Nathan hid a yawn behind his hand. He'd been tired lately, more tired than he should be. Then he grinned: it was Mao's fault. He liked to wake up early - the earlier the better - and just watch his Demon sleep.
He's just too cute!

Mao looked around while they waited. The feeling he had from days ago was only getting stronger and stronger. He didn't want to bother Nathan with his problems though. He sighed and began to think that the waitress was taking a little too long. About a minute or two later she came out with Nathan's order and told Mao his wasn't done yet.

Nathan reached out and gently touched Mao's hand, holding on. "You ok? Have a sip of hot chocolate, it'll make you feel warm..." he smiled.

Nathan shrugged and took a larger gulp of hot chocolate, burning his mouth with a yelp.

Nathan nodded, watching Mao cautiously and wondering what was going on in his mind.
Abruptly he stood, going 'round to kiss Mao's cheek. "I need to get to the toilet - my stomach feels strange today..."

The Angel headed for the bathroom and then watched his Demon from a distance, hiding behind a pillar and frowning.
After ten minutes, he headed back over, smiling as he held his stomach. "Queue... shall we go?"

Nathan nodded and headed for the door. He still couldn't work out what was wrong with Mao.
"We won't be late, right?"

"No, it should be fine," Mao replied. He did his best to seem relaxed, but he simply couldn't shake the odd feeling. He sighed and walked on. He opened the door for Nathan, then followed right after.
