Black Alchemy- God's Retribution
An ancient Kinjutsu lost to the ages of Alchemy village. This forbidden technique has only ever been mastered by one man and that of course is Shiro. Using the blood of hundreds of his enemies he has been able to make a unique ink that he has used to tattoo a complex alchemical seal on the whole right side of his body. Though it simply looks like a huge tribal tattoo this extremely intricate transmutation circle gives Shiro the unique ability to do partial Alchemy. When activated his Tattoo glows crimson and his right hand becomes the focus point for his reverse Alchemy technique. The simple definition of Reverse Alchemy is that it is the alchemic process stopped halfway through at the step where an effected object is ripped apart at the atomic level before being put back together. In short anything touched by this cursed right arm will be pulled instantly apart and reduced to scattered atoms. Of course something like this always has a drawback, after only a short use God’s retribution will begin to cause the deterioration of the users arm spreading like a poison that destroys the body. After 3 minutes (3 posts) rapid degeneration of the flesh begins. The only exception to this situation is when a red stone is introduced to the arm. When that happens the user feels a slight physical discomfort (huge understatement), but gains to use of God’s judgment for as long as the stone last. When a red stone expires in Shiro’s cursed right arm no backlash is ever felt.

Black Alchemy- Gates of Equivalent Exchange
This skill causes a huge gate to emerge from the ground. This of course is no ordinary gate. This is another ancient art lost to the village alchemy that raises the gates of Equivalent exchange from the earth. These strange gates hold the unique ability to balance any sort of battle. When something is sacrificed on one side something of equivalent value is taken from the other side. Say for instance Shiro is to throw some sort of special weapon/armor through the gate on his side. From the other side the gates would open and take a weapon/armor of similar power from the opponent, but in return they gain whatever Shiro sacrificed to his side while he gains his opponents item. In another situation if Shiro sacrifices say a single Chimera to the gate from the other side of the gate either a puppet of some sort would be taken from the opponent or about 40% of the opponents chakra will be stolen by the black shadow like hands that emerge from the gate. In extreme conditions if 3 Chimera’s are sacrificed to the gate, from the other side can be drawn a Biju so long as the opponent has been immobilized first. The sacrificing of Chimeras makes it so the techniques doesn’t kill the opponent on the other side, but it also allows for the Biju to be sealed in Shiro’s body. This seal is semi permanent and will only reverse if the person who the Biju was stolen from kills the user. In that case the gates will reemerge and remove the Biju from the corpse. Other then that, it makes an excellent defense against attacks.

Black Alchemy- Infinite Shot
Shiro’s signature jutsu. This is the very first jutsu Shiro ever created on his own. This unique skill allows the use of a combination of alchemy and his surroundings to provide a limitless amount of ammunition for his rifle. First before ever shooting air is drawn into the rifle and hardened and compressed into a tight ball. Then either another ball of air or a razor sharp bullet of ice is drawn from the water vapor in the air. When ever this technique is used there is always a strange distortion of the air around the rifle as it’s constantly shifted. When firing, the trigger pulls releases a small hammer with the tiniest of transmutation circles inscribed that releases the first ball of air. The rapid release of air causes the second shot to fire; the air blast provided is by no means weak. Shiro has been known to fire a bullet straight through a house wall from over 400 yds. away. The two different bullets have varying effects. First there is the Air bullet, which comes in two sub varieties, blunt and sharp. The blunt variety is used as a extremely painful tranquilizer once an opponent is struck the bullets tend to break bones and damage organs without ever marking the skin. The sharp variety is 10 times more dangerous, these been known to put holes in the human body like a hole puncher tearing through most flesh and armor. The ice bullets also come in blunt and sharp varieties. Sharpened ice bullets also have extremely small transmutation circles that only activate inches from the opponent causing the bullet to shatter and cause shrapnel to burst all over the opponent. The blunt kind like air ones are meant to immobilize the opponent. These bullets don’t cause internal or external damage, but when they strike an opponent they begin to expand drawing in more water vapor freezing and binding an opponent to the ground. Even if the bullets don’t freeze the opponent to the ground the pile up of ice tends to weigh the opponent down.

