(I'm so sorry, everyone! My internet connection is sparse due to an old router. It often dies without warning, and I can't get it to reconnect :c I also have gymnastics to attend. I'm really sorry for holding y'all up!)
Ari shook herself out of her stupor and laughed, pursuing the other girls. The one who dared her ran close behind. “It’s this way…” she said, steering Ari in the right direction. ”Oh! Thanks…” she said, smiling. “No problem, the name’s Bea,” Aphrodite said smoothly. Ari nodded. ”Ari,” she said, giving a small wave. “Here, give me your hand. I can teleport us right to the lake…” Ari laughed and placed her hand in Aphrodite’s. Aphrodite turned, and Ari with her… the next thing she knew she was in empty space, and then she hit the water. Ari shrieked as she hit the water, even though it was warm. ”I didn’t know you meant that literally!” she spluttered, splashing ‘Bea’. The girl only cackled. Ari sank beneath the surface, letting the water close over her head. Every sound was muffled, and she closed her eyes.
Ari loved the water, mostly because it carried sound waves easily. Her echo-location was vamped up in water. Sure enough, as she let out a few clicks, they bounced back to her nearly instantaneously. This lake was deep… but also magical. She felt Bea’s hand grab her under the arm, and pull her to the surface. “Musica will kill me if he thinks you’ve drowned!” she tutted. Ari rolled her eyes. “C’mon… I’ll take you to him. I’m not here to babysit… consider your dare fulfilled!” With that, Bea and Ari raced for the shore, laughing all the way. Aphrodite beat her there, but only by a smidge. “Here, Musica! Here’s Your Ari!” Aphrodite giggled as she dove back into the lake. Ari laughed as she pinched Musica’s toes. Her hair was wet, and clung to the back of her neck allowing droplets of water to roll down her back. ”What are they all screaming about?” Ari asked, tugging at his ankle, trying to pull him into the water.

Musica looked down to the water and smiled. "My Ari? I didn't know I was your owner. He said as he flicked his toes at her. Finally he stood up and stripped of everything but his boxers. "All right all right, I'm getting into the water. Don't be so impatient." After all his clothes were folded and pushed to the side he ran towards the and then leaped a fair distance to middle, if fact actually not far from the middle. He sensed the auras of the magical beings around, and once he knew they weren't hostil he slowly swam back over to her. "As to what they're screaming at it's nothing more than a forest creature, not hostile at all. They think it's a monster, so I thought I'd continue to let them think that."

"You don't own me!" she laughed swimming out to where he landed. "... and a forest creature? Gods, I thought we all had more mettle than that!" she said, splashing Musica in the face with a wave of water.

He dipped under the water, swimming around her to the other side. He then splashed at her from behind while laughing. "I know eh? So I see your dare wasn't too bad since everyone has joined in. And I was worried with all this concentration of power that something in this mystical lake would harm us. Silly me." He said kicking his feet around in the water, bumping over something but just assumed it a plant. It was actually one of the Magical water creatures that lived in the lake. It continued to observe the land creatures in the water, almost envious with her gaze.

"Silly you indeed!" Ari said as she dove underwater. She felt the vibrations Musica's legs made as he kicked, and her hands shot out with unerring accuracy to grip his ankles. With a strong yank, she pulled him under the water with her, trying to keep from laughing.

Trent Blink once again, The Girl had stopped screaming and was now clinging to a guy that could walk on water ... Yup weird place. He scratched the leaves on his head and sat down once again looking over the scene that was playing out in front of him. "Humans are ... weird."

He let himself be dragged under the water, just to see if he could get a look around. He saw Ari's legs above him and then he looked down. Eventually a flash of a white thing swimming caught his attention, knowing it was too large for a normal fish. "What the...?" He thought to himself as he saw a... human arm? Half tempted to swim deeper he came back up to tell Ari what he found. "I believe I saw a young girl swimming under the lake. She was gone before I could get a good look.

”A girl?” Ari asked, confused. ”… as in a mermaid?” How cool was that?! Ari took a deep breath and dropped below the surface. The noises of the land were muffled, and she once again had radio silence. She placed the flat reed-like necklace between her lips, and blew. A series of high-pitched clicks rang from it, sounding akin to the sounds dolphins made. The bounced away into the dark water and Ari extended her arms and her fingers. She seemed almost to be waiting for something to come back to her. Suddenly, a deep current brushed past her, stirring up the surface of the lake.
Needing air, she resurfaced next to Musica. ”… you’re right! There are things down there… I just don’t know quite what! I wish we had scuba gear or something!” she muttered.

Musica shook his head at the mention of mermaid. "No there was no fish tail, I believe it was one of those Greek water spirits. Naiad was it?" Looking back down into the water he considered revealing another little trick he could do, but he really didn't want to. He was worried she could get hurt in the process. He fiddled with his fingers as he looked around. "Well.... scuba gear may not be necessary. Not saying I've perfected this yet, but I may be able to get us down there. That is if it's just us."

Ari heard the hesitation in his voice. ”… it would be just us. By the sound of it, Evermore is hanging off Ares, and everyone else is concerned with the ‘beast’. They won’t even miss us!” she said, smiling. ”… it’s ok if you don’t want to try, though. I think I could get myself down there as well, I just haven’t really tried it yet!” She kicked happily in the water. A light-fairy came and danced around her head. She smiled, though she could not see it.

Musica glanced back and forth, then got closer to Ari and placed his hands on her shoulders. He was going to have to use teleport and convert water into oxygen using the Light. He almost chuckled at the thought of how much all this use of magic would age him. "Do you trust me? If you don't trust me then it can not happen." What he was going to do was dangerous, not for him but her. Unsure of where he could teleport them she might not be able to reach the surface in time if his conversion doesn't work. With his lengthened ability to hold his breath he could remain under water for about thirty minutes.

Ari didn't even hesitate. "I may be suicidal when I say this... but I do trust you," she said, flashing him a smile. She made sure her necklace was firmly attached before taking a deep breath. "Let's lock 'n load!" she cheered quietly, trying to be as inconspicuous as possible.

Without even batting an eyelash Musica and Ari were gone in a flash of light. About 50 feet under the water the pair blurred into existence. Not even skipping a beat he concentrated his magic on the water around them and converted it to oxygen so that the water could be breathed. After taking a shaky breath of his own he smiled to Ari. "All right I think I did it. I just hope we can communicate down here." He attempted to slowly verbalize each word to ensure she heard him. Looking around he saw the magical scenery that was hidden beneath an almost normal seeming lake.
