"The first thing I propose then is to-" Sun tipped back the glass, starting to down the second drink. Antique Queen
"SUNSTRIKE, ARE YOU HERE?!"Quote: "IF SO, I HAVE SOMEONE HERE THAT WISHES TO SPEAK WITH YOU. PLEASE COME ASAP. THANK YOU." Now admittedly Sun didn't have ears quite the standard of Madi, but he did promptly fall off his barstool with a coughing fit when the other small woman belted out his name. HoH recognized or no, everyone took the opportunity to stare at the desperately choking man. It was a kind of entertainment, wasn't it? Carefully, he waved his hand, finally managing to get his breath back with less coughing and more air intake. He beckoned either both girls or one to come over, bracing himself against the bar, and then sliding back into the seat. He'd been ready to run, coughing and all, when someone had screamed his name. That was just rough!

"I'll be fine." She smiled as though she were able to take the pain with ease. Finally she saw the waving at the two of them. Now the real question was about to hit, was she going to run over or was she simply stay put.
"Um...Ash....Could you come with me? ..I'm a little shy." Madi poked her index fingers together as she continued to look at the ground, she knew she had to talk with him. She KNEW it with all her heart, after all...she wasn't sent all this way for nothing. With a gulp she got up from her seat with shakey legs and looked at Ash.
"Coming?" She sounded a little confident, but it wasn't very convincing. Ah well, at least she was trying.

"Sure thing hun," she said whilst standing up and offering her her hand, "let's go."
Once Maison took her hand, Asherah lightheartedly walked on over to Sunstrike and gave him a few pats on the back.
"You okay buddy? I didn't mean to scare you like that, heh." Ash let go of Madi's hand and instead gestured to her. "This is Madison, you needed to speak with her neh?"

As they moved to where the mysterious man she hid behind Ash the entire way. But finally once they reached up to him, she peered over the blue girl's shoulder.
It was the man that she had passed earlier on that evening. But she didn't say anything. For she didn't know what to say, how do you bring up the type of conversation that she needed to up anyways. About what happened in Leviathan, how she was told to come find him, to tell him about what Shin wanted her to hear.
She continued to remain silent and wait till the conversation to begin, because at this particular moment she was completely red in the face due to blushing. She was very shy, indeed.

Lucind Varhetel The bed made a soft groaning noise when she sat down on its edge. Several minutes went by. Muffled voices coming from the first floor found their way through the walls and doors. She leaned forwards to rest her elbows on her thighs and finally sent a plain question into the blackness. "Max...?" * Dead ForestMaximos A ring came, through the still scene, like a phone. And Nocturne simply reached into the grass and produced a phone, Max reached for it, only to be beaten by the dark gods larger, faster, armored hand. Maximos knew who it was, this was his mind after all. But he knew he coudnt reach it in time. At this he seemed even more annoyed at the god before him. To which Nocturne grinned and spoke in his smoothest, kindest voice. We're sorry, all shadows are currently busy. Please stay on the line and a representative will be with you shortly. Your call is important to us.Click. He snickered for a bit, turning to face Maximos like an amused child. Max had already grumbled and rolled over again, head resting on his bundled up scarf asleep. Nocturne, utterly frustrated rose and swirled a hand dispelling the army in a swirling tuft of black, a tuft which he used just as easily to remove himself. * "Wh..." The hell? She frowned. That voice... She swallowed. Clenched her hands. But then why, why did it feel so different? Why did it just feel like Max? There was no uproar, no anger. Just...sleepiness? The Siren let herself fall backward, wishing the bed was a tad lower for she wasn't able to place her feet on the ground properly. Staring up at a ceiling she couldn't see, Lucind reached out once more, without words, simply using the mental trail that answer had delineated. It was a soft gesture like brushing a lock from his forehead. You're alive. That's what I needed to know for now."But I have to ask you something. So... I need to see you." Spreading her arms and breathing in deeply, the woman was sure her irises must've been consumed by her pupils by now - so hard she tried to see something in this darkness.

'I never back down..' Jiro replied, slowly peeking up at Deitric.
His hands rose, and balled into fists. A determined, stalwart expression on his face. A deep breath taken.
Let's make this count.
A single punch. Thrown with all he could muster. Straight for Detrics face should he be in range. Simple as that. Nothing more.

Toss.
Turn.
Sweat.
Groan.
It had been like this for hours. Rain had been brought to a room to rest, and during the entire duration, he had but a single solitary visitor, and he was only there for a brief goodbye!
However, despite the healing recieved from Asherah, Rain's condition had been worsening the entire time. He was unconscious still, but from how he writhed beneath the sheets, it certainly seemed like he was awake. Or, in a whole lot of pain.
The sheets themselves were soaked through that they had clung to his balmy flesh, cocooning himself within them inadvertantly. His knuckles would be deathly white from how tightly they would be gripping the mattress, with numerous tears from where his fingers had actually pierced the matress itself and tore it to pieces.
Not that anyone would check on him, but the oddest thing is, there seemed to be a psychic null-zone within Rain's room, which was weird because he had never displayed any psychic talents ever in his life.

Scarker didn't know very much about how Rain should be responding to an illness. After his own immune system and lack of long-term involvement that he could remember, he'd never actually been exposed to a debilitating illness. Still, after a time of watching the room quietly through his magesight, he got the impression that the man he had put to bed wasn't going to get any better on his own.
The mage finished checking the edge of his second sword before taking them both casually in his left hand and heading up the stairs. The psychic null-zone did nothing to the mage as he entered it, and with his nonexistent psychic reception he wouldn't even get that wierd tingling feeling that tells you that something's wrong. He stacked his swords against the wall and walked over to the bed.
The first thing he'd do would be to free the man from his cocoon, his hands working deftly to stick the sodden sheets to the mattress. His next action involved lifting the man on a strong cushion of magic energies and moving him to the other bed in the room. It wasn't a good long term solution, since he would just sweat into these sheets and get stuck again, but it gave him a little time to find someone who knew better.
Assuming Rain stayed unconscious during his relocation, Scarker would walk downstairs and ask the all important question to the gathered crowd.
"Does anyone here know how to take care of sick people?"
He didn't elaborate, but then again he didn't know he had to.

