Because Kages are so awesome they don't need to =)

I think that's an awesome idea.. whee Its unique. THEN!! You could accomplish stuff twice as fast!! That'd be cool. And then if Kouri did'nt want to do something then she could be like.. "Hiro, you do it!" and then he would..
