Description: While snow can be destructive, It can also be very soothing. Drawing on her bloodline's power, the Shinsetsu can cool a person's body, slowing heart rate and lowering blood pressure. Similar to eiseijutsu, it can help slow the blood flow of various injuries, increasing the amount of time they bleed out for, and slowing poison progress through the bloodstream. The person will also be slightly numbed, making pain somewhat less effective. It is as effective to the person as the eiseijutsu technique Shiketsuzai [ Bleeding Suppression ] is.
This technique does not come without a cost, however. While the target may cool down immensely, they are prone to frostbite if they are not released from the technique within [10] posts. Additionally, the technique heats up the Shinsetsu's body, to a burning hot temperature. Description:

With her natural talent for Speed, her shield quickly becomes just as devastating as her sword. Channeling chakra to both the shield and her feet, she beings a mad dash for the opponent. Within a close proximity of the opponent, she will swing her shield. With a mix of her speed and her shield,this jutsu is almost as powerful as a bombtag!

Restrictions:
- She CANNOT run through jutsu, if a jutsu is coming at her she must stop
- She CANNOT swing directly down: Side Bash & Front... she needs the running start
- Jutsu Prep: One post - action
- No Explosions, just absolute Blunt Force.

Description: Chōumei as a performer and a devote practitioner of the Shinto faith has come to realize that her performances (dances) and music created and played to please the Kamisama are also a way of training the body and mind to register rhythm and precise yet lucid timing into her martial-arts. By performing her actions with a constant rhythmic motion to her styles Chōumei can passively synchronize her various fighting styles that "parallel" one another and their perks. Paralleling being defined by stances or techniques and over all styles that have similar motions or actions that overlap without hindrance to the others form or ability via weapon or required stature. (such as a lower-body and upper-body stance(s) overlapping, or two defensive techniques that work along the same motion, or using a weapon with similar length and ease of use for the individual.)
With this Chōumei can perform (dance) continuously as she fights, and conduct simultaneously harmonious Bukijutsu(s) or Taijutsu(s) techniques where one is automatically considered "supplementary" to the other, but both styles if harmonious in rhythm (description) bestow their perks to Chōumei. Attacks become complex and gain descriptive ranks [Slightly (E.1/6th), Mildly (D.2/6th), Moderately (C.3/6th) etc.] equal to that of the "supplementary" techniques rank aimed towards bolstering the "active" techniques effect while not losing its own boost, which can stack with other active descriptive, ultimately granting a full ranks increase once reaching supremely (S.6/6th). This ability cannot work across more than 2 styles/stances/techniques respectively at a time and must be trained to the same rank as the stances and techniques it might try to incorporate. Meaning at E-rank this ability only applies to E-ranked trained skills in a bukijutsu or taijust.
• Perks of both styles if passive are considered active across both styles move sets, and the specified styles must be stated during this jutsu's use.
• Chōumei, has free range to choose along any of her Buki or Tai styles that "Parallel" in motion description or do not hinder the other, as well as which move is "supplementary" and which is "active" unless stated in said move that it's always considered an activation.
• Note: the passive portion of this is that Chōumei is technically always dancing or moving with rhythm even in a firm stance, and this effect is conducted with no further cost than what the two techniques require to be used. This can be noted as a P.A.

In actuality she sends out dispersed shock-waves of chakra through her feet into the ground and air or any medium that sound or chakra may travel over to correspond with another medium any other instrument that can retain her chakra in the environment. This is done normally with the bells in "Suzu Senbon no Genkaku" [ Illusion Bell Needles ]. By doing this Chōumei permeates the area with a lucid physical and meta-physical aura of ying & yang chakra that allows the genjutsu she cast through performing (dancing) or playing music to be felt and heard as long as one is with in the area of effect of her bells. Which carry 10 yards in diameter per bell (from herself its 15yards), and as long as the wave reaches another bell with in its coverage they resonate to extend the sound and range of Chōumei's performance. The effects of the genjutsu's activated this way remain the same but the kai cost raises by half [x1.5], and even without seeing Chōumei perform (dance) her genjutsu can be "felt" through the vibrations and activate through both tactile and auditory stimulus, not just visual for dancing. [all required stimuli for genjutsu remain unchanged, this simply extends the medium in which she reaches these stimuli.]
• This Jutsu consumes an activation, but is not considered an active Genjutsu, but rather a primer for others. Where in "Suzu Senbon no Genkaku" with in the scope of this Jutsu also becomes simply a primer. If used with in this technique Suzu cost simply an additional 5 chakra per senbon being placed into the array.
• This jutsu can permeate and resonate among the bells without further cost for 3 turns before requiring another payment for up keep.
• For each retraining above the initial training rank this technique gains [5] yards in chakra/sound range, and makes her genjutsu seem more "real", therefore harder to see through in details for those with a rank lower than its own, or using justsu of a lower rank for perception.

I do like the ideas behind these, but we'll have to digest them a little bit longer. For the immediate, the first feels like two separate techniques, while the second appears to be in need of a size restriction.

Odorikuruu: I might have to work out the language a little better if you guys are reading it as two techniques or if its not certain too. I'll work shop this one a little, but you guys get the general point of the effect right?

