Yumehayla ...the one who makes those pretty backgrounds *-*...? ....let me guess: really expensive and I won't be able to afford it in million bagillion years, yes gonk ? I don't know what that is either. xd ;;; Commissing is actually pretty painless (if you can spare the cash, that is. wink ). Luc has paypal, which is always my perfered way of paying. Otherwise, to get an international money order, you just have to go to your bank and ask for one. 3nodding They'll need to know which country it is for and the ammount, and will charge you usually $1 or less for it. :3

They use paypal for devart subscriptions ^^ It's kinda like an online safeguard against identity theft and the like. So instead of putting all your credit card info into websites over and over again, you just put your paypal account in and voila, insta (or almost insta) pay. ^^;
