"Hey! You two kids get outta my way!" The man in the car yelled, before turning his head to Sara. "Get out there and make them move." he barked out as an order.

Sara didn't know how she was going to get out, much less walk over to the two girls now that she had no crutches. But she was too scared to say no. She unbuckled her seatbelt, and opened the door. It took her forever to figure out how to get out of the station wagon. "Would you hurry the hell up?" the man snapped at her, and she winced as she finally slid out fo the seat, standing on her one good leg, and using the car door for balance.

She looked at both of the girls with sad, pleading eyes. "C-can... can you move please? W-we need to go home..." she said in a scared, squeaky voice.

By the time Miki finally got out and had made it to the two girls standing in front of the car, she could hear the man yelling at the daughter to get out. Instead of just bursting out at the scene, though, she took a moment to take everything in. Besides, she probably looked weird standing outside in a hospital gown and bandaged feet.

Miki then realized immediately that she disliked this man. He was forcing his daughter-with a BROKEN leg, by the look of it- to get out and tell Miki's new friends to move. Something about this girl seemed terribly frightened, but not by the two girls in front of the car. Something else must be going on; a subplot. She was trying her hardest to get out, and this man was yelling at her to move faster (Miki got to learn all about terms of words, after being in alot of places.

This man was treating her like a slave, which was enough to make an already angry Miki more angry. She could never repay Ms. Yuki for her kindness, but the least she could do is pass it along. This girl needed help, and this whole thing was just pitiful to watch. And the bluntness of the man eariler didn't help her mood.

Stepping out and making it to the driver's side of teh car, she opened hte door-ha he didn't lock it!- and decided to take a large risk; giant rant in Japanese, staring the man straight in the eyes. ((Oh, note: bold on text=Japanese, but I don't know enough to make sentences like this, so just English translation, I guess.)) Of course, it could only be so powerful, coming from a seven year old carrying a doll. She put her hands on her hips and spoke in a clear loud voice; the more attenion this got, the better. She was careful not to look to much at the girl, incase he was able to guess why she was suddenly yelling (if he wasn't familiar with Japanese language, that is).

"You, my good sir, have got to be one of the most ignorant men I've ever seen in my whole life! Never have I seen a man so bluntly treat his daughter like a slave to a household, and to heap injury onto that injury, she's got a broken leg. If you're so smart, I'd like to see YOU go out there and move them, since you're obviously not injured. But you're probably too much of a lazy bum to get out of that driver's seat of yours, and obviously you've done SOMETHING to annoy the girls in the first place, since otherwise they wouldn't be taking the time to do this and none of us would be having this conversation, would we? It's sad that some Americans are just so against the standing points OF America. Land of the free; ring a bell there, tough guy? I'll sooner make you move outta that car seat then let you make her just walk all at your almighty desired speed with an injured leg.

Hey, chances are he was unfamiliar with the language, right? She DEARLY hoped so, or she was doomed from the first sentence. Eitehr way, it'd stall for time.

Benny just watched this whole scenario play out, and slapped himself in hte face again. Teh guys back home would NEVER believe him if he explained this to them.....

(( rofl
It had to be done. Too good of an opportunity to pass up on that.
But seriously, what would you do if some little Japanese kid just suddenly opened your drivers door and started ranting at you in Japanese? xd ))

[Just too funny, Sora!]

The man narrowed his eyes at the little girl ranting at him in some unknown language. His hands clenched tighter on the steering wheel. He couldn't strike at this kid, there were too many people around that could report him. "Hey, kid, this is America. Speak English like the rest of us." he said to her, his voice cold as ice. He then turned and looked at Sara, yelling at her again. "Hey! You're piss-poor job is obviously not working! Now get over here and move this brat so we can leave, or else you will get left here!"

Sara nodded her head and bunny-hopped on one foot around the back-end of the car to where her foster father and the little kid was, using the car to keep her balance and keep from falling on the ground. She swallowed hard to fight the tears that wanted to come from the pain in her leg as the medication started to wear off.

Oh, no he just did NOT!

Miki could feel some sort of build up of a hot feeling inside of her; she was certainly no longer cold. This man, reminded the girl all too clearly of the snooty folk that walked by her without even a first glance, the ones who took her small jobs with a tongue stuck out, to some of the children who would make fun of her ethicnicity, and snobby parents that took her brother away in laughter......she was certainly not pleased by the display this man was putting on.

A timer began to go off in her head, and her fists curled.

Three.............

"English? You want English, sir?!"

two...........

"Oh, I'll GIVE you some English!"

one.............

"You uncaring, selfish, horrible excuse for any sort of father! I demand to know what is going on in that brain of yours, treating a lady, your DAUGHTER like that. GO BURN IN A FIREY PIT, YOU DUMB(beep), AND TAKE YOUR LACK OF BRAINS WITH YOU!"

