aniima Now entering day 3, with no ciggies 4laugh heart you will be so proud of yourself when you dont need/want them Any more. I have been smoke free for 3 years now... and its the best feeling! I can breathe better now... and I dont get sick as often anymore either. way to go!

I have been feeling alot fresher the past two days, and I was shocked at how bad my mums house stinks O.o My skins also been looking clearer and brighter lately whee
And I think I'm getting addicted to Chupa Chups lollies instead, since I bought 40 at Asda last night XD heart

aniima Now entering day 3, with no ciggies 4laugh heart GL and I hope it works for you. Did you quit Cold Turkey? I am proud to say that I have been smoke free for 16 Weeks & 6 Days now. It was actually easier then I thought to quit. I can't stand the smell now and it actually makes it harder to breathe if I get a big whiff of it somewhere. My mom and Hubby still smoke so it was sorta hard in that respect but I just ate alot of hard candies and gained 10 lbs. I figured an extra 10 lbs is better then getting cancer. I can always take off the 10lbs ya know. Wait till the foods start tasting better then you ever remembered them. Thats when you start to think, why the hell did I smoke anyway?

Lol, I did try cold turkey, but me and my b/f were just snapping at eachother all the time, and I was very easy to smeg off, so I'm using patches and lollies, I thought of lollies because it's something else to do with your hands and mouth, plus they taste nice and last longer than a ciggie =)

I'm so glad I've never tried a cigarette or other drugs. It sounds like murder to quit.