"Now now Madison, Go ahead and talk to him, you have his attention." Smiling, Asherah turned around and giggled. It made her feel like she was a mother again.
"Come now." She stepped to the side and cheated out to face both Madi and Sunstrike.

Antique Queen "SUNSTRIKE, ARE YOU HERE?!"
"IF SO, I HAVE SOMEONE HERE THAT WISHES TO SPEAK WITH YOU. PLEASE COME ASAP. THANK YOU."
What a way to break Ichigo's train of thought. "YAAAAAAAAAHHHHAAAAAAGGGHHH!!!!"Ichigo's scream of pain was almost as loud as Asherah's scream, minus a few decibles. He was nearby Sun and Sakura, but seated more towards the direction of the two girls such so that he could feel the pain. Ichigo's ears were human and thus not as sensitive as the ears of certain individuals, but the sudden startling shout was enough to comically knock Ichigo off of his seat. Kon was no exception, although with his ears being completely fake, he was caught of guard more by Ichigo's loud reaction since he was seated in front of him. A moment or so after that, Ichigo shakily reached a hand up to the counter in order to boost himself up. As he did so, Kon took the liberty of berating him. "What the hell was that about!?" shouted Kon, "You were all quiet and mopey this whole time, but you suddenly lose it all 'cuz a--GFFFPHHH!"Ichigo shut Kon up by squishing him with his other hand as it grasped onto the counter. Whether this was intentional or done inadvertently...well...that didn't matter. "Geez..." thought Ichigo, "Was that really necessary? He probably could've heard her if she whispered at a time like this!"

Scarker "Does anyone here know how to take care of sick people?" He didn't elaborate, but then again he didn't know he had to. Sunny felt his way back against his seat, having not been the only one affected by those powerful lungs before looking at both girls, then back up to the man who'd taken Rain to his room. He scanned about for Raven, wondering if she'd likewise heard this statement. Speaking up a bit he answered. "Raven might be able to help, she's had experience before." Then carefully he inspected the girl that seemed to have her own introduction committee. The first glance turned into a blink, and then a stare. "Ears..." He hadn't meant it, lord knew his own ears were something to be stared at...but....ears! She was shy, she'd back up, but Sun would intercept and suddenly, Madi was getting a Sunstrike once over. Teira, hell even Nocturne had gotten the same treatment. It was like caution went out the window as he tried to figure out what made her work. One of her ears became trapped in a rub that, if permitted would start at the base of her head and then move all the way to the tip of one of those white fluffy appendages. Getting out of this without damage, he'd suddenly turn her round, looking for the obvious tail that may or may not go along with the ears. "Amazing. You're a bunny! What's your name?" It was all completely innocent curiosity, if a little blunt and simple. Sun just liked knowing how things worked.

A little white cat cracked one orange eye open from where she had been napping on a nice clean spot high on a bar shelf at the sound of her name.
She stretched, and yawned arching her back before she hopped down off the shelf, padding over next to Scaker where the cat became a woman once more. "You need more healing?" She didn't sound entirely convinced...but then again she had been napping and not paying attention to what had been said. sweatdrop

With his examination of her ears, the long fluffy extensions on her head twitched a little, Madison could feel herself becoming even more nervous by the second. She wanted to bolt out the door and hide in the trees. But unfortunately for her she wasn't allowed to run, she had work to do. She had than began to fiddle with her hands now as though to keep herself busy; she wasn't entirely sure what was she supposed to say. A part of her wasn't entirely sure if this WAS the right person. For all she knew, this could have been a trap, or even a spy. Due to her slight paranoia, she too had now began to examine him in return, he looked as though he was an average looking man, but than stopped at the sit of his ears too. "...Ears?" She blinked curiously at them now which caused her fiddling to stop. It wasn't very often to see someone with odd ears like herself. She had met many people with pointed ears, but never like his. They were very different indeed. Sunstrike "Amazing. You're a bunny! What's your name?" Madison smiled a little bit, and than had returned fiddling with her hands. She couldn't believe she was even doing this, considering that she usually kept herself anonymous for the most part. However, it was her turn to play the cards. "...My name's Madison...or Madi...." Her voice was very, very quiet, in fact it may have been a real strain to hear her. She seemed to stare at the floor even more shyly as she attempted to avoid staring at his ears, she knew that was just rude. However, it wasn't long till she finally lifted her head and stared at him with her albino red eyes, right into his own. She did look rather scared, but she only tried to push that aside at this moment, she had too. Shin was never scared, especially when it came to missions. "Are you the one they call Sunstrike?" She continued to look at him, hoping that her long journey had not been a waste.

"More healing?"
Scarker blinked at the woman. It wasn't because she had just been a cat a few seconds ago, no that was normal. It was because she was acting like she'd helped him before. It took him a moment to shrug this off, but he beckoned her up the stairs once he did.
"I don't know about more healing, but there's this big guy that I got a room with. He seems really sick and I don't know how to help him."
He lead the woman into the room he had gotten, turning on the lights as he made his way over to the second bed where Rain was most likely still tossing, turning, sweating, and groaning. The other bed was still soaked through and mangled from his stay on it, but that's not what the mage was concerned with.