LAUNCH!

Without any warning, her body seemed to work on it's own. For a moment, she indeed had a look of surprise on her face as she lept from the ground, dropping teh doll into the snow for safekeeping.

She launched into the car with a mighty cry, and.......basically, began beating the living stuffing out of the man in the vehicle. Of course, she had taken out the key to the car, shutting off the car as she launched in.

Her mind was almost blank on thoughts as she began beating hte man with his own car key and her fists, succeding in a fairly damaging attack, because surprise was on her side. If she was yelling stuff in Japanese (or English), she remembered not. She was only going what was based off those stange movies Americans liked to watch, with all the fighting and punching and actually taking ACTION when something is wrong in society, and shouting strange words that were....supposed to be heroic? SHe had no clue what a dumb(beep) was anyways, but either way, it seemed to be effective.

Was she doing her part, then? Eitehr way, this was strangely theraputic; all she had to do was imagine different faces that she was attacking, and it seemed to relieve some of her anger, even if just for a moment, as she continued this sudden beatdown, nothing really working anymore as far as her thoughts, which led her to forget the scapel knife in her hair from the earlier fight.

"MIKI!" Benny could only watch in horror as he ran towards them, and picked up the girl's doll off the snowy ground. He knew it would be instant-death if he tried to break up the sudden fight, so he had no choice but to wait and hope DEARLY that his dad would show up soon, before one of them got hurt. At least teh car wouldn't take off now, and squish the other two.

"She's gonna die in there...."

But what made him curious, was what was in her medication. Sometimes they have the strangest side-effects, was this perhaps one? This didn't seem like hte earlier Miki at all....

((Yes, she is beating a man with his own car key. I dunno why; probably cause it's midight and my brain goes WOOOOOSH! xd ))

The man in the car tried to fight the girl off, but she was faster and smaller than him, and the keys were scratching up his face and arms and hands as he tried to protect himself. Sara stared at the commotion that was going on inside the car, dumbfounded. Her foster father tried to shove the little Japanese girl out of the car. "Sara! Get over here and pull her off! NOW!" he screamed. Sara was startled out of her momentary disbelief and hopped over to the open car door and tried to get an arm around the girl, balancing precariously on her one good leg as she ended up having to reach in with both arms to try and grab the girl and pull her out. From the looks of it, even if she did get the screaming fighting child, she was more than apt to slip and fall on the ice that was right under her.

"LEAVE HER OUT OF THIS! Gosh, you really are the stereotypical stupid American." Miki growled in rage, and then suddenly shot a attempted meaningful split-second glance at Benny, nodding to the one called Sara, before going back to the fist and key claw style. She was getting to the horrible man; she could smell his fear, ever so clearly.

Benny then finally got what was going on; so this was merely a distraction......was he supposed to........AH! That's it!

Running back into the hospital, he came back out scooting a wheelchair and made it to the parking lot. "I apologize if I hurt ya, miss." he said, as he bumped the girl from behind so taht she fell into the chair with a soft plop. "But you're in no condition to go home right now; you really need to stay here. Trust me."

And with that, he began wheeling her back into the hospital at high speed, though the halls, so that the man in the car wouldn't come looking and find them. Now he could see Miki's impromtu plan; get teh girl in hiding. Though she left him with the easy part; it wasn't right for her to be the one going vicious.

"Hey!" the man yelled as Sara fell into the chair and was wheeled back inside. "I have the release papers, dammit!" he yelled, still trying to push the clawing whirlwind out of his way.

Sara looked around. "Pl...please take me back..." she whispered, fear coloring every word that came from her mouth. "The... the doctor... said I could go..."

Another car drove into the parking lot, resting itself in one of hte many parking lots. Teh man inside, blond like his little boy, took a look at his phone, which was suddenlly vibrating. A text message wrote.

"Separated man and girl.
Friend I mentioned currently attempting a kill on suspect.
Attempt to keep them alive, plz. =("

He then took one sweep with his eyes across the parking lot, and let out a "you gotta be kidding me" kind of groan as he saw one of the cars look like it was beign hit by a elephant, and two other girls on the outside. "He didn't bother to mention she was crazy?" he chuckled slightly to himself; well, tehn again, this was HIS son, after all. He sighed once more, before attempting the first act.

Getting out of the car, the tall man casually checked his watch, as if making sure the hospital horus were still possible. As he took a few steps foward, he allowed his eyes to scan the commotion, and ran towards it quickly. "What's going on over here?!" he asked with concern as the girl (who now, looked to be perhaps Chinese or something close up), basically mauling at this guy.

