Willow stretched, waking up slowly. Her body and soul ached, from the exertions with the Gauru and the emotional stuff with Kennedy and Oz. Willow cracked a small smile, still not fully believing that she and Oz had.. They'd... Well. Maybe I do play for both teams... The grin faded as she thought of poor Kennedy.
"She just doesn't understand how much she hurt me," Willow said out loud, breaking the silence of her bedroom.
She got up out of bed, making up the sheets and fluffing the pillows before going to her shower and taking care of all the morning's business.
She emerged a half hour or so later, glancing at her watch. Almost noon...
Willow went down stairs and into the kitchen, hunting up some tea, and stopped short at the full kitchen. The Scooby gang, all together, she thought momentarily.. except for Dawn, and Giles.... and Anya...
"Morning," she mumbled, not really wanting to talk about the happenings of last night.

After all of last night's crap, Phoenix needed a breather. This was too much. She knew she was different, had known that for months now.. but she didn't know about all this... crap. She was going home. Home was quiet. Only maybe like a vamp a week, and she could deal with her parents now that she knew to just keep her mouth shut about the supernatural things out there in the world. After a few weeks, she was sure her parents would just block everything out.
She'd not gone to bed after Kennedy and Willow and Oz had had their... crap. She had written in her journal, and written a letter home telling her parents to expect her within the week. And now she was looking at her lonely little suitcase. Maybe Connor could give her a ride... She just knew she needed to get out.
But for now.. food.
She began to head to the kitchen, but she heard too many voices, so instead, she left the house to go to that cafe, maybe get a scone or something.

Kennedy sat at the Hard Rock Café for lord knows how long. She was nurturing a cup of coffee. Of all things, she settles for coffee. Sheesh. Kennedy lost count which cup she was on. It was probably her sixth, if she had to guess.

Time alone helped her recap everything that was happening between her and Willow. She didn’t want to admit it, but what else could she do? The facts were crystal clear. Yes, Willow hurt her, but Kennedy hurt Willow first. Betrayal was worse than death. It seeped into one’s soul, slowly tainting it with an unknown poison that makes vengeance seem like the only cure. Is that what happened to Willow? She took another sip of her coffee. It was loosing its warmth.

“No, Willow is not like that,” she commented to herself. It seemed to be the only thing she would say nowadays. She wanted to keep that pure image of Willow. “It was that guy, that Oz fellow. He seduced her, confused her.”

But what’s the point now? Willow made it clear how she felt. Things would never be the same. Kennedy had to decide what to do, where to go from here. Well, at least the tears were finally gone.

CONNOR PLACED A PLATE IN FRONT OF FAITH. HIS PALMS WERE SWEATY AND HE NEARLY DROPPED THE HOT COFFEE ALL OVER HER SEXY LAP.. HE GRIMACED AS A FEW DROPS SPLATTERED ON THE TABLE NEAR HER HAND.
"UH... HERE YOU GO, ENJOY. AND NOPE, HAVEN'T SEEN ANGEL." HE MURMURED TO BUFFY.

XANDER SMILED LOVINGLY AT HIS BEST FRIEND.
"YEAH PERU WAS CLOSED AND I HAD TO GO TO ARGENTINA. SORRY. THEN I ATE THEM CUZ I WAS HUNGRY. WE GOING TO LEAVE ANYTIME SOON BUFF?", XANDER ASKED AS HE LEANED BACK IN HIS CHAIR, WATCHING CONNOR STARE AT FAITH'S CLEAVAGE.
"CONNOR."

Faith shrugged as her question went unanswered - but did she expect anything else? A load of slayers, a werewolf, a former vampire, and a kid who had two vampires as parents, a witch, and a demon who sang, this house wasn't exactly normal. Normality is overrated anyway.

"Thanks," she said as she snagged up a piece of bacon and began munching.

When Wesley never answered the door, Fred decided he might be eating breakfast or something, and she slowly made her way through the house to find the kitchen. She went in, and right away stopped. There were two people arguing in there.
She stood next to the door quietly for a minute, tying to be unobtrusive.

She'd decided to check out the rest of the rooms downstairs while the people in the kitchen finished their discussion. After finding a shower room and then falling in love with the basement couches and the library in the den, Fred went back to the kitchen. She didn't know any of these people except for Connor and their friendship was tenuous at best.
"Hey, ya'll, I smelled bacon... Any chance there might be some left over?" She asked as she walked in and stood to the right side of the swinging door. There was a dark haired woman eating and licking her fingers, and Connor appeared to be salivating over her. Another man sat at the table, and Fred noticed he had rather large arms. And there- Fred ran over to Willow, grabbing her up in a hug.
"Willow! I haven't seen you since you came to do that spell... How ARE you?"

