Ace Zero You can migrate to another village with your posts. When did that rule change... that is not how it worked in the past. You must learn the technique in the village unless someone that already learned it choose to share it with you in another location. All the training post are only good for the village that they are within.

Um... this is a newbish question, but how do you monitor how many chakra and skill points your character has? Also, are they the same thing? The Rules and Guidelines thread says chakra, the Village threads say skill.

Skill points in many terms is your chakra. You monitor your chakra, or skill points rather, by checking your profile which is located in your starting village. Whenever you use a skill in battle deduct the points from your total skill points. Don't let your skill points hit zero or you die.

I trained in them just for fun.
They're one of the many things that this guild didn't think through very thoroughly. Ignore those things.

Got it. Thanks. Oh, one more question: How do you graduate from the academy? I learned a technique, but it doesn't say what else to do besides that.

There is no exam or anything (though you can RP through one if you feel like it.) Just RP your final days/moments/parting scene with Iruka in the Academy and start training in the village of your choice, preferably your home village.
