the cloak but kept his armor on.*
Hi, my name is-
AUGH! HE'S HERE TO STORM THE BUILDING! GET HIM, MR DRAGON MAN!
*Dragon Man charged towards Chris, who fled back into the hallway. He forgot to re-stealth himself and took off up the hallway with a pissed off tutor in pursuit. A pissed of tutor who breathed fire.
Back in the classroom, Valeria Richards rolled her eyes at Franklin.*
Hostile creatures in armor don't introduce themselves with a friendly "Hi", Franklin.

Cassie had been worried about Dani, Chris, and Wally. She was in Kori and Cissie's room and they were painting each other's nails, doing makeovers, and munching on popcorn.
" So I have no idea where Dani, Chris and Wally are?"
" That's not good... you don't suppose Chris and Wally in a death match do you?"
"Why would they...?"
Both Kori and Cissie gave Cassie ' the look'. Cassie shook her head.
" No way... Besides Wally's mostly angry at me... which I can't blame him for. But oh well."
" Cassie I swear ... with everything's that's gone on between you,Chris, and Wally... If I was a guy I wouldn't date you.. and I'm your friend."
" Cissie if you were a guy I'm pretty sure there isn't a girl you would date."
Kori and Cissie laughed. Kori looked over at Cassie.
" But seriously Cassie Chris ... again."
" Whatever, I'm more worried about Dani. She's my best friend... I feel like she's in trouble.... I just feel so helpless."
" Then let's go find her. I mean we can fly... well except Cissie that is."
" But bad guys beware ... I will beat them with my perfectly pink manicured nails of DOOM ! "
With that Kori picked up Cissie who clung on to her bows and arrows. Cassie and Kori flew over the city trying to figure out what was going on with Dani.

"Hufh." Dani sighed, what floor were they on? She didn't even know? And that Rocket. Did they pass their time limit yet?
"This is so frustrating!" Dani yelled to the once again bickering Imps who where causing trouble. They were chancing each other with fire extinguishes yelling something about Mr. Frezze.
Feeling defeated Dani leaned against a wall and slumped to the floor.
"It's impossible."
She banged the back of her head against the wall in frustration.
Suddenly a panel appeared right next to her opening up the wall to another room. A secret room fill to capacity with money.
eek "Holy--!" Dani was astonished at the amount of money on the room she was speechless.
"HAHA!! We found it!!"
"Yeah! The Boss is going be thrilled!"
"Does this mean we get a raise?"
"Hey! You didn't find it I Did!" Dani hollered at the feeling Imps who where litterely swimming in the money.
"Well it's about time." A voice called from behind her scarring the life out of her, It was that smug Jackie, Aka the Darkness.
He strolled past her admiring his money, with a snap of his fingeres the lights in the room all exploded and soon there was darkness and his money had vanished.
"There, now that my money is in a safe place..." He turned to Dani with a grim smile.
"I guess I don't need you anymore." quickly a fist flew at Dani's face, she didn't even have time to react before she fell to the floor in a heap.

When Dani awakened again she could feel the cool breeze of the winter air against her face. It was too cold and she snapped her eyes open.
"Huh? AHHH!" Dani screamed as tehre was no floor to hold her up, she was being held in place by a chain in the AIR Against the OUT side of the Rocket!!
And then there was the RUMBLE of the Rocket! Someone has engited it!
"OH MY GAWD!! SOME ONE SAVE ME PLEASE!!"

*Chris ran up a hallway and through a door on the right. Dragon Man chased him right into it. Chris popped out of a doorway further down the hallway on the left and ran across the hall into a door on the right. Dragon Man followed Chris and suddenly appeared in the first right hand door with Chris chasing him down the hall and into a third door on the left. Dragon Man stepped out into the hall from the first left hand door and looked around for Chris. He scratched his head in confusion as Chris stepped out of a right handed door down the hall.*
If I had a soundtrack, the Benny Hill music would so be playing right now...GAH!
*Chris threw his hands up in the air and ran as Dragon Man charged him. He ducked as Dragon Man jumped at him and sailed through a window. Dragon Man's wings spread and he hovered outside the window, roaring in a Powell induced rage and charged back inside, spewing flame.*

Jen stepped out of her shower and looked around. Elephant snot was surprisingly easy to wash out of her hair.
She looked around, her new room-mate Dani hadn't come back yet but there seemed to be some weird confetti of magazines on the desk. If Jen didn't know the girl she would assume she had been making ransom notes.
'Nah... she's probably a closet scrapbooker.'
Jen sat down on her bed and took out her hair dryer. It was time to try and save her banner since it wasn't getting any drier by being next to the heater.

"Oh MY GAWD! Cassie!"
Feeling a roller coaster of emotion Dani hugged her best freind and refused to let go.
"It was horrable I was kindnaped... well kinda but then I was REALLY kidnapped and the Boy were meant to find me and be best friends again and there was a lot of money and that Jerk Jackie HIT M!! I'm so going to get him back for that just as soon as I get my witchblade from the boys!"
Dani said all this very quickly taking a breath she continued!
"We have to disable the rocket, but we can't blow it up or it will take out the entire building and that's a hospital full of kids! You have to tell the boys to disable the rocket form the inside or it will like blow up or something!"

And then there was the RUMBLE of the Rocket! Someone has engited it! The building shook with a tremor like an earthquake, screams and shouts could be heard from in and outside the facility.
Dani screamed, above the loud roar of the engine, at the Top of her lungs.
"OH MY GAWD!! HELP! HELP ME! SOME ONE SAVE ME PLEASE!!"
