Grace clenched her jaw when Diana started naming off some of the things that had happened to her. Even though it had happened a long while ago, she could still feel the pain of the things. Just seeing the photo of the giant cross burned on her back made her shift in her seat. Almost like the scar suddenly grew itchy, tingly. Even with the scars on her face, they grew warm having to see the pictures that were taken, and the written report of what had happened recently with Dylan and his men. "What can I say, there are a few bad eggs that don't like Orion, or Dereck. I was mugged and beaten up a little. Random acts, don't know who the people were, and I don't care to know." Grace wasn't sure what this woman was expecting from her. She wasn't going to speak about any of the s**t that had happened. It had already been taken care of, and was in the past. There was no way that she was going to find anything on her brother or her husband to implicate them in any crimes. "You're so busy trying to ******** the Angels and Reapers that you are letting the real criminals slide right under your nose." Grace leaned forward over the table, and tilted her head to the side a little. "You might wanna unscrew that p***s of yours sometime. It's fun being a girl, maybe getting laid will get the ******** stick out of your a**. Get rid of that boner you have for the MC's." Grace looked toward the door, leaning back into her chair. "I'm done! Let me the hell out!"

Jasper Fox
Jasper nodded his head. He understood the need for secrecy between the two about Cadence. No one else at the club would understand. It probably would be all work away from the club to get her out of this. If only Jasp had shown he could have protected her, maybe she wouldn't have put herself in this situation."I understand."
As he listened to his president talk, he let out a breath, fists slowly unclenching. She had made the decision, fully knowing what would happen to her. That he was sure of. And yes she did it for family, but yet also out of her own stupidity to go to that guy for safety. Now it was just something they had to plan and wait out. Hoping nothing happened to Cadie in the mean time.
As Orion mentioned passing a message to Lena, Jasper shook his head. He was glad Cadence was seeing her mother. Probably a safe bet for the girl. And if she was with the KOB, then it was smart to not see any of them for her own safety. But damn what would he say? It wasn't even like he could reassure her that they would get her out and free at this moment. "Man, I don't even know what I would tell her right now. But it's a good option to keep open."

Dereck Michael Thompson
Dereck knew what it was like to stop taking drugs. He had seen the effects firsthand with Jackson, who was now deceased. But still. "I know." He breathed out a deep sigh and rubbed the back of his neck. He was going to be angry, really angry once the effects wore off. Then there would be the headaches, the sickness. But, he would figure out a way to deal with it. He had to if he wanted to keep Lyn. As soon as she brought up that there was more to the totem pole than his dealer, his eyes narrowed slightly. How could she know about any of this? Now that he thought about it, how did she get these photos? There was no way she had followed him, and he knew that for sure. "Is there something that you aren't telling me?" His voice was calm, but there was a hint of anger behind it. Anger because it seemed like she knew more than she was letting on, and he didnt need her getting involved in the drug trade like this. Enough had happened to her because of his affiliation, he didn't need her to willingly get involved in things like this.

"I won't be broken I won't be tortured I won't be beaten down" ~Orion Michael De La Cruz~ "We'll get her out. She is a tough chic. She'll be okay." Orion offered the words with a pat on the back. He knew Jasper was probably freaking out, Orion secretly was. He was terrified that she was going to get herself killed on her latest adventure. Orion smiled at the baby. "Cadence should be like an honorary member at this point. She seems to have our back like no other." Orion chuckled. "Puts some of our guys to shame really. A girl with bigger balls then most of the men." He was scared for her, put also extremely proud of her. She had acted for the sake of the Club, with no concern for herself. ~Ryder~ I have the answer I can take the pressure I will turn it all around ~Five Finger Death Punch

Agent Diana Peck-Kochette Outfit The Agent pursued her lips and collected the pictures off the table, filling them away in the folder than the folder in a briefcase on the floor near her chair. As Grace leaned over the table, Di leaned right back,"You know what Grace, I think you know more than what you want to say. These aren't just random acts." She then leaned back standing from her chair, and making a motion to the camera before checking her watch. Diana picked up her case and walked around the table to be standing next to Grace"If I had wanted to nail either MC for the s**t going down, I already have more than enough evidence. Yet here I am trying to figure out what's behind it all. Would you just like me to take your advice and get those idiots into jail?" Di strode to the door, with her hand on the handle, she turned and spoke once more before opening the door to which the guard to bring Grace to her cell walked through, "You know you girls better get off your ******** asses and stop waiting for those men to come save you. Trust me don't care that much. But as I said, I'll be back in a few days. Take the time to reflect on what I've said."And with that Diana left the county prison. Right out the front door and straight to her car where she let out a frustrated sigh just as soon as the door was closed. Luckily for her, even by the time she got back to the station, she'd have some time to look into Officer Mendez, print some papers, load some documents on her laptop for research tonight, and see what string she could get pulled at the prison to have those two only deal with female guards. Maybe that small stint would get her some credibility with them.

