Alright. Let's take it easy. I don't want us turning against ourselves. I'd ask for future situations that if there is a personal issue with one of the members please take it to PMs. If one feels like they need a third party to get involved (i.e Guild mods/VC's) don't hesitate to do so. If a situation is reached where we need the assistance of a Gaia moderator please let a VC know and we'll get a Gaia moderator involved.
@Sakyh: It would have been more appropriate to have Sagitar confront Tango via a PM instead of making it an issue in the thread. I'm going to invite Sagitar back as I agree with Heir Kaiba that this situation warrants a strike for obvious reasons but certainly not a ban.
Are there any concerns with this before I invite Sagitar back and apologize to him for being banned prematurely and all?
@Tango: For now on, ALL bans from the guild are to be discussed before it's done. I established that back during the Ace Zombicide situation.

tangocat777 Sakyh @ Tango: Tango, your apology is accepted - IF you can explain to me why you need to apologize. I know your a jokester and all, but comments like that can get you into trouble. If I wanted to I had every right and ability to report you for that. Honestly, I wanted to send a PM, but I truly believe that I've made a horrible mistake and I wanted to post it publicly in the guild so that everyone is on the same page. Now, if you please, I'd really like to work out some way to let Sagitar back in as a friend under mutal understanding. I'd greatly appreciate if you could mediate for us and filter his insults aimed at me. *sigh* close enough. I don't play middleman...I mean I will until I get irritated with it and force both parties to talk to each other. And that takes all of 30 seconds. Unless you got him banned off of gaia as a whole, just pm him and you both can work it out. But I'm about to leave for work & Mass and Saggy's currently at work so it'll have to wait until around 8:30 I'd wager.

I knew by not toning down my boyfriend's reaction what Tango's reaction was going to be. In a way...it's as if I'm some sort of evil genius who intentionally created a great explosion of chaos to enough this topic...but of course that's not actually the case. If you need a mediator, I can try to do that for everyone. Even if we head this off a bit, my gut tells me that the bad feelings aren't going to disappear until we find our common ground again. @ Wak: If you haven't added that rule--about talking to a crew member for personal issues--I'm going to add it to the rules thread, along with a contact list of crew members volunteering to mediate conflicts. I think that will be better than a new member trying to contact one of our inactive members...
