Perhaps. Of course with the edited sentence Rao will use this to his advantage. Of course the other attacks could trigger the bubbles as well.

He can use any type of force in the air and around him. Plus, he can also generate his own (though it is time consuming and draining plus weaker). This defense of his pretty much makes a wall where nothing can get in or out.

no comprehension, sorry i'm just confused. what kind of force? and how does it effect everything like that?
and how do you look at charge? it's fairly microscopic in nature...there's no visible effect. or sound?
you just screwed yourself...but you assume it worked. ignoring natalia and haki, if you apply an even wall of force to a sound wave then you would hyper compress it, and thus add to it's amplitude....

Here. Let me put it in a little bit of a math problem form. Though it may be still hard to comprehend.
He can take any force, Kinetic force for example. Like from the plane crashing into the ground. Lets say it was 10000 kinetic force. He can then take that force and transfer it into an energy he can manipulate, though a tenth of it is usually lost in this process.
10000 kinetic force becomes 9000 force energy
He can then take this force energy and use it in several ways. He can use it like gravity. Form it into a wall or solid sphere (and other than disturbances in the air, these are invisible). He can do all kinds of things with it, though this is very consuming on the amount of available energy. He cant pull off too many big moves unless there is a large amount of kinetic energy/force available. Which, thanks to the crash, there was.
Hence the reason he is leaving. That absolute wall requires tremendous amounts of energy.
He didnt see the sound attack actually. But any form of electrictiy causes slight disturbances and friction. This he can see as available energy. Though it is a much weaker energy and he cant get much from it.

you're not going to see static. especially when it's not being allowd to arc. read above on sound. lemme read your post.
\gravitational force would effect the bubbles, but not the sound or static. electrical force would effect the static, but not the bubbles or the sound. mechanical force could effect the bubbles, and if you hit every single static particle, the electricity, but that means you must have hit all the air too, so now you have no oxygen. if you allow air to stay, then you have amplified the sound. as soon as you try to breath you brought charge in, which means if you leave the area the charge will try to equalize into the uncharged air outside natalia's radius, and electrocute you from the inside out.
