The waitress looked back at the man and flashed him a grin. "You're in luck, sir. We have a lot of well paying customers who expect us to have the best in stock. You want strong, I'll bring you a glass of the strongest liquid gold we have." she said as she led him towards the wall. From there she led him up a large stair case that ended on a balcony overlooking the Lounge. Tables were set up, same as the bottom floor. On this level guests were able to smoke thanks to the ventilation given from the tall ceiling and vents scattered about the walls. "Would you prefer a corner booth or a view of the Lounge, sir?"

It was a good thing Morquka expanded on his last statement, the woman nearly dropped her order booklet when he asked for several bottles of alcohol. She looked back at him, wide-eyed as she led him towards the back corner of the balcony. Even after he had explained, she still didn't seem to know what to say to that. "I.... haha. Well, we'll just start you out with one bottle and see how you're feeling after that." she said with a small smile.

Edmond stood outside the Iceberg Lounge for a while before heading to the door. The walk had not taken long and he knew that at some point he broke off from Emily as she returned to her base for what they needed. Before approaching the door he straightened his tie and adjusted his vest. Then, briefcase in hand, he approached the two doormen. Before getting to them he took out his ID and showed them. Well, his fake ID, but they would be able to tell. "I am Eric Monte. I have a meeting with Cobblepot as soon as his current one concludes. Jamie can confirm my story." Edmond said presenting himself with an air of authority. He looked back and forth at the guards then waited fro them to say something.

The waitress nodded, then carefully walked away from her new customer and down the stairs. There weren't very many people sitting about on the balcony, so Morquka had a bit of peace and quiet while he waited. Several minutes later, the blonde waitress came walking back up the steps with a silver tray in her hands. On it was a wine glass and three glass bottles filled with a golden brown liquid. Each with a different lable on it.

"Alright. These are three of our best and strongest. You can have a sample of each, then keep the bottle of what one you like the best." she said with a grin.

One of the guards kept his focus on Monte and took his ID to look over. The other man turned away from the two and put his hand up to his ear. He began to speak quietly, presumably to confirm the Count's claim. As he did so, the other guard handed Monte back his ID, then stepped forward. "I'll need to check you for weapons. Standard procedure." he said.

First thing that would need to be checked would be the case the man was carrying. Then his clothes to make sure he wasn't hiding anything.

Morquka took a deep breath through his nose and and then reach for the wine glass and the bottle that contained the strongest liquor of the three he was offered. He knew his spirits by now. He had been drinking for over a century. "Excellent year. Though I must say it can be off putting even to those who know their spirits because of the harsh kick that follows the smooth flavor. I'm a tad surprised you have it in stock. My compliments to The owner of the establishment for their skill in procuring the finest."

Morquka then poured himself a glass, slowly drank the liquid as if it were water, and then poured himself another glass.

Morquka decided to take a risk. He was always hungry, which was why he drank so much. It helped ignore his hunger pains. "This is going to sound absolutely ridiculous, and more than a bit loony to you in all likelyhood. But is there any chance You could bring me a 3 pound chunk of Limestone with a few quartz crystals on the side? Perhaps a slab of concrete with a garnesh of ruby and a dash of Red clay powder?" He'd gone and said it. And now he was in trouble most likely.

Morquka sat there staring the Waitress in the eyes, and his look would tell that he was serious.

Big Joe took the seat to face Penguin across from his desk, "I think another 'Harvey Wallbanger' is in order. Today's the first time I've tried one, and it's growing on me. After we receive drinks, we'll discuss business at your convienence. I know your time is precious, Mr. Cobblepot."

"Yes as In actuall gems young lady. If You can bring me Some concrete with a few quartz crystals, I'll accept it. You bring it, I'll eat it. And worry not, eating a little bit of concrete isn't going to hurt me. I've eaten Granite pancakes drizzled with hot molten silver and and blood rubies. That was my favorite as a child." Then Morquka smiled. He'd been completely truthful, and he decided there was no harm in scaring a few humans. He wouldn't take his true form, but he'd still have his fun. Normally he'd be quite afraid of revealing what he is to humans, But this time he decided against hiding. He was sick of hiding.
