 LucyLucy felt a pain pulling at her heart as she watched over Sai.
Whatever happened to her, it had definitely changed the Eevee.
She wasn't the Eevee Lucy had been falling for just days before anymore.
"Whatever we're not hearing... We're listening for it..."
The Weavile held Sai closed and gently kissed her on the top of the head.

 SaileitheSai's unseen eyes opened slightly as Lucy spoke. They traveled a moment after but she just closed them again. "My father decided to say goodbye at the manor. That's all." Simplified, she was telling the truth, but saying much more might just drive her crazy again with how fresh it all still was. It was more of a 'put the pieces together' type response.

LucyAh, now the puzzle pieces were beginning to fall into place.
Lucy had never heard of Sai's father, so she had assumed he was either estranged or dead.
Lucy had heard of that manor, the Haunted Manor.
So, Sai's dad was dead, and he had visited her as a ghost.
"Alright, honey... I understand..." She said softly.
If Lucy's father had visited her as a ghost, she would have been a little ******** up for a few days, too.

SaileitheSai nodded slightly. She would have made remark, but she had the logic not to. "It's fine. I'm going to rest."Her body adjusted slightly before drifting off.

 Lucy---&--- Callie--Another Fun Time Skip--
A few hours later, as Lucy lay there by Sai with her eyes closed, a soft knocking rapped the door.
"Come in..." Lucy said softly, not even bothering to open her eyes.
"M-Mom...?" A soft voice said as Callie entered the room.
She looked at her mother, and then at the Eevee she was with.
"W-What's going on...?"

SaileitheSai's eyes eventually opened again at the sound of the door and the new voice. She looked over, her vision was rather clouded still, but she traced her memory anyway. Female Weavile, a bit small... mom? Sai was still for a moment, then made a small nod. So this was the Weavile Lucy told her about before. Figures she'd show up now. Sai turned back on her belly and watched Callie carefully.

Lucy---&--- CallieLucy opened one of her sapphire-colored eyes and looked at her daughter.
Not the best situation to meet Sai in.
"Sai, this is my daughter, Calliope," She purred softly to the Eevee.
"Callie, this is my friend Saileithe. I'm... taking care of her."
Callie locked her claws together behind her back, looking at the small Eevee curiously.
"Oh... I-It's nice to meet y-you..." She stammered softly, her shy nature getting the better of her.

SaileitheSai nodded in reply before pulling herself up into a sit. "It's nice to meet you too." Sai replied simply before looking back at Lucy in slight confusion. It didn't seem like she called Callie here though, she couldn't have.

Lucy---&--- CallieLucy glanced down at Sai, and then looked at Callie.
"Callie... What are you doing here...?" Lucy asked softly.
A little shiver went up the daughter Weavile's spine.
"W-Well... I-I-I had just heard s-some things, and I w-wanted to come see if i-it was all true..."
Lucy cocked an eyebrow.
"What things? What did you hear?" She asked.
"Well... Th-That you... found another Mama..."
A jolt raged Lucy's nervous system.
An Isis replacement?
There was no such thing.
Looking at her feelings for Sai, though, it almost seemed that way.
Lucy was moving on, there wasn't supposed to be anything wrong with that!

SaileitheSai was rather relaxed as the conversation went on, but once she heard Callie's 'mama' statement, she jumped a bit. Staring back at Lucy with a rather mixed expression. She felt like she knew who Callie was referring to, but was Callie thinking that herself? What a wake up call. Despite her position now, she was thinking logically enough to try configuring the situation in her own head. So, putting it together. So, Lucy did like her too?
Duh. Wasn't that obvious?
What if someone else told Callie? Lucy seems oblivious.
...Or did she mention to Callie about her?
But... "another mama"...?Sai's onward stare into nothingness ended as she tightly closed her eyes for a few seconds. How awkward.

Lucy---&--- Callie"Callie..." Lucy began softly.
"Nobody could ever replace your Mama, you know that, right?"
Callie just looked down at the floor and nodded slightly.
"... I'm moving on, though, Callie. Mama would have wanted us to be happy, and... I'm happy."
Lucy purred and bent down, nuzzling the side of Sai's face.

SaileitheSai's eyes opened wide again as Lucy nuzzled her. Her pupils became unfocused as she quickly glanced around the room. What's happening? She lost track. That or she's in shock. Either way. What? Did Lucy admit to her... She couldn't tell. "What is..." Sai blinked, pausing to gather her thoughts. "...I'm confused."Thoughts now gathered. Returning to previous statement: What?

Lucy---&--- CallieLucy sighed a little, looking at Sai.
"Keeping things like this hidden never works out," She stated.
"I really like you, Sai. It's why I want to help you so much, I can't bear to see things like this happen to wonderful Pokemon like you."
Callie blushed a little as she watched her mother.
She was a true romantic, while Callie was all giddy and shy around love.

SaileitheSai stood dumbfounded. Had she been in the right mentality, this would have been far less of an issue. She looked over at Callie, then Lucy again and sighed. "I feel the same and rather have been."Sai couldn't get out whatever she wanted to say. She'd fix that considering she got better. Sai laid back down on Lucy again. Her heart was a bit fast, but she was quick to ignore it. She was okay for a few seconds, but started to tear up again then buried her face in Lucy's fur. It was relieving to get out overall.

"Callie... Leave us alone for a little bit, please?"
Callie understood, and nodded a little bit before leaving.
Before she went out the door, she took a final glance at the two girls.
As long as Mom was happy... She was happy.
