Lucius sighed in silence. He'd left from the gates with a map on how to get to his dorm and yet managed to get sidetracked and lost. Now he found himself in some sort of park, staring at an odd, empty house. There was a hint of apple in the air that caught his attention and left him behind the building and up the hill. His suitcase remained with him, of course.
"I suppose I shall rest here." He set the bag down against the tree and then sat beside it, smiling softly at the scent.

Kali smiled, resting against the tree's trunk.Her black boots glistened with a glowing shimmer as the leavs cut short and the morning sun warmed up to her feet. She didn't hear anyone behind her as she was in a zoned trance as the living things around her sent messages towards her. Her body tinged lightly, the thoughts of many things around her talked to her. And with her being an Earth Spirit, she could only accept the messages.
She could feel the ants battling for protection against aphids, dragonflies carrying on a mating ritual in the sky. The apple tree she was leaning against buzzed with activity. Keeping the circulation going throughout the tree to help the apples grow and prosper. She then felt a bump on her head, opening her eyes. "Ow..." she mumbled as she rubbed her head, looking to see an apple rolling down the hill.

Lucius' ears perked. "Hello? I was not aware another was there. My this tree is large and strong, I should have sensed your presence."
He didn't go to move around the tree. Whoever was there would choose whether or not to reply and then Lucius would take more insentive.

" I didn't know you were there either. And ow, it hurts when this tree talks to you." Kali replied, rubbing her head once again. She then sat up, realising what she had just said didn't sound too sane. She sighed, feeling a bit depressed. She slid off the trunk and onto the grass, looking over to Lucius. " Hello there." she said sheepishly, a hand resting on her slim stomach as the other waved lazily in greetings towards him. She didn't feel too sane at that moment, but didn't really care. She just didn't feel herself at that moment.

"Yes, trees such as this remain young even at the msot tender of ages. When they wish for your attention, they do not catch it subtley." He stood and rested a hand against the bark, then leaned in to rest his forehead on it. "I am afraid I am not as connected as you seem to be, I will hear nothing unless I do so this way. It seems it thinks you can help me. Do you know the way to the male dormatories? I got lost on the way."

Kali sat up, pulling a few strands out of her hair as she sat up. " 'Scuse me." she said plainly, standing up to brush herself off. She then stepped behind the tree to where he couldn't see her and thoughts of some clothes. Her dress glowed brightly as it formed into a black t-shirt and some cargo pants with combat boots. She sighed lightly, stepping back around the corner and plopping down beside him.
"Do you know the way to the male dormatories?"
She looked at him strangely, tossing down a strand of grass that she had plucked from the Earth. " Do I look like a guy? And besides, you could only go into the dormitories if you have a star. Wich is pretty redundant to me. Where am I going to sleep until I get a star. Guess I could sleep in this house, but it better have power and water." she chattered on, head lousily turning towards the old house to the side of her. sweatdrop

"A star? How ridiculous indeed. So many steps, it seems, between myself and my dream. What a frustrating school." He sighed and looked down towards her, smiling that neutral, fox'like smile that he possessed. "I don't think that would be such a good idea, it seemed entirely empty."

" So you went inside?" Kali asked with a quirked brow and a devilish smile. She could be cute at times too, wich was common for her. " Who cares if it's empty? Besides, it's better than sleeping out here." she acknowledged with a small sigh. " I'm sighing too much." she mumbled to herself, looking away slightly. Crimson eyes glowed brightly in the Sun and gave a winder red tint, wich was her favorite color.
Kali leaned against the tree lazily, tucking her knees into her chest as she hugged them tightly. She rested a cheek on one knee as she looked towards him, quirking a brow curiously. He definately was an interesting character, just like her. They seemed to match perfectly in personality. Her wings poked slightly through her back, slightly tearing her shirt. She growled lightly, forcing them back into her spine. They always seemed to pop out when she felt comfortable.

Lucius tilted his head as he watched her, stifling a soft laugh. 'Ah, that explaisn it. You seemed unusually grounded to earth, yet also very chaotic and unblanaced. A shapeshifter of sorts? How interesting, this place seems filled with the amazing. I almost wish I could claim to have such an interesting ability."
He reached into his chest pocket, the fabric at his sleeves pulling. Underneath was odd looking tattoos, even that far up his arms, that seemed to be an archaic dialect. Out of the pocket came a cigarette, which he lighted and took a long drag from. "Sorry if this offends you."

" Interesting ability?I move Earth and change form. What's so interesting about that?" she asked, looking at his tattoos. They made him look attractive, yet she didn't know why. " Please. That doesn't offend me at all. Infact," she said, reaching over into his pocket for a cigarette and a lighter," I want one." she finished lighting up the cigarette and tossing the lighter towards him. She inhaled deeply, looking at the house one more time as smoke arose from her mouth. " So, who the hell are you, anyways?" she asked, not even bothering to look over towards him.

"Lucius Braeden. I know, perhaps too old to be here aren't I? Still, I want to teach here and was told that, due to unique circumstances, I must be a student here first. How frustrating. You should be amazed with your gift, mam...you can create and control. I can't really do either, not in the same manner anyway." He smiled and gave a little example by igniting the lighter. His right hand travelled over it and a soft glow came from his left sleeve. As his fingers touched the fire it dissipated and a few drops of water dripped over the side of his lighter.

" Entertaining." Kali answered plainly. She took another drag of the cigarette, plopping down onto her back to look up at the sky. " I don't really know how old you are and I don't really care about teachers. I just hang around the school looking for some fun. But I don't feel like having fun right now. I just feel like sitting down and shutting up for a while." she mumbled lightly, glancing towards him. " But I guess you're worthy for talking to me." she said with a devilish smirk.

Yumi walked down a small path and into the park. She loved to be at the park her favorite part of the park was the swings she loved the feeling of the air when she went back and forth. Yumi went right on the swing when she got there. She was the only one who was on the swing's so it was very quiet where she was. Yumi swong back and forth peacfully.

"A position I will do my best to fill, M'lady." Another drag, the release forming into an arrow. He felt lethargic himself and thus opted to only do hazy, lazy, obscure objects. Smoke itself was too dull.
"So, is fun what brings you to this place? How interesting, a school for fun?"
