Any of them would do good except like the Chamleon, but none of them have the presence that the ones they used already. Scorpian or Carnage would work the best with regular audiences.

I agree with Venom I think they used up all their trump cards. Probably a crossover is in order...

Maybe the Lizard, being that he could make some serious plot. Or the Sinister Six, replace Sandman with Hydroman and Doc Ock with the Hobgoblin or Shocker. Or start pairing them up, like the Lizard and Kraven, have Conners start to transform, hearing of such a big beasty peeks Kravens intrest and he wants to hunt it down, but Spidey gets in his way, and his focus is diverted from the lizard to the man who beat him to the punch. In a big final shodown, its a truel, Kraven getting killed by the lizard who was aiming for Spidey, the Lizard changes back. Or Kraven could come back later and form the sinister six in two, three movies.
