Mina smiled and blushed a little as Max took her hand. "Aww thanks, but Necromancer's bane isn't rare if you know how to make it." She chirped happily. Her smile went away for a moment and her nosed crinkled. "Though it's as hard to make as it is to find, you've got to make sure you have ple-" her train of thought was interrupted by the undead hoard, reminding her they were still in the middle of a battle. Her attention was brought back to Max as he swore to protect her.
"My name is Mina." she said, setting the candle on her belly and lifting her dress slightly to curtsy. She gave Max a big grin and once her hand was free and Max was on the move she took up space behind him. As they moved in to battle Mina melted the wax on the bottom of her candle so it'd stick to her belly, leaving both her hands free. Mina took two handfuls of the yellow fire and smiled. She was ready to unleash her powerful flames when she felt a kick from her brood.
Looking down at her larger belly Mina was reminded she might need to go easy on the magic. She mumbled to her self before putting the two balls of fire together, she went with something that would use less magic. "Fire in the hole!" She shouted out, rearing her arm back and tossing the fire ball. The fireball hit one of the zombies and burst, setting a few others around it on fire as well. "well, it's better than nothing." She said, gathering up another yellow fire ball from her candle before throwing it.

Catching the potion he smiled and gave a nod to the Warlock. "Thanks." Max spoke with respect as he uncorked the bottle and took a small drink. The strange liquid mixing with his blood helping heal his wounds. True he could have used the whole bottle, but his magic could heal where the potion left off.
Mina kept talking for a while, the tiny pregnant candle mage rambling on and on about how to create Necromancer's bane. Placing a hand on her shoulder Max gave her a nod. "Tell me all about it when we're not surrounded by hordes of undead Mina. Truth be told I've never met a Candle Witch before, so it's a pleasure to meet you Mina." he spoke to her with respect as well holding a slight blush.
As they began to meet up with the group he stopped by the wagon and placed the almost full potion in Cassius's hands. "Here, hopefully this will help. The element backfired because it was confused. It wanted to help you, but you have to let the element flow through your body and let it take control a little. Don't look at everything around you...close your eyes and focus. The Element will do the rest." he spoke showing him respect but trying not to sound nosy.
Max felt the elements, somewhat like a Shaman but deeper. He sensed great power within those that could cast spells. Everyone was in tune with the elements that had chosen them. The elements stirred within him wanting to help these people. Bloodmagus were rare and thankfully none of these people here seemed to notice.
One in particular, a sultry woman who seemed to casually cast a small spell, seemed a bit suspicious. She wasn't in tune with her element it was more like she was casually toying with it. Casting a glance at the only non pregnant woman of the group, minus the spider woman on the roof, Max wasn't sure what to make of her.
Yet he turned and walked with Mina back to the group. He stood protectively infront of her and watched her use her candle to summon fire. The flames burned with passion, yearning to be released. The passion she put into her spell caused him to blush. She was so beautiful, it was strange. Though as she fired another fireball he focused and caught it in mid air.
The flames danced around his body a little as he began to add his fire magic to it. Both of them coming together he lifted his hand up in the air and soon the flames from Mina and Max transformed into the image of a fiery Phoenix.
"Bringer of Life, cleanse these souls who are trapped within their own Purgatory! Silver Phoenix I beg you to ease their pain...." he chanted passion and love flowing from his lips. His other hand began to glow in a soft white light. Raising it up it swirled around the flames making them grow bigger and brighter until a silver Phoenix burst out of them with a loud cry.
Scrillo bit her lip, he was using way to much magic. The brilliant bird glared down at the hordes of undead. Max was focusing on the undead so that everyone else could attack the leader. A way to distract him perhaps? His eyes glowed a soft silver color. "Arise....Silver Phoenix! Flames of the Silver Winged Guardian!!!" he commanded releasing the bird.
It let out a shrill before diving head first into the large group of undead that surrounded the group until it burst with a light of silver burning every undead in it's path! Leaving with another shrill it shot into the sky and fizzled. Max bent over and coughed up blood as pain shot through his body.
Too much...he had used too much...just a little more...he promised he would protect Mina. Thrusting the blade of his spear into the ground he leaned upon it weak and tired from the magic cast. Hopefully they could end the man and be done with this. Max felt dizzy and woozy unable to focus as the little blood he had left rushed in his veins to create more to keep his heart pumping. Turning to look back at the adorable candle witch he smiled weakly. "T-Thank you Mina. I-I hope you didn't mind me combining my magic with yours....your magic was beautiful." he spoke before coughing once more and turning to see what everyone else was up to.
Despite the the knights weapon inpaled in his form, Leon smiled to himself. "Oh you little weak knight. You should know my name well. He pointed a finger at the red haired woman now standing beside the lance wielding knight and rotund paladin. "I remember the sweet nights spend with Scarlett. Almost a shame that your blood will stain the snow." Leon turned his blade towards the warlock. "I am Leon, Roxanne's father. You all shall die!" His blade flared with dark energy as he took a step forward.
"Stay back Roxanne, I don't want you getting hurt." Firin stared down at the death knight with her fury rising. She would not have time to call upon the divine in the time that the undead warrior coming before them, she did have one thing but it would be hard to use it now. Focusing her rage into her blade, the sword shimmered as the warrior took her steps forward.