Aqua Dissonance (alternate name Xiphos et Sanctum) This is another step in the evolution of Hedoro's abilities. It is primarily similar to Aqua distortion, but it's effects are even subtler, and possibly more insidious. Through concentration, and a more precise vibrational frequency, she can emit a slight aura. It seems most stable when the aura is centered around a bladed weapon held in the hand, be it a sword, dagger, kunai or anything. Once the weapon leaves the hand, the aura quickly vanishes. If the aura were to stay attached to the hand without a weapon, it would be unbalanced slightly by the body's own vibrational frequencies, which would make it unstable, and very unpredictable.
How it affects beings is very similar to Aqua Distortion, but instead of seperating body parts, it seperates chakra techniques from the body. Each time the aura meets an opponent, there is a subtle reaction as the two vibrations react. It sends a reverberation through the opponent's body, which is all but unnoticeable. (Here, to, is why it works best with a held weapon. Without the weapon, the reverberation could very easily affect the user as well.) As the reverberation passes through the opponent's body and chakra network, it wreaks subtle but noticeable damage. In the form of a lost technique. Each time the aura meets the opponent's body, the same thing happens. The weapon can still do it's normal damage if it hits the body, as well. Even anear miss may be enough to let the aura make contact, though. Range about the same as Asuma's technique.
(Basically it enhances a held weapon, so that when it hits, the opponent loses access to one technique for the duration of the battle. They will generate a random number on their next post, numbered one through however many techniques they have. The number generated is the technique they lose. The effect isn't immediate, especially for techniques that could instan-kill the opponent. If the opponent currently has the technique active, [Ashura Senku, Mythical Healing Hands, whatever] it disappears by the end of their post. If they haven't used it, it just becomes unusable. OPTIONAL- Not sure if their chakra would decrease by the amount of the lost technique, depends on if that would be too powerful.
Example 1: Hedoro uses three kunai with the technique, scoring three hits on an opponent who knows Henge, Body Flicker, Hiraishin and Demonic Ice Mirrors. They'd generate three numbers on their next post, and those techniques would be barred from use. If 4/Demonic Ice Mirros was generated and they were already using it, they would have time to leave the mirrors before they vanished. If the same number is generated twice, the next valid technique ABOVE the generated number is used instead. Made-ups and curse seals can be affected as well, but not special weapons, armors or demons.
Example 2: Someone with fifteen techniques gets hit twenty times. By then they would have lost all their techniques [and possibly chakra?] but they wouldn't die from it, unless the actual weapon strikes were that severe.)

As a slight addition, with the discovery of this new ability, Hedoro can also increase the rate of digestion for things she consumes. The faster she digests them, the less she gains from them, however. (In terms of protein, physical mass, and so on. She can gain minor chakra from eating a clone if it isn't dispersed before she eats it. One/tenth of it's total chakra, or one/hundredth if she digests it as fast as possible.)

At this level nothing happens to user.
Genin: 5000-25000
At this level speed and Strength are increased by x1.5
Genini: 25000-50000
This level triples Strength and Speed, but reduces Chakra to just enough to survive. Making Taijutsu the only thing usable.
Chunnin: 50000-65000
Increases the power of Ninjutsu by x1.5.
Chunnin: 65000-80000
Requires Kage Bushin No Jutsu. Double the Strength of all clones, but the clone are only able to use the Taijutsu the user knows.
Jounin: 80000-100000
Double the Speed and Strength of the user. While making him immune to low level Genjutsu.
Jounin: 100000-Unlimited
Requires Rasengan. Allows to create two rasengan for the cost of 1.5.

(Once a Ninja rank is optained. the skill of a lower rank can not be used)

Handseal Breakdown-The user stops all handseals for taking place stopping ninjutsu and most genjutsu.The user cannot perform handseals either or anyone in the area.

(Ok i like this passive skill idea i got from hedoro)

GenHaru-This is a passive skill that allows all the user genjutsus to affect people stronger then the user.By focussing the user chakra into his brain and powering his genjutsus up.It is said that genjutsu are as strong as the mind and so nara have a tendacy of haveing IQ are high.Makingn this passive skill in effect.

Frozen Flame

Seki performs a couple of hand seals. He then creates fire on his palms or he shots fire from his mouth. Based on which of these he does, he can alter the shape of the flame when launched, meaning it can be a single fireball, or a few smaller fireballs, etc.

The fireballs are all a light blue color, and when they hit the opponent, they first burn the skin, then freeze it.
