I see. Teleportation it is then.
*Well that was a little bit calming. Assumingly they would leave the same way. Though no doubt being the first time inside the tower, let alone the mind, attention was likely to be paid to every detail by those normally outside. This was their chance to see how the other half of the citadel lived, if only the top floor of the tower. Another question Nana might inquire about, whether there would be chairs for everyone, or would they all be expected to stand? If sitting, would there be a table or would they simply sit in a circle so they could all see eachother out in the open?*
Trilla: --.-- | No... It isn't that.
*Trilla had on occassion said a few things that showed she was aware of things she shouldn't know, or didn't understand. Perhaps now was one of those times. Whatever Thanatos had been reading had surprised him enough, shocked him enough to get up to his feet immediately. Trilla didn't particularly care what it was, but it seemed to have gotten Thanatos acting a bit differently than usual. It was noticably enough to her, that she decided to say something about it*

*He chuckled* I will be sure that those who should not use the elevator take teleportation. You do not need to worry about any of that
Than: *Than just sighed lightly at the reply. Thanatos didn't even know why he'd tried to lie like he did. In truth, Than wanted to drive a knife into his leg for having lied to his sister* Hnn.... you're right. I'm sorry I lied..... I guess it isn't that scary. *Than wrapped Trilla in a hug, affectionately embracing Trilla in thanks for her care for him* ^^ *Thanatos knew Trilla was right. The information wasn't scary, if a little surprising. Than's fears were not with the information.... it was what he was going to do about it*

Hnn.... well then how shall we go about the seating? Or-- will it be a standing conference only?
*Again it had crossed Nana's mind, would everyone be seated or would they all be expected to stand. Nana was thinking of course about her so far, lack of being able to stand on her own, but also about the others. Standing for a long period of time could make people restless, and what about children? They tended to act upon how they were feeling, and without anywhere possibly to sit, they might get anxious, annoyed, start fidgetting about and being disruptive. It was an important gathering, so Nana had to be mindful of keeping the children in line if it was possible at all to do*
Trilla: o.o | >.> | o.o | <.< | o.o | ??
*After Thanatos had told Trilla that he had lied to her, the child started leaning back and forth while looking at Thanatos. It was as if she were looking for something, but was having trouble in locating it. It would no doubt prompt a question from Thanatos as to what Trilla was doing*

It will be easier if everyone is relaxed. Though those who wish to stand will not be forced to do otherwise. *he chuckled* I do not want to waste the energy you have on standing. The seating will probably be circular, or semi circular.
Than: I don't know why I tried.... I guess I'm just a little crazy ^^; *He blinked at Trilla's response* >> What's wrong?

I see.
*Well that was one more thing out of the way. Was there anything else Nana could say, or ask in relation to the conference? For the time being it seemed to be covered. Then what about non-conference related questions? There were at least a couple of them. Hopefully they wouldn't throw Mastema too far off, but it was better to ask before they became a fleeting memory*
>.>
So-- Slayer also knows Twilight aswell?
*Trilla would continuing to look about Thanatos for a minute or so more before sitting back normally and looking him in the eye when giving her response. In a way it was cute*
Trilla: o.o | If Thanatos lied, why didn't Thanatos' nose grow?
*It seemed Trilla had taken too literally, from Pinocchio that if a lie was told, then the lier's nose would grow out because of it. Cute indeed*

*Mastema chuckled a little at the question, having not expected it for the most part* Know him? Oh it goes much further than that. Twilight is Slayer's student just as I was many years ago. Axl, Twilight's adolescent son, is also a pupil of Slayer.
Than: *Than blinked at the question, then smiled, giggled, and finally laughed lightly. Happy for the moment, Than huggled Trilla and kissed her on the forehead, obviously happy at the comment. Though, his burst of affection might throw Trilla for a bit of a loop* ^^ My nose doesn't grow when I lie..... though that's not to say I like lying whenever I want. I usually don't like to do it. Besides, I'm not made of wood.

Oh? .....I was unaware. Neither of them had even spoken about it. So it seems everyone in the citadel really does know know him.... incarnate or not.
*One question down and one more to go, it shouldn't be hard to work it into the conversation now. Nana couldn't be sure that Sho knew Twilight, but given everyone elses affiliation, her own included, it was completely possible. Even the children had briefly met Twilight when they followed Thanatos to the Dojo, several months before its destruction, though Nana may not have been aware of their contact with Twilight aswell*
Trilla: o.o | ! | Hnn... you have to be made of wood for your nose to grow when you lie?
*So if Thanatos' nose wouldn't grow if he lied, did that mean Trilla's wouldn't either? If so, and such information was shared with the others... what could that possibly mean in the near future? Thanatos didn't like to lie and yet he did, that alone could be taken that it was alright to lie even if the lier didn't like it. If their noses wouldn't grow when they lied, and there was no other indication, then how would someone know right? Eecheb had in the past, had quams with being lied to. Trilla probably didn't like it either, though she hadn't spoken up as Eecheb had. Lying to them might encourage lying right back, the preverbial "monkey see, monkey do", learning to lie from their brother*

Oh no, not at all. Sho has never met the man. Aside from that, I cannot be certain who has and has not met him. I have had my quarrels, battles, and meetings with him.... but we were not pupils under Slayer at the same time.
Than: ^^;; well I can't say for certain.... I've never been made of wood. But even then I would doubt it. *Than scooted back onto the bed and sat cross legged, facing Trilla. He knew the story she had heard and could see her confusion over the idea that his nose wouldn't grow if he lied. He intended to help her understand the moral* ^_^ Hnn.... you heard the story pinocchio, right? Well the lesson in that story isn't that your nose will grow if you lie.... it's much more fundamental than that