(This seems appropriate considering the Darth Vader moment we just had, "I AM YOUR FATHER!" http://nooooooooooooooo.com/ )
A tiny twitch of pain flickered through Roxanne's heart as the death knight confirmed her earlier suspicions. This... husk of a man was all that remained of her father. Sure the b*****d had abandoned Scarlett and herself to go off and do who knows what, but that didn't change the fact that this was her father.
"I would say the same had you any blood still running through your veins." Roxanne replied, retreating back a step as Leon advanced. Growl building in its throat, Eclipse dashed forward to clamp a set of its jaws about the vambrace on Leon's right leg, crushing the piece of armor while the other two heads defended the attacking one.
(Exactly the tought that went through my head funny enough)
Though he could feel little pain, the one shread of mortality he had felt a twinge of love for the girl he had sired, but his rage took back over, dulling the pain from the cerberus jaws clamped around his leg. He called forth one spell, causing green coloured flames to erupt from his hand as he threw them towards the adventurers.

Mina was surprised when Max caught her fire. She was about to question what he was doing and tell him it was a bad idea to hold fire when he started to chant. Mina took a slight step back, knowing full well that verbal casting took a good amount of magic and tended to 'radiate' an aura till released. She watched as Max used his own magic to transform and power her flames, channeling his own and making it large. Her yellow fires swirled with his silver, taking on an almost egg like appearance towards the end.
The Phoenix fire that Max released was dazzling. It was primarily made of silver flames but glints of golden flames could be seen, the embers coming off and the flames it released being gold in color. It was a beautiful sight to behold. Mina stood in aw of its brilliance as the flames danced among the corpses.
She didn't have a chance to admire for to long, Max's heavy coughing grabbing her attention. "C-crap are you alight!?" She asked, waddling over next to him. She did her best to help Max stand back up. When he asked if Mina mind that he used her fire and mentioned it being beautiful she couldn't help but blush a little. "It's fine, really. And thanks, I think yours was brilliant too." she said, giving him a smile. She jumped slightly as he coughed again. "Are you going to be alright?" She asked, putting her hands on his shoulders to help steady him.
Max smiled at her weakly, grateful for her help. "I'm a Blood Magus. I use my blood instead of magic to cast my spells...that just..took a lot...but your magic helped." he spoke quietly for only Mina to hear. Looking down at her slight bigger tummy he saw it wobble a little with movement.
"I hope you and your little ones are alright. I-I'll keep you all alive so you can have a tomorrow. D-Don't worry about me I'll be fine..I just need to relax and let my blood flow." he said shyly feeling his face grow warm.
Taking a breath he stood up a little and looked towards the group. Max felt like they were winning. Most of the undead either running or left on the ground, left the man open. Mina probably would know what was going on and he had a feeling their pregnancies were magical. Looking back to the Candle Mage he met her sparkling concern filled eyes and stared. "Thank you...for the help. I appreciate it Mina. Is there anything I can do for you in return?" he asked shyly.
Was he falling for her? Maybe, but given the fact she was pregnant he doubted she was single. The motherly curves fit her well, making her short frame stand out a little. Her belly seemed to be the biggest part. "Would you like a foot massage later? I'll bet your feet are killing you." he asked kindly.

