(one of those kicks where you leap forward with your foot out in front of you... i think they are called 'drop-kicks' but im not sure 100%)
Travis shook his head, saying that Reina wasn't out there.
Onnless bit into Elizabeth's neck, drinking a bit of blood before injecting her with the venom that would turn her into a vampire.

 Mitsuki ran towards where she sensed two vampires and a few humans. She saw Onnless as she grabbed him and threw him out of the room.

Rachel forced herself to tears "Please....you have to help me.....Reina will die if you don't" she said with a shaky voice.
Reina really wasn't that far away, but she wasn't hurt.

Michael saw both Zack and Austin running towards where he was and waved and smiled at them.
Steven was walking down the area near the boiler room.

Natsumi nodded. She waited, wondering when this person was going to give up.
Before Mitsuki could get Onnless away, Elizabeth had the venom in her. She grabbed her neck, in pain.

Travis was silent for a second, then whispered very quietly to Natsumi, "Reina isn't that far away, but she isn't hurt."
Onnless chuckled as he got to his feet. "A bit too late, traitor." he said calmly as he wiped his mouth.

Austin and Zack both skidded to a halt. Austin held up his broom defensively, and asked, "What do you want, you fr-" BANG.
Gunshots came from Zack's Glock. He wasn't going to wait for the devil-thing to lunge, by which time it would be too late. The bullets weren't silver, but they were powerful. Werewolves, unlike vampires, weren't undead and would have to take time expelling the bullets or bleed to death... right?

Heather found herself on a raised platform of a deck - it was outside and just a floor above the main deck, and was usually used for sunbathing by ordinary people in ordinary times.
She didn't know any fancy ship terminology, except that port was left and starboard was right. Aft and bow were front and back, but she couldn't tell the two apart from each other....

(i think i heard that some lab ran tests, and that animals like dogs and cats can somehow smell or sense emotions, and that explains how cats and dogs sometimes seem to know when someone is stressed or upset, especially cats... but im not sure)

(maybe, but I think Rachel's 'fear' and 'desperation' would be overwhelming, to the point that Travis couldn't smell Reina. And, because Rachel wasn't turned during last years hunt, how would Travis know if she was a werewolf?)
