MooMooJuice I'm waiting for some idiot to be make the 'logical' connection Sakura=Kushina, Minato=Naruto, Minato+Kushina = Naruto+Sakura! *cough* MooMooJuice ANYway. I half-expected Kushina to have long hair. C: I guess when I think of beautiful people long hair comes to mind. *thinks long hair is pretty* Now I'm curious again as to what happened to her. I'm not ready to say she died quite yet. After all, she comes from a different village. Many complications could've happened where she could've lost rights to her son. *shrugs* But that's probably just wishful thinking on my part. I just think it would be really cute if Naruto atleast got to meet his mommy. :' 3
At first I couldn't figure out what Kushina was wearing, but then I realized, oh, that's an apron. Haha silly me. And that's a kitchen they're in. Ahhh. So Minato and Kushina lived together for some time.
HOMG. Minato and Kushina are now officially my favorite canon couple.

Dammit! I wanted her to have shoulder length hair!
Uaii~ She's still gorgeous though.
You know, when I saw her, I also thought she looked like Sakura.... here comes the conclusions. -_-
But now that you guys mention it, she does look like Orihime. Whee! They're both adorable.

As much as I wanted the Pain vs Jiraiya fight to end, I can't stand the fact that Jiraiya has to die. And his ending was so tragically beautiful, too. The origin of Naruto's name, and Minato and Kushina, and his will to live long enough to tell the Great Sage what happened...
crying crying I can't stand it!
And there's the fact that we found out some things about Naruto, too, like how he is the destined child (or so Jiraiya wants to believe) and the origin of his name... Plus the fact that the "Tale of the Gallant Jiraiya" was alluded to. Argh. This chapter was beautiful to me. I think it's one of my most favorite chapters to date (along with 181, 306, and 319).

I know I haven't posted much, because of a rough beginning in high school..
But Kushina is absolutely gorgeous.
I wonder if they'll have a colored picture of her... I want to see Itachi and Sasuke in a draw. I truly don't want either to die. Tobi isn't acting all evil anymore either. <3 goodboytobi

Kushina is adorable, I have to agree with everyone that she does looks like Orihime. Even though I wanted the battle between Pain and Jiraiya to end, I don't want Jiraiya to die crying
I hope everything works out well!

I had a dream about Jiraiya's death last night. It was teribble as I was Jiraiya. I woke up and couldn't move for fifteen.
Loverly chapter though. When Minato was all "We'll name him after the main character" I was all ._.' I've always wanted to name my child after a main character.

I loved the chapter <3 Which is saying a lot considering how upset I've been with the manga to date. I guess some allusion to something OTHER than Jiraiya and Pein made me happy.
(And call me cold hearted, but I'm glad to see Jiraiya die XDD Not becuase I didn't like him, but because this means that his fight is over and we can start focusing on Team 7, Itachi vs. Sasuke, and all that good stuff again.)
I loved the story behind Naruto's name, it's so sweet <3 Minato and Kushina seemed very happy together. But I am IMMENSELY disappointed in Kunshina's character.
She's supposed to be a spunky tomboy, right? RIGHT?
Where's the spunk?
I know she's pregnant and stuff, but still. She doesn't even LOOK like she has OUNCE of spunk in her. She seems like someone who was shoved into the position of housewife. She doesn't seem like a tomboy at all with that super long hair and hair clips and motherly/wifely.... outer appearance. It just didn't work for me. I expected something a lot more spunky, she seems far too demure to be how she was described.
And I dont' care if marriage/pregnancy changed her. -___- She should be hyped up on raging hormones if she's pregnant.
Honestly, I was expecting someone more like SAKURA, with a spunky hairstyle and a smirk like Temari.
Blah, I'm disappointed T____T Oh well.
The chapter was still good.

Well, Jiraiya did say, "She was just like one of the boys!" and Tsunade replied, "Kushina became so beautiful when she grew up..." which I take to mean that she was tomboyish when she was younger, but grew more lady-like as she became older, thus the preggy!Kushina we see in the recent chapter.
It's like one of the posters in the A/M/C said - what happened to Kushina was the reverse of what happened to Sakura (who was more lady-like when she was younger, then got more tomboyish as she got older).

I figured as much. XP Kushina wasn't what I expected either (I was expecting a much more gung-ho woman), but I still found her cute nonetheless.
I do know you're not the only one disappointed, though.

meh, Kushina's okay... she's pretty, yeah... but I honestly don't see a semblance to Sakura... And yeah, she doesn't seem spunky. neutral But she's okay, I'm mostly neutral when it comes to Naruto's story anyway... sweatdrop
Jiraiya's dead... neutral I know we've been anticipating it for quite a while now... but wow... reality's hard to swallow...
Eh, I wanna see the next chapter so badly though. XD
I wonder who pein is. ^__^

I'm somewhat glad that Kushina turned out to be more mellow...and with LONG hair; since people make such a big deal about the guys marrying the same kind of woman as their mother, and I'm also a big NaruHina supporter...long hair, pleasant demeanor... 3nodding
I of course throw that theory out the window for SasuSaku xd lol
As for Jiraiya...of course noone wants to see him die, but I don't think he will until he's satisfied with the 'ending', right?

Am I the only one desprately wanting to know who Tobi is? I kinda want him to be Obito, just because I think that'd be a great story (and I love Kakashi). heart