Swallowing her emotions, Roxanne suddenly pushed past her Firin and Eric and into the green fireball lobbed by her father. Fire was nothing to a warlock no matter its color. Thrusting herself into the unholy fire, Roxanne plied her warlock talents and redirected the fire to herself, shielding her allies.
The rapid growth that followed her doing this however was something she was not prepared for. Suddenly much more top heavy, Roxanne fell forward atop her now beach ball sized belly.
Drawing upon the massive well of energy she'd just absorbed Roxanne lobbed her own blast of magic back at her father, the cast taking just long enough for Eclipse to release his bite and dodge out of the way.
"Roxanne's father?" This couldn't be, the man looked as old as them! Either age was good to him or there was a dark power involved here. Now his blade was glowing! Eric had to admit, he didn't know what to do, and he felt afraid by this man.
Luckily the cerberus Eclipse, warlock Roxanne and paladin Firin had came to the rescue just in time. The dog was determined to fight along side them against this man, showing that the two had a history. "I'll die before letting you harm anyone here." He brandish his lance. The knight did not carry a shield nor heavy armor, but that kept him more agile and speedier than most knights of his variety.
With his attention on the dog and Roxanne keeping the fire off of them, Eric rushed forward for another stab at the death knight before him. He would not let their attempts go in vain. Something had to kill this guy, right?
Bela, or rather Belandra did not realize any of this herself. Leon was keeping secrets from her. "What's the meaning of this, this wasn't the plan!" Just what was he doing!? He was supposed to scare them into using their abilities and bulk up, not kill them!

Mina was shocked to hear this. She wasn't necessarily horrified but still this made her blood run a little cold. "They're fine, trust me they're squirming enough so I'm sure they are." She said, patting her belly. She looked to the battle field and started to move away slowly, bringing Max with her. "No problem, I'm glad I could help, and what you can do is live for another day as well." She said, helping him sit down by a tree.
"You need to sit the rest of this battle out, if that spell used as much magic as I think it did then I'm surprised you haven't passed out." She scolded Max, this didn't help her look any less like a short mother. Mina's face blushed a bit when Max offered to rub her feet. "N-not right now they aren't. But, yeah, sure I guess, when everything's calmed down." She said, thinking Max was being pretty darn nice. She wondered if he'd always be like this or if the blood lose was effecting him. "But don't get any funny ideas, it's just a foot rub, we want your blood in your head not your pants." She gave him one last look of concern before turning back and waddling back to the fight. She didn't get to close to the bulk of the battle though, preferring to work at long range.
Raising his blade he cut down the dark energy directed at him by his daughter, though some of the dark bolts hit him. "Who knew you'd embrace the dark arts... You're nothing compared to me though!" He lifted his left arm and called a spell as his finger pointed at Eric. A bolt of pure darkness surged towards him. All the while he reconnected his mental link with Belandra. "Things change Belandra." was all he thought as he redied himself for a more direct attack.
Tear despite her weighty belly, thrust her arms around Roxanne and with much difficulty hauled the pregnant warlock to her feet. "You okay human?" She asked not knowing her name.
Charging forward, Firins blade clashed with Leons, each of their fighting styles complimenting it perfectly, though Leon was not burdoned with such weight as she and his evil blade struck Firin's armour making the woman cry in pain, though with a tenacious strike she struck back.

(Epic boss battle go!)
"Better now." Roxanne replies, slightly unsteady on her feet as she yet again adjusted to the shift in her center of gravity.
Releasing his grasp on Leon's leg, Eclipse bounded out in front of the bolt of darkness about to strike Eric, yelping in pain and collapsing in a furry heap as the spell impacted.
"ECLIPSE! NO!" Roxanne yelled seeing the loyal cerberus go down. Her anger overwhelming her common sense, Roxanne grabbed a dagger from Eric's belt and charged her father's flank (opposite Firin).
Having little skill with weapons, Roxanne attack's did little damage but she kept at it and eventually found an opening under the death knight's armpit which she promoted stuck the stolen dagger into.
"It should be fine! " Firin cried as she pressured Leon with her own blade. The death knight was a powerful fighter, and his armour strong. Though he was dead, or mostly. She watched the warlock charge past her with little more than a dagger.
Leon smirked watching little roxanne try to kill him but only in the armpit she had struck. "An opening!" He grinned evilly as he turned Firins sword aside and swung it towards her. Though before it could strike the warlock down. His blade ricocheted off of the glint of Silver armour leaving a bright red gash on the skin below. Firin had managed deflect the sword but she roared in pain.

(Not a bad hit, such a blow would kill a normal living human (i think theres a major vein or tendon under the arm?) razz which was Roxanne's intent.)
Stumbling backwards as Firin took the hit for her, Roxanne regained her senses. No way she was going to do anything effective with a dagger. She'd have to use her magic to destroy her father. But what would hurt him? She'd already expended her big spell.