Kennedy fiddled with her cup. It felt like days have gone by. She looked up at a nearby clock plastered onto a wall. Already 3 p.m. Wow. Kennedy has yet to eat anything today. She couldn’t order anything else. She was out of money. Kennedy paid for her cups of coffee and left. But where to? She wasn’t ready to go back to the mansion. She wanted to go back prepared to handle the whole Willow and Oz thing.

“It’s all my fault…” whispered out of her lips. But was she accepting that?

Buffy smiled in Fred's direction. This had to be the girl Angel pulled out of that other dimension... She stood and poured the girl some coffee and then walked over to Faith and leaned down.
"Can we talk a minute?"
She stood back a step, sipping at her coffee.
"Tonight, Xander. Tix are for tonight."

Spike was resting in the basement of the building Angel and his group as their offices, when he heard commotion coming from upstairs. Now who in thier right mind would be ringing people up at this hour of the morning, when people are trying to get some shut eye, he thought to himself, pulling on a black t-shrit, his black jeans already on, walking upstairs. As he made his way into the main meeting area, he saw Willow talking to Fred. "Ah, so the young witch that changed the world as we know it has come to my new backyard," he said, giving Fred and Willow a fright. "Willow, you're starting to look a little off, are you okay, love?"

Fred sipped at her cup of coffee and smiled shyly at the cute blonde guy who'd just sauntered in. Brits. She really had a thing for brits.

After much rest, Oz sat in his bedroom, eyes dazing out the window. He could be staring at the scenery of the town as the sun waved at them from the sky, but his mind was too busy thinking at everything going on to actually enjoy the sight.

He would not bring up the whole Kennedy thing up to Willow nor would he bring up him and her thing. Everything that happened involving Willow, Kennedy and him happened. Willow is the one that should make the next move. He was not going to confuse her with mixed signals or with concerned words. Not anymore. Willow made it clear what's happening with Kennedy. Oz felt sorry for her, for Kennedy. But stuff happens and people need to either learn from it or move on from it.

Then there was tha tbig wolf monster thing. That took most of his thoughts this afternoon. He didn't know what that thing was planning to do to Kennedy, but he was more concerned with what it was doing to Willow. The marking now rested upon Willow's hand. Could this be a good thing? Willow didn't seem worried, but Oz felt that maybe the monster was manipulating her some how....some how. He had no proof of anything, but Oz simply felt uncomfortable about the whole thing. Trusting a monster that big and that powerful has got to have some troubles. Big time. And now, Willow was stuck in the middle of it all. Great.

"I just hope she knows what she's getting herself into."

Faith finished off the last piece of bacon that was on her plate, but hadn't even touched the eggs yet when Buffy asked to talk. "Sure, B. What's up," she asked, grabbing a bite of her eggs before standing up.

Willow laughed at Spike.
"Oh, so this is your place? That's funny. Spike, where the heck have you been? You missed EVERYTHING!"
She leaned against the counter, watching Spike carefully. He and Buffy hadn't said word one to each other. Willow began to wonder where Angel was.

Phoenix had been about to head into the cafe when she noticed a sign for The Hard Rock Cafe about a block down. Cool. Maybe Bruce will be there and he can sign my bra or something.
She walked in, waiting to be seated, and noticed Kennedy in the corner.
"Hey, girl, got room at that table?"

Buffy jerked at the sound of Spike's voice and stood, holding up a finger at Faith as if to say, "hang on a minute."
She took in a steadying breath and asked, "Are you back now, or are you just grabbing some clothes before running away from things again? Cuz you've got some stuff in the dryer. Pick em up if you want them. And if you wanna go, then go. But if you're back.. we could use a hand."
She turned back to Faith and forced a small smile. "If he can get over Angel living here." she muttered under her breath, and then told Faith, "I think we should head to the den."
Without checking to see if Faith followed, she walked past Spike and Fred, pushed open the kitchen's swinging door, and headed down the hall to the right. At the end of the hall she opened the last door on the left and walked into the den, pacing around the desk.
He was back.
And he smelled damn good.
No, Buffy. He doesn't smell damned anything.
But he looked darn good.
NO, Buffy. He did not. He looked.. undead. Like an undead thing. Yes.

She continued pacing and thinking ridiculous thoughts, waiting on Faith.
