Sliding the sliver beneath his charred uniform, Johan tried to find a clean spot on his sleeve to wipe his eyes with, but no such luck. Everything was covered in ash, dust, and blood. He'd never before been grimier, and taken so long to notice. The desire to go home suddenly gripped him, and Johan walked over to join his comrades. A glint caught his eye, and he saw the impromptu offerings left by the others. It was a wonderful gesture, and he immediately summoned his own, adding it to the ranks.

A very vaguely familiar ghoul approached her and Junko paused a moment. Describe him? Well...if it would give her an answer. "He's..a ghost. Gray skin, red on black eyes that glow...black hair? And he was dressed kind of like...I...was.." She looked down at herself and sighed. She wasn't completely naked, not like apparently some of the other students, but her outfit had seen better days. She was going to have to peel it off her body like another layer of skin.

"Won't that be delightful." The Mistress groaned. Junko's eyes widened a moment before she settled and relaxed. It was the first thing She had said since they were in the maze. It was almost comforting.

"Do you think you've seen him?" Junko asked, reaching over to just try and pick off a part of the skull instead of destroying the horn until there was nothing left.

Well, that was all fun and interesting. They were all alive at least, well most of them. She looked to West and back over to Savior. The ghoul knew that Levi would be okay, right? Students were all taking a piece of the remains as a souvenir. Okay... She went for the horn because it was cooler. She went to try to get a piece off.

Mandy had been going to leave the momento collecting to the others. She could get behind the thought but she wanted to remember Red by what she'd taught her, not the bone of when she'd gone insane. Besides she had more important things to carry, like an unconcious fire demon.

But... she'd looked over. And she'd seen West fail. And he just looked so down trodden. Hoisting Danny so that she could carry her securely, if not comfortably because if the size difference, she gave Colette a look and then walked towards West, stopping besides where he stood.

She didn't say anything, just reached out next to where he had been trying to break off a piece and started trying to crack the bone with her claws. The chunk of skull crumbled to ash beneath her fingers, causing her jaw to clench.

She wasn't going to fail, she'd get a piece, give it to West, and it would all be good.

The way he chipped at it was almost painstakingly gentle .. Gentle was a lot harder to accomplish with a burned arm and injured hand. It almost felt much too easy to let it slip. And that he did. sad sad sad

Ghost...ghost....dressed like a ninja but not a female ninja? Savior raised a hand up to her mask and tapped her nails on it, the hardened flesh making a pleasant rapping noise with each finger movement. She was looking over each face in her mind, even if it was a bit blurry, and finally....

"Ah, yes. Hims. Died." Savior shrugged her shoulders and pulled her hand away from her mask, letting it drop to her side. She'd seen him get swallowed up by the water, wasn't it? "Keeled, feech. Big feech." Now Savior was doing drastic motions for some reason, like she needed to re-enact the death of this person for the person asking. "Yup. Dead"

Why she waited from answer from her two still alive friends, Holly went to hit the horn again. Defiantly getting lose though she noticed some people failing at it, like West. Poor guy.

Sweet! A piece of the horn feel off into her hands. She held it up and grinned. "Kind of creepy buy cool, right?"
