"I have not seen him for many months. First and only meeting of Lanshor thus far you were present for." she said softly with a nod. A small smile crossed her lips. "Crow and Lanshor are very fortunate to have a passionate person such as yourself in their lives." As she said this, she turned and started reading the books on the facing wall, still not finding anything interesting. "School has a long break in the summer, a short break in the winter and spring, yes?"

Yawgmoth smirked. "You know nothing of passionate dear. You have never been intimate with someone in such a passion to know how it feels to be 'passionate'." he snapped quickly. Passionate had many meanings, but the truest form of it was mating with someone you were completely in love with. For Yawgmoth, that person was Crow, and he had, many many times. "But we suppose, if you take it in another light we aren't so much passionate in our en devours as we are determined to get our way. Yes, he should be home for his short spring break soon we believe. We honestly miss the kid. And we know he would love to hear us say that. You know he thinks he disappoints us because he is not violent or willing to fight like we are. And while the fact that is not as fiery as his father in those aspects does shrink our hope for what he will be, we believe, that in the end, we will be proud no matter what he does. We just think he has far too much potential to let it rot. The kid could level a planet in a day just himself, without having to cheat and blow the planet up. He could literally wipe it clear of life in twenty four hours. Of this we are sure. But he is too soft to do this. Too soft to fight. But damn if he can't stand up for himself. Insulting him or his mother or even us in front of him, he's usually quick to set that person straight" Yawgmoth chuckled thinking of how lanshor had done what Yawgmoth thought impossible once. Yawgmoth had gone to hit someone and Lanshor caught his fist and squeezed hard enough to break Yawgmoth's knuckles. It was one of the first times a bone in Yawgmoth's body had cracked or broken. That was when he knew, and he was sure Lanshor was by far the strongest.

She closed the book she was carrying again, then looked around, and past the bookshelfs, to find the exit, but couldn't see anything.

"That is love, is it not?" she asked quietly, still scanning the books. Thinking of his words every moment as he spoke, she pondered a great many things and now found her mind was taking paths she did not want to follow in this place. With a small sigh, she turned to him to see his reply.

"On a fatherly level yes. Outside of being a father and husband our love is non existent. Except for..perhaps these very books and taking the lives of weaklings. Those are our loves." Yawgmoth answered dancing his fingers over the tops of several books deciding which one he was going to read. He plucked out the book he'd been reading before deciding to go ahead and continue with it. Bending his knees he jumped up landing flat footed atop the shelves making it wobble a little. He caught his balance and slowly sat down, then proceeded to lay back against the wooden shelves and crack the book open flipping the pages until he found the page he was on. "We're stopping you from reading, and while sometimes we may want to strangle you for being an idiot, we cannot deny anyone the right to enjoy these fine things called books" He said with a sly devilish grin.

"Knowing love within a family is foreign to me." she said softly, returning her attention to the books before her. "Today I am being a snob about what I read, it is myself that is stopping from reading as I cannot find a book that strikes my interest. They are the only love I truly know. So much to absorb, as with yourself, reading is one activity I do not believe I could ever have enough of."

Yawgmoth sighed boredly as he flipped a page. He was hoping to find new tricks in this book but it seems it was all basic stuff he already knew. "We prefer our library. Everything in here is grade school crap. The good books must be locked away" Yawgmoth said. "Every world we conquered we took one copy of every book they've ever written back with us after the conquest. We have over two hundred worlds in our empire so as you can imagine, if even one hundred of them were advanced enough to have books we have quite the selection. We would never rob a world of its culture outright, we always try to let them surrender to the empire first. If they refuse, then war is second" Yawgmoth said hopping back down and putting the book back into its place.

"Locked up .. that is a wonderful idea." said with a mischievous smile and a slight giggle of sorts. Moving away from the isle, she instead walked between the separate rows of books, looking for anything that seemed to be 'restricted' or 'authorized personnel' only. "Interesting that we are so different yet sometimes can be similar. The best books I read at the school I visited were locked up, meant for the most advanced students to use for a limited time but usually were kept for teacher or official use only. They were kind enough to allow me full access after I broke in without permission since I had read everything else of interest. Maybe we will get lucky .." she said again with a small giggle. Reaching the very back of the Library, she found a rather dark, uninviting corner which had an unlabeled door. With a grin, she tried the handle, but it was locked. "Alohamora." The spell worked instantly, the lock made a small click and she passed through the door.