Shutting the phone off, Benny turned to the girl in the wheelchair. "It's ok; no need to be scared. No one wants to hurt you here, and you have to admit that girl out there is vicious." he answered, attempting a small smile to cheer her up.

"But for the sake of matters, there is something I must ask you, and I want you to be honest, k?" he asked her, as if she were the younger one here. But in this field of study, she techinacally. He looked at her, attempting hte big-eyes approach.

"How did you hurt your leg?"

The man looked relieved that a police officer had arrived. "This girl is attacking me!" he said. His face, arms and hands were scratched up badly from the car keys, some of them bad enough to might need stiches. "She stole my keys! I was just trying to get my foster daughter home after a trip to the ER, officer! All these kids blocked our exit, and then another one got my foster daughter into a chair and rolled her back inside the hospital even though the doc told her she could leave!"

Sara was never good at lying. Which is why her foster father always answered any odd questions the doctors posed to her, and always stayed next to her to make sure she nodded her head like a good kid. She couldn't even look this kid in the face and lie. Her eyes slid down and to the right to stare at the floor. "I... I fell..." she whispered, her voice shaking.

Benny could see that she was avoiding her face. "I want you to look at me and say that, if that's the truth." he said simply, keeping his voice calm and all anger removed from it.

Keeping neutral, he merely nodded as he carefully made his way towards teh girl. He took a moment to pick his timing, since she was in quite the foul mood and was quite the fast kid. "Alright, before I go question-bombarding, let's get her offa ya."

"Come 'ereeeeee, sweetie...........GOTCHA, you little wiggleworm!"

With a nice wrap around timing, he very slowly started lifting her off the man, though this proved difficult at first cause she was still wiggling about madly, almost to tears at this point.

Miki had not even heard the man come up behind him; her mind was competely focused on one thing; anger release and justice. Such a shame; she usually noticed these things. Though this therapy was suddenly interrupted, as she felt two big arms wrap around her and hold her to his chest.

To her dismay, she was being lifted off the man. Not sure of why this other fellow was dressed in blue, she instead tried to continue to go at him, almost unaware of why anymore. SHe still kept trying to wave the key at his supposet face, but all was lost and her body just finally went still.....and she started bawing. This isn't faaaaaaaaaair!

She wasn't sure why, how, what that attack had done, but it had left her softer, as if exposed, almost. THough she was still mad at this man for how teh girl was being treated; perhaps htis place was a bad idea after all, in some aspects.

"Well, someone changed characters quickly; quite the violent young lady a moment ago. I was hoping that wasn't the case, you don't look the type." he said, quite surprised; it was the look on her face that sort of told him that she almost had no idea what was going on anymore. Taking the key from her hand, he also took a moment to inspect her hair, seeing something glint off it earlier. He couldn't help but chuckle as he grabbed it out of her hair, pocketing both items. "Heh, you're lucky she didn't remember that, or it could've been worse." he said, before takign out a notepad while holding onto the now-sobbing child. Darn it for him having to be neutral at hte moment; she was actually very cute (and Maria might just kidnap her for her own child if he had to bring her to the station).

"Ok, sir, I'm going to ask you to start at the beginning. I'll need your name, your address, telephone number, and your situation at hand, since this might take awhile, and so we can call your family if we run late out here..."

Sara took in a ragged breath, as she tugged on her long sleeves, trying to hide the rough bruises on her arms. She looked at the boy with a pleading face, but resolutely kept quiet.

Peterson gave the officer his full name, address and phone number, keeping quite calm. "My daughter had fallen and broken her leg, so I brought her to the ER. Once they had her leg set and casted up, we came out to the car and got ready to leave, whe two kids jumped out in front of the car. I had to slam on the brakes to avoid hitting them, and then this kid jumped into my car when I opened it to ask the two girls in front of my car to please move. She just yanked my keys out of the ignition and started wailing on me with them. While I was trying to get her out without hurting her, some other kid came and took Sara out of the car and rolled her into the hospital." He explained, pointing to the other opened door in the back seat. "I really need to get her home, the meds the doc gave her will probably start wearing off pretty quick, and I want to make sure she is safe at home and comfortable, officer, while I get her prescription for the pain filled."

Ciel, who had been mostly quiet till now, stepped forward. "Excuse me officer, I could take Miki if you'd like." She told the man quietly. Miki was extremely upset, she was already to the point of crying. She frowned and looked towards Mr. Peterson. "As for the man and his daughter," She raised her voice, all the while glaring at the Mr. Peterson, "...will you let me tell you what actually happened?" She tried to make her voice sound more like a warning. She wasn't going to attack the him as Miki had, at least, not physically. Although, in Ciel's opinion, he deserved more than that.
