There's only pictures hung in the shadows,
Left there to look at you.══════════════════════════════════════════N i g h tI blinked as Cloverpaw asked me who I was looking for, and my gaze snapped back to him. I smiled slightly. "Oh, it's nothing. Just looking for Barkwind, that's all," I meowed calmly.
I glanced around once more, and then back to Cloverpaw. "That's wonderful though. You'll be getting your warrior name and all. Just don't get cocky though." I meowed, smirking. "It's too often that I see apprentices become warriors, and soon enough, they think they're some gift to the Clans." My tail lashed slightly as I thought about Hawkblaze, then Miraclesky, and many other young warriors. I forced myself to calm down, and looked at Stonepaw, who was being quiet. "When do you suppose your assessment'll be?" I asked.
Stonepaw's gaze snapped up. "Um, in a few moons." she meowed, shrugging.

[She looked around
her gaze resting on Featherheart]
"I think i'm going to go
hang with Featherheart"
[SkywhisӃer meowed]
"She looks lonley.
I think i'm going to see if she wants
to hunt with me, when we get back.

[She flicked her tail to Thunderflight.]
would've said 'see you later'
to her but i don't think she would've heard me.
I hope whatever's bothering her, blows over.
[she thought and padded
to Featherheart, purred and sat down beside her.]
"Heya Buddy"
[Skywhisker purred
and poked her with her paw]((woah, that's a bit longer than i thought))...About to lose it all

[Serpentpaw narrowed her eyes.] Is this cat challenging Serpentpaw? [She was thankful when the Stormclan warrior came and helped in the uneasy conversation. she glanced over and gave her a smile of gratitude. She quickly returned her attention to Eaglesoar. Now feeling challenged she no longer was shy, she was only fearful when it came to socializing but when it came to other situations...]
"Oh, that? This is Serpentaw's first gathering, she did not know she was not allowed to speak with her mentor. You see, Serpentpaw is an impatient cat. She hears she is to be a warrior soon, she just wanted to confirm this information with her beloved leader. She is sorry if this simple action bothered you. Besides, Serpentpaw is sure that whatever a Breezeclan apprentice has to say to anyone is of no importance or interest to a Nightclan warrior such as yourself."
[She said with a sweet smile, void of aggression or distant for the nightclan warrior that stood in front Thinderflight. She acted freindly, so as not to make him feel as if he was being challenged himself or that he was unwelcome, although he probably did with the other cats around. She slowly stepped forth from the shadows, gracefully sitting next to her. Being a wildcat she looked different from the other cats, if not alittle out of place. ]

He didn't know who this Barkwind was, but he assumed that the gray warrior had to keep watch for her or something. The young tom noticed how aggitated Cinderstreak looked when he advised him about becoming a warrior. Snorting lightly, Cloverpaw waved his tail in dismissal.]
"Nah, I'm not like that, and I'm sure I'll never be," he paused, deciding whether he should speak his next thought or not, "My sisters on the other hand...Well, I won't say anymore."
[That actually wasn't what was on his mind. What Cinderstreak said had brought one cat to mind: Falconstrike. Cloverpaw was sure that the warrior's death had more than something to do with his personality, and he couldn't help but think that personality had been triggered by something like recieving his warrior name, or maybe winning a battle, driving off a fox or badger and such. Shrugging inwardly, he actually wondered whether Falconstrike had made it to StarClan or not.]
Nobody's perfect. he reminded himself before looking over at Stonepaw with a purr.

Wheatear Open fields are filled with peace and harmony... #~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~# [Wheatear looked around the clearing of cats as he padded to the gathering. Wheatear looked around and saw a Cloverpaw and Cinderstreak talking. He saw a gray tabby tom with dark green eyes looking up at the leaders.] Hmm...I wonder if he talked to anyone. Wheatear thought questioningly. [The golden tabby padded up to the gray tabby cat and mewed a greeting.] "Hello, my name is Wheatear and I'm from Thunderclan...who are you?" #~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~#

[Hawkblaze waved his tail to Skywhisker as she left. She too seemed to be acting differently. He sighed softly, his gaze following Thunderflight just as she got up and strode over to the NightClan warrior and BreezeClan apprentice. He gestured with his tail for Whisperpaw to follow, and caught the last of Thunderflight and Serpentpaw's words. But then he saw the looks Eaglesoar was shooting every other cat. Something like over-confidence flashed through those emerald depths, making the tabby warrior's eyebrows snap together.
But of course, he saw how Thunderflight had handled the situation and decided not to put any of his own thoughts in.]
Since when are apprentices forbidden to speak at Gatherings? NightClan warriors...Well, him, mostly, he lashed his tail at the thought and padded up to Thunderflight and Serpentpaw, sitting beside the BreezeClan apprentice.
[It was only then that he noticed Eaglesoar's posture; well-built and tall, he seemed to enjoy glaring down at Serpentpaw, who--for an apprentice--looked larger than usual as well. Well, if this was a size contest, Thundeflight and Hawkblaze were among the winners. They stood like sentinels beside Serpentpaw, both glaring threateningly at the fiery ginger warrior.]_________________________

My tail twitched, and my eyes wandered back to Stonepaw, who was looking hopeful. "You look like the type who hunts well, so you'll definitely do great." [My eyes flickered to her paws, which were cream colored. And oddly small. I smirked slightly.] "Though with paws like those, you wouldn't scare a mouse if you were in battle," I joked.
[A look of dismay crossed Stonepaw's face, but then it was replaced with determination. She growled playfully, wiggling her rump for a bit.] "Though with paws like these, I'll run faster, and will be less likely to trip over my own paws, unlike yours," [She poked my large paws playfully with a claw, and bounced back, grinning. I laughed, flexing my claws.] "I suppose you're right." [I liked this one. She had spunk.]

[Whisperpaw follwoed Hawkblaze, she, was jsut as large as the rest of them. Her Ceremony, being way delayed, had already made her Warrior sized.]"What's his problem?"Whisperpaw murmered into Hawkblaze's ear.
