Neko placed her paw down gingerly, and was pleasantly surprised when it didn't hurt...too much. She started to limp after Xandora, mewing for attention.

Turning to the cat again, she picked it up gently. Sitting on some steps outside a residential block, she strokes behind its ears. "Are you going to follow me all the time..?"

Neko mewed as she was picked up and purred as Xan stroked her ears. She butted agianst Xan's hand as she rubbed it with ehr head, purring and turning over onto her back so that Xan could scratch her tummy.

Smiling slightly, she tickled the felines stomach gently, while wondering what Kinikki would say to another cat.

Neko mewed and batted at Xan's fingers as her stomach was tickled. Neko gently nipped at her fingers too, making sure she wasn't biting too hard or in dnager of scratching Xan. Neko wondered what Xan would say if she knew that the white kitten she was playing with was a Demon Elder, much less Neko.

Smiling at the kitten, she happily played along with it. Yawning slightly, she decided to skip on training. She shouldn't have gotten off of the sofa, really. No matter how cute this kitten was.

Neko sat up in Xan's lap and batted at her hand, playing the adorable, cute kitten. Well, not really playing since she was like this as a cat anyway, but she enjoyed making people happy, and Xan's smile was all Neko needed to keep up her cute kitten-ness.

Absent mindedly, Xan wondered why she had such a fond liking of cats. It was pretty ironic, a Lycan liking something feline. Putting it down to the fact that she only had a dog as a child, she carried on playing with the kitten. BBQ had been with her since her first night in New York, and she missed.. It. She never figured out whether it was a he or a she.

Neko smelled Xan's sadness and rubbed aginst her stomach, purring louder. She started playing with the hem of Xan's shrit as well, digging her claws into the fabric.

Laughing slightly at the kitten, she watched it play with her shirt. "Easy there, Tiger. I cant go back full of holes." She muttered, still brooding over the rebels shooting her cat.

Neko stopped clawing Xan's shirt and curled up in her lap, purring loudly, looking almost as if she were asleep.

Leaning back against the wall, she carried on stroking the kitten absent mindedly. Opening her mouth to say something, she stopped herself. She was not going to talk to a cat for her sanity's sake.

Neko purred, her eyes closed shut, enjoying being petted. There was something comforting in being petted, and in being held as a cat, and the person who was petting her usually felt better too. But Neko could still smell sadness on Xan. She wondered what had happened, but she couldn't jsut up and ask Xan. Cat's didn't talk. Well, normal cats anyway...

Sighing slightly, she tickled the cats nose. "It's a shame cats can't talk back.." She muttered, putting the cat on the step lightly. She had to go back to the Club, or she'd fall asleep. Besides, she didn't like the quiet.. Yesterday the rebels had zoned in on herself, Rikku and the Demon. Surely they'd do the same to her if she was out too long.

Neko mewed as she was set down and watched Xan walk off. She stood up, and trotted after Xan for a while until she came to an alley way. She looked around, and saw, heard, and smelled no one other than Xan.
"Bye Xandora." Neko said softly before bloting into the alley, transforming back into her normal form and running off, too fast to see.
