Canti grinned again, noting Akki's animated conversation.
"Wow, I'm impressed. That girl has really come out since I left. I wish Canti could get like that. She's so hung up on boys, nd I think it makes things worse, seeing me and Po. Mitsuru doesn't seem so bothered by it, anymore. Being single, I mean, not me and Po. Well, me and Po, too, but . . ."
She trailed off weakly and grinned sheepishly.
Indeed, Phelia still seemed to be sulking at the table, looking out at the room from behind teal hair, and her brother kicked back in his chair, reading Cross.

((I did, but then he didnt want to interrupt things with Larrry and Akki))Akki stood up and hugged Lacuna again. "Its ok...I figured you were upset about something...would you like to sit down?" She turned to Larry, her look asking him if it was ok.

Lena finished off the drink and set it down infront of Canti and said with a smile "There ya go... if ya need anything else, just ask..."

Canti took a drink and tilted her head.

ShtrDrNGry Arista narrowed her eyes. Oh how I despise being confused for a mortal... she growled, the sound of her voice enough for one to think her teeth to be dripping with venom.

Lacuna smiled warmly and nodded.
"Yes, she seems very nice", she said. Lacuna winked at Akki and smirked.
"Actually", she started, "I think I'll go socialize at the bar, that daquiri that Lena made me was delicious and I'd like another. Behave you two", she teased as she strolled over to the bar.

Quinn just stared at the drink for a moment, then blinked and looked up at Mikey. "If you can.....and if you really want to listen to me complain...." he smiled a bit, staring distractedly at his drink now. The fight in his mind had resumed, and he again was trying to stop it. This is really dumb and childish....he thought to himself.

Liam pushed the doors to The Fallen Star open and slipped in. He wanted to surprise Lena, but wasn't even sure if she was there. He moved to the side of the door and stuffed his hands in his pockets as he scanned the room slowly for her, starting at his left and moving to his right.

Jak chuckled. "It seems to be a very recent development, just a few days ago she was stuttering and blushing when she met Harbird." His eyes narrowed as he thought of him.
"Maybe your sister could use a little help?"
Jak excused himself, striding across the room to Ophelia and Suru's table. "Excuse me pretty lady, would you like to dance?"

Lena looked over to Canti and said with a smile "I've been quite good... and, yes we have... oh.... and that over there..." she pointed in Mikey's direction "is my big brother..." Mikey, not even acknowledging his sister's comment smiled and nodded to Quinn as he said "Sure... I'm all ears..."

Blushing profusely from Lacuna's comment Larry moved his hand away from Akki's. It's just- I never asked if I could. Staring at the table he let himself calm down. Yes, he was the Zen master. I would very much like to get you something to drink and then continue holding your hand. Would that be acceptable?
Aurora hadn't meant to be rude, but when he called her 'pretty lady' she wanted to pretty lady all over his face. With a knife. Sitting back in her now very comfortable spot at the bar she watched the others with a smirk.

Ophelia looked up at Jak and, opening her mouth, about to turn him down, spotted Liam. She leaned over to see around JAk, half forgetting about him for a second, and, promptly fell out of her chair.
"Ow . . . gods . . . spite."

Suru looked down at heis sister and grinned, rolling her eyes. He wasn't half as worried about Ophelia as Cantique. Phelia was a live wire. Hence, he sat back in his chair and continued to read, without saying anything.
