Amnity wrapped her arms around him and buried her face in his shoulder, "I'm so glad...To hear your voice...Again." She pulled away and smiled at him, wiping away the tears that streaked down his face. "Stay...Please...Don't leave..."

Amnity chuckled a bit, glad to see him smiling. She loved his voice, it brought her so much happiness. She looked at him smiling, "Talk to me...I want to know...Where you bitten?...Or born a lycan?" the hunter wanted to start a conversation, both to lighten the mood, and she had gone too long without hearing his melodic voice.

Mephlius sat down at the edge of the bed. "Born. My parents were bitten. They were bitten by the same lycan, on the same night... and got to know each other in a hospital." He broke eye contact with her, and blushed, realizing that they were in a hospital.

Amnity chuckled a bit, "That's...Very ironic.." She sat up a bit, now turning to him slightly. "Please...Continue...I want to know more..."

He stopped blushing, and continued. "After that... well they got married and settled down and had me. I was out on my first hunt, and I got lost in the forest. After a few weeks of living off of what I could find... my new 'parents' found me. They raised me to be a hunter, and brought me religion."

Amnity gently reached her hand and placed it on his, "Do you...Regret not seeing..Your real parents?" she asked, her voice soft and understanding. "Do you regret..Being a hunter?"

Amnity nodded, "You said...Children picked on you because you were..A Lycan..." her lungs hurt a bit, but she ignored it, "Did...That bother you?"