Kyoushin: Well I figured my limit would essentially be how much charka I want to burn through, cause using this to prime the area and essentially by its self not really cause any damage. Then also paying for whatever genjutsu on top of it can be pretty taxing to me. At best it's possible to effect a thread like a town district, but other than that I don't think it would go further than that. Unless I want to burn through all my chakra. The range could be shortened simply by destroying thing the bells. Though it has a undetermined and adjustable range and cost to fit such I figured the fact that my opponent has the freedom to figure out how to shorten my range made this technique reasonably balanced in the respect of "no jutsu is perfect" that essentially the canon went over in the last chapters.

Technique Name: Shinku Sakura Byōki ( Crimson cherry blossom disease )
Rank: A rank initial
Type: Bloodline biological passive. Class custom for bloodline
Element: Blood
Description: Red has developed a very unique genetic disease of which she and her blood are the carriers. Meaning ultimately she is immune to the disease herself but carrier the ability to pass it on. This disease causes formation of blood cells in the infected body to no longer clot normally, now resembling rose petals when their blood is drawn. This disease is highly infectious to other humans, and if any of her DNA comes into fluid (inhalation wounds, bodily fluids) contact with another the disease spreads rapidly like a virus bonding and changing the cellular structure of their blood. This disease is treatable, however requires surgery in the form of a transfusion that normally cannot be done on a field of battle...

The longer one goes without being treated the more susceptible they will be. Once two turns have been crossed ones body begins to form sores that are easily tore open, and the seriousness of a wound can deplete stamina equaling the stamina used to connect the attack, after five turns, the subject is coughing blood as well, and their stamina from wounds will be sapped twice that in cost compared to stamina used to cause the wound.


Technique Name: Bloodright
Rank: B rank initial cast; D rank upkeep per turn
Type: Ninjutsu (Class bloodline custom 2/3)
Element: Maruton
Description: Ruby cut her palm to collect blood in her cupped hand. Taking this collected blood she inscribes the characters for a unique seal on the blade of her scythe. This ritual invented by herself that creates a area effect that is effected by the blood right sacrifice. The seal permeates an invisible aura that causes any suiton chakra nature to turn into blood afflicted and mixed with Rubies own chakra nature and her rather unique strains of DNA. Though her does not have to be the source of the suiton technique, the ritual dilutes her signature into the very air and causes any suiton jutsu or any given water source) to become just like her saiketsu blood including her hazardous strain of crimson cherry blossom disease.. The effect of this jutsu go's mostly unnoticed until suiton techniques are used but a ominous foreboding can be felt in the air towards the demonic nature of this blood right. The blood right lasts for several minutes, translating into 12 turns of play. Affecting and area of 100 yards around the user.

Notes: This technique does not effect ground water or naturally occurring streams, only water used in techniques.

In order for the technique to effect opponents suiton jutsu the user must have blood on them and exert the same amount of chakra used including control modifiers.

Re-reading over the first again, for tonight, it reminds me a lot of Ninjutsu's Korabo ability(pulling 2 techniques into 1), only with tai or buki. Leaving aside the descriptives part for the moment, am I correct in thinking this way?

I still think the disease should be classified as a weapon, and will minimally state that it needs to look like how the Hazards are presented. (though doses should likely be replaced with physical time scales) As for the second, this technique is an invasion and defense against other suiton? If you're taking over someone else's technique, it'll need to be overpowered with more chakra, even if said technique is still dangerous to yourself. Also, this ability means that even if someone makes a jet stream from their mouth, it'd automatically infect them, which isn't cool. I'm asking for a vast decrease in AoE range, given the benefits/detriments to cost ratios. (misted blood is trivially easy to get on you)

Yeah, its kinda like dance Karabo, but the idea is a bit broader in scope than simply effecting techniques alone. It bridges styles with her dance like moments. And uses the strength of both forms to bolster one , while using both. Though in that concept she alternates as she pleases which is the bolstered one and which is more over supporting.
The descriptive ranks thing was just breaking it down in to how it works in that system.

Technique Name: Gruesome lands

Type: {Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Barrier
Description: A mixture of genjutsu an ninjutsu relying on the power of the sakkugan. While the Sakkugan is active the user will emit a bright light from there eyes.Once done a dome of sorts will form about 100 meters from the caster. The dome doesnt block sight or hinder anyone peering through it in anyway. What it allows the user to do is switch anything that isnt alive or formed from chakra that is not the users own in some way in an out of reality an pass through them as if they weren't there at all. The user can for example pass through a wall an then make that wall real once more right after. effectively allowing the user to simply slide through solid objects as if they were not there to begin with as long as the object is within the barrier.

Rank: E - S Rank
Type: Taijutsu
Element: None
Description: Basically this is just leg weights that help increase Kojin's basic speed when removed. Each rank of these weights must be learned seperatly, and Kojin must spend an extra three posts getting use to the weights after they are applied. Kojin can also only learn up to the rank of ninja he is when training with the weights and each new increase take five posts to apply them and three posts to get use to them. No reductions applied.

E Rank - Slightly increases speed when removed.
D Rank - Moderately increases speed when removed
C Rank - Greatly increases speed when removed
B Rank - Massively increases speed when removed
A Rank - Monstrously increases speed when removed
S Rank - Unnaturally increases speed when removed

Sorry, but I will not approve this. Stats can already be updated by different Tai and Buki styles, and some Jutsu are being changed to have an affect on the descriptive ranks as it stands.

This realistically seems more like it would be a piece of equipment, but to hash those kinds of details I would refer you to AandOE.
