So, when fighting, do we have to obey our item and chakra limit?
Example: I need to have Tsutae's post updated to reflect her actual weaponry (instead of 20 shuriken, 10 kunai, and 5 windmills, she has a tanto, 12 throwing knives, 2 kunai, 2 windmills, and 2 smoke bombs.) Does this mean that, after using two smoke bombs, I have to somehow go out and get more?
Also, Tsutae has over 9000 chakra. Would I be allowed to use a 1000 chakra technique ten times without a considerable rest?
[...And neither can exist without the other...] In battle one must obey their items as well as chakra. If you only have 10,000 chakra points and you try and use a 1,000 point move ten times then you'll die. If your chakra hits zero then you die. Everytime you fight you must abide by this. When you're training it doesn't matter really. It only matters when you're fighting. If you have a certain number of weapons and you use them all in battle then there is actually no way to get more of those items unless you use a skill like Tobidougu or some type of weapon summoning.After the battle is over then it doesn't matter how you get your weapons back. The only exception to that is a special weapon. Like the ones that Drago gives to certain people. Also, post your changing to your characters weaponry in the Training Completion and I'll patch it up.

In refference to you alls debate on genjutsu rules, take it up with Drago. Put up a good enough argument and maybe he will consider changing the rule you wish changed. But for the time being this debate has to come to an end. Rules are rules and that all there is to it. You just have to abide by them. Please and thank you. sweatdrop

Okay TO Cut this down to short For Everybody.
I am sorry but Right now it seems as if I am the only current Mod. All the rest our busy with their rls. So Am I.
We Are also creating another system were A Person will be able to pick Stats to increase for their overall level of knowledge.
Body
Mind
Soul
But We havn't worked all the bugs out. I am sorry that We have been taking a little while longer than What I expected...Bu the summer has hit us hard. Especailly since I just got promoted at work and I have less time to be online.; But I should be on more often M-W.

To add on to what they are saying, Thats not how much chakras he has thats his chakra control. Naruto uses kage bushin no jutsu which he uses to summon more clones. Kyuubi chakra is always active in him. But sense it's not his chakra he gets put under the genjutsu. For example when sasuke put him in the genjutsu. Naruto was in it and not kyuubi so kyuubi woke him up. Naruto only uses Taju kage bushin or Mass replication when he has access to alot of kyuubi chakra when its awaken or when he uses it the battle is over from then so you don't see how much chakra he has used.

The village is destroyed. This has happened with MetalMist. Just post at the docks going to a new village. Then you can finish your training. Also did those summons get approved?

Okay, and I never learned to summon anything. I don't know if their approved or not, just can be learned if your in the Morganna clan.
