Floof Wolf Burnt Glitter Ack. D is everywhere at once and he's not even really crawling yet. *pulls hair out* Gabe is getting really good at crawling. I was just over visiting my parents for (almost) a week and I would be in the livingroom with Gabe and my dad would come into the room, say hi to him then wander over to the kitchen table to look at the Buy + Sell paper and Gabe would start crying then book it into the kitchen too. LOL He is also standing, sometimes without support from anything at all and he is babbling a lot too :3 My son cries when my dad leaves the room. My dad is his favorite person ever.

D likes him because...I'm not really sure why actually. He just really likes my dad.

My son is a total Daddy's boy through and through. But if you think about it, he sees me all day, so he's used to me, I'm not as exciting!

I've been MIA for awhile, but I think I'm back. Spent the weekend at a renfest with my family and a very close family friend. It was a nice weekend. We couldn't really afford it, but it was something we needed. Away from the house and the phone and just having fun. For once the house didn't get set on fire, so I think the weekly fire trend is broken. I'm still hoping it is. My friend gave my dog a turkey leg last night, and he's been exploding all over the house. I'm just glad that Izzy is willing to clean up after his dog, because if I had to....There'd be a lot more to clean up than dog poop/puke. I'd be puking too. ICK! We found out that Izzy is probably going to spend most of October and/or November (so he probably won't be home for his birthday either) in the field. Hopefully he'll be home for Halloween, because all the time we've been together, we haven't spent a single Halloween together. I should probably just be glad we get Christmas, but still. Halloween is a major holiday for us. Besides, he's missed so many firsts as it is, he shouldn't have to miss his daughters' first real trick or treat session. Which reminds me, I should start decorating. When I say Halloween is a major holiday, I'm not kidding! I usually start decorating the last week of September, and don't take it down until the first weekend of November. I just hope the landlady doesn't mind headstones in the front yard. Heh. We've been pretty busy this past week, and I think I'm just going to take today as down time. Well here's to hoping I'm back for a bit. So many forums to catch up on......
