getting eaten by fluffy
which is worse having your first child come out menatlly challeged but when they are older they are in perfect shape (physically not mentally)
or having a child who is normal but he/she is uncapable of speaking but their other senses are heightened?

the dragon cause they are harder to kill
which is worse having a dragon become romantically attached to you but you dont like the dragon
or being stuck on an island with a vampire and the vampire just ate the last of your food

sand people cause sand peeps seem more frightening
which is worse having to fight garra of the sands from the naruto anime(and you get no naruto powers no ninja techniques no training that you dont have in rl)
or having to fight the dark lord from the harry potter series(and you get no magic)

Buckbeak. Hagrid adores buckbeak, and as much as he loves norbert, he hasn't seen her in years. It would hurt, but Hagrid would realize that there was nothing he could do. But with Buckbeak choking on a rat bone, Hagrid would spend weeks kicking himself because it's all his fault and he should've gutted the rats and he wasn't giving buckbeak enough attention, etc.
Which is worse: Being a young muggleborn witch/wizard in a highly religious family (as in: Your parents are convinced that you're going to hell).
OR
Being a squibb in a family known for having vast magical talent.