Yes, I recall the other times that we have spoken about him. But what was that, Slayer had said about both of you and your attachment to windows?
*Well that at the very least confirmed that Sho did not know Twilight if anything. Now for the second question. Mastema did often look out of their bedroom window, then again at the children's birthday party. Nana hadn't known Twilight long enough to notice that quirk. Aside from that, Slayer had taught Mastema, Twilight, Axl, and who knew who else. It was completely possible that Slayer might even teach her children a thing or two in the time he had left*
Trilla: o__o | Ya. Hnn...
*Well it had been quite a while since Nana had brought up the morals of what stories she read to the children. It was possibly at the time Trilla didn't fully understand the moral and still didn't. But really, what was the moral again? Always be good and your dreams will come true? Don't hang around with the wrong crowd or you'll turn into a mule? Don't lie and your nose won't grow? Stick to the true path and your every hearts desire will be granted? Never give up? Perhaps such things were simply to hard to explain, thus why they were written into the stories in the first place. Perhaps in reading over the story again, she might understand but then the question was raised, how well could the child read? How well could any of them read? Sure they knew the letters and could string them along into words, but had they tried reading on their own since then? Who knew where their comprehension levels were at*

*Mastema just grinned at that comment. This one might be more shocking to Nana than the other answers, if she didn't already know* I suppose we do have an infatuation with peering out through glass; even Thanatos has an interest in the substance as a crafting material. I suppose it could just be a coincidence.... but it is probably due to the fact that Twilight is a reincarnation of none other than myself
Than: ^^ *He giggled lightly* True, Pinocchio's nose did grow when he lied, but it doesn't mean that'll actually happen. The fact is, when you lie to someone you'll probably end up hurting that person. It sometimes hurts someone to know that he or she is being lied to, and that's more true for some people than others. *That was putting the moral in a light hearted way. Thanatos didn't think Trilla would be able to consider the nuances and philosophical considerations at this point*

Yes, so you had said in the past. Well then, I suppose the question should be rephrased then... why do you love looking out of the window so much?
*Mastema had indeed told Nana that Twilight was his incarnation, just as Knife had been. The question did need to be rephrased though. As the two both shared a love for staring out at who knows what, the source, Mastema had to be the one to answer the question. Only then would it probably make sense to her, and even then maybe not*
Trilla: .__. | Hnn...
*The child would try to understand, connecting the dots one by one. Lying to someone might hurt them, yet Trilla wasn't all that hurt, she simply didn't understand why Thanatos had lied to her. He did say it was more true for some people, than others. A good example would be Eecheb, if ever he was brought up. He was one that didn't like being lied to, it made him angry. Trilla would learn in the future the nuances of lies, the good and the bad*

Hmm... well that is an interesting question, even to me. I suppose it is just something that helps me think; about what, there could be a number of things. I can remember thinking of all manners of things at least once by that window. *He chuckled once* I believe I heard once that the way one looks into a window is the same way one looks into one's soul
Than: *Than could see the child's confusion. Of course Than never expected to be able to completely explain this to Trilla; she was going to have to figure that out for herself* Hmm.... Is there something else?

Hnn... Then it seems you have a passionate soul... a very passionate soul indeed.
*Nana would have moved a little after saying so, curling up a little more next to Mastema. At one time Mastema had lost his zeel about carrying though with his plans. At that time, he and Nana were not wed, in fact he had known her for little more than perhaps a day or two. However through listening and talking to one another over those few days, Nana had rekindled Mastema's passion for his plans. In effect, any acts of unspeakable evils, genocide, murder, bludgening, random slaughter of beings... could all be attributed to Nana, unknowingly helping Mastema become passionate about achieving his goals and not giving up on them. It seemed that even Mastema had not been immune to Nana's nature, then again he had by now taken full advantage of that by marrying her. When ever he might waver, Nana would now always be there to help put him back on course, even if it would be disasterous for everyone else. A slightly tighter hug would be flet around Mastema's back. Nana would be ready to start her rehabilitation again shortly*
Trilla: >_> | Hnn... no?
*Trilla couldn't think of anything else for now, so Thanatos should have it easy.... maybe. Trilla was by now fully awake, and with her energy levels climbing it wouldn't be long before she would become restless. Thanatos would have to think of something to keep her entertained*

You think so? *Mastema grinned lightly and kept his eyes with Nana's. It wasn't just one time that Mastema had second guessed his goals and wondered whether he was truly working towards what he wanted; it was constant. Every other minute, Mastema made sure that he knew what he was working for. Nana had helped him do that inadvertedly. Still, whenever Mastema struck it seemed to accomplish little. One could wonder what his ultimate goal was... what it was that drove him to be the person he was now* Of course I suppose if anyone would know that, it would be you.
Than: *Than chuckled lightly* Well then... Just don't be afraid to ask me anything, okay? ^^ *Without waiting for an answered, Than flopped forward, wrapped his arm around Trilla, and tickled her the same way he always did*

*Nana would smile brightly up and across to Mastema's gaze. Her left hand would find its way to Mastema's jaw, then trace it all the way up and rest her palm and fingers softly upon the ride side of his face. A moment later, Nana would strech up, and place a kiss on the left side of Mastema's face, just below where his cheak bone should be. The kiss would be held for several seconds before Nana sunk back to her place and went about calmly snuggling again*
~//~ | heart
*Trilla would have probably said "ok" if not for being tickled. Instead Trilla would be heard sqealing with laughter, and randomly flailing about. Even the child's wings were in on the flailing, though more or less it was flexing, and flapping from them. It was a good way to burn off some of her energy, and this time it seemed her wings were getting a littler exercise aswell*
Trilla: whee xd rofl xp heart