Yawgmoth followed with his hands behind his head yawning all the while until she found a locked door and opened it with some magic spell. Arching his eyebrow he followed her inside, perhaps there was something interesting back here. To keep the silly idiots from getting to the powerful books Angel and Zero were smart to lock them away. Lord only knew what those dumbasses would do if they found a book and read the wrong thing, released some demon or cast some spell that killed them or something stupid that would probably happen to anyone but Yawgmoth and the other strongest around the guild who could handle such material. "Still we see nothing eye catching" He said eyeing the books that lined the dusty shelves in this room. A book with a golden cover caught his eye. It held no dust or any kind of wear like some of the others. There was no label on the spine of it so, curiously Yawgmoth reached for it and attempted to pull it down and the title. When he touched it his hand burned with a familiar pain and he dropped the book with a loud snarl his eyes narrowing angrily as the book fell closed with the title up. "Ye Holy Bible" it said. "God Damnit!" Yawgmoth hissed flexing his burnt hand. Even though the book was utter bullshit to Yawgmoth it was very much blessed by the holy and the divine light. Something a being of darkness could not touch without injury.

Wandering through the unknown area, she smiled with satisfaction to find a hidden room with even more books. Letting out a content sigh, she began to scan the volumes of ancient secrets. The sound of Yawgmoth dropping something and swearing startled her, she had nearly forgotten he was there. Turning around sharply, she tilted her head with curiosity. "What happened? .. Oh." she said softly. Crouching down, she lifted the blessed book without trouble. With a small smirk, she returned it to the shelf it came from. "An interesting book, that one is, never found one radiating with such energy before though." She moved her shoulders with that statement, as if she had felt a shiver along her spine as she touched and spoke of that book. Moving on like nothing happened, she continued until spying a book that finally caught her interest. "Unique and Uncommon Potions. Surely there will be something of interest here .. maybe a kin to Polyjuice .." she said softly, trailing off now as she was lost in thought and thirsting to learn something new.

Yawgmoth's hand was steaming as it attempted to repair itself from the burns. It was as if he'd grasped the top of a stove that was set at the highest temperature. The skin in his hand bright pinkish color instead of the deep set tan that matched the rest of the skin tone. This set Yawgmoth in a foul mood and he grumbled under his breath listening to her go on about some weird juice or whatever. "It doesn't seem like. ******** bibles and p***y magic that they feel is worth locking up. Nothing worth our time for sure" He said tucking his hand into the crook of his arm as he crossed them over his chest.

"This is where we part then?" she asked softly, half paying attention to him. A moment later, she snapped the book she grabbed shut and placed it back on the shelf. "Ugh, how vile. Hmm .." Trailing off again, she found another book of interest.

Yawgmoth yawned. "We'd have more entertainment listening to you rant on about love than looking for a book in this pathetic place" He said turning to walk out. He wasn't going to spend anymore time in here. Besides ,he really felt like hitting something now to vent getting burned by the bible. Pain was always an ego blow to Yawgmoth as he felt rather invincible all the time. Quietly he exited and left Ziven to sift through the numerous books and dink around.

"Farewell." she said quietly. There she remained for well over an hour before having read everything of interest and then exited the secret place, locking the door again. Feeling refreshed, in a way, from having a little adventure, she found she was in a better mood and still wanted to read so she returned to the normal rows of books, again searching for an interesting title. Finally finding something that pleased her, she pocketed it and wandered off for the night.

Reappearing in the library of all places, Ziven looked at her young friend. Nodding her head, she motioned toward the back of the library. "I am hoping to find a location that we will truly be alone at. There is something I thought you may enjoy seeing here. If our talk does not go well, then at least we will have the good memory of sharing something special." she said softly, wanting to hear his reply before moving forward.