Location: Soul Reapers Company: Dereck Wearing: Wearing Lyn shook her head again lightly. She didn't want Dereck worry about it, not with trying to get clean. It would be too much stress all over again. And yet how mad would he be if she didn't tell him what she knew? That this whole drug thing was probably in deeper than he thought in this town already. The last thing Lyn wanted was for him to go after Dylan. Yet going into it all blind could make it all worse for him.
Maralyn turned away from Derekc and took a few steps towards the other end of the room, letting out a quiet breath. Turning around she faced him again, "You remember Dylan? My ex from.. well about a year ago now. Dereck... he's the supplier your dealer has been using. By now who knows how many dealers he has selling here or any surrounding towns. It's what he does. It's what he came here to do. As well as take down the two main MC's. That's one of the reasons you need to stop using. He'll kill you and make it look like a ******** accident." By the time she had all that out, her hands were slightly shaking, and so she just crossed her arms over her chest. Why had she even gotten involved with him over a year ago in college? Why couldn't she have been like every other college kid that just turned to booze to help forget their worries? She was mad at herself for being in this position again. Mad that she had put Dereck in such a vulnerable position. And yet there was nothing she could do but try to fix it. Fixing it, for now, meant she had to be that twisted SOB's b***h again, even though she had gotten his name covered with a tattoo earlier this week. At least until Dereck was out of the danger zone. Then she could tell Dylan to shove it again.

Jasper Fox
A small heartless laugh left Jasper's throat,"Hell man, I don't even know if she'd want to be that honoray member after all this s**t."" Yet Orion was right. Cadence had balls. Always had had them. It was amazing that she got herself into trouble and never seemed to care. Just dived in head first. Certainly she was braver than most the guys in the club. At times that included himself, that he would admit. "But whatever I gotta do, I'll get her out of this mess. " That he owed to her at least. She had done so much for the MC, he couldn't let her rot for that. It wasn't fair. He'd have her back, hopefully when the time came, Rion would have his to back him in front of the club.
Jasp looked over his shoulder at the baby,"You're family's a group of fighters. She'll hold out a while longer yet I'm sure. Have you seen Grace yet? How's the Momma doing?"

Grace's lip curled up into a scowl when Diana spoke about the men not caring that they were locked up. Her hands tugged at the chains, standing up hastily. "I said I'm ******** done!" Her eyes narrowed at the prison guard that came inside to unhook her from the table, before briefly glancing at the retreating figure of Diana. That woman had absolutely no idea how much Orion cared, and it certainly was not her place to speak about things of that nature. This time, she wasn't taken back to the cell block with Cadie, no. She was taken to solitary, where Officer Mendez was standing at the door to her room, waiting for her. "Now, I know you didn't just name drop me to the damn feds.." He cooed, grinning. His hand waved away the other two guards, leaving Grace standing in the middle of the room, her hands still cuffed in front of her.
Grace should have known that Mendez would be here. Ever since Cadence was brought in he had been spending more time, watching the two women. Though, he had not gone after Cadence yet, even though she was related to Orion as well. That itself was kind of odd. "Yeah, I did. What are you gonna do, lock me up in here by myself?" Her lip curled in disgust, backing away from the door as Mendez walked inside and closed it behind him. "No, I'm not going to give you the easy way out." Almost in the blink of an eye he grabbed Grace's cuffed hands and held them above her head, slamming her back against the wall. "If I were you, I would rethink what you're doing. My husband will hurt everyone you love."

"I won't be broken I won't be tortured I won't be beaten down" ~Orion Michael De La Cruz~ Orion shook his head. "It's the Irish in us. Too thick to give up or back down..." He chuckled. "I know she will be okay. Cadence laughs in the face of danger. She is nuts. I don't think she was born with that part of the brain that tells you to run or be afraid for your life or safety. She just...never backs down, or scares." He was shaking his head. As long as he could remember that was just how his sister was. She didn't care what happened, she was going to give it to you straight. Orion glanced at Jasper a moment. "I wish I could say I had seen Grace. Each time I go it's complete bullshit. I'm not on the list. The list hasn't been approved. I haven't been approved yet since I have s**t on my record. Someone is trying to keep me from seeing my wife. Bastards...."~Ryder~ I have the answer I can take the pressure I will turn it all around ~Five Finger Death Punch

Dereck Michael Thompson
Dereck could feel the air in the room shift as soon as Lyn turned and walked away from him. He had a feeling he wasn't going to like the answer she gave him, and he absolutely did not. His breathing picked up a little, and his hands fell to his sides, hands clenching into fists. He was angry that she had been meeting with Dylan in private, especially after what he had done not only to her, but Cadence and Grace as well. "You've got to be ******** kidding me." He growled, moving across the office to swing open the door. "Lucky, stay with Lyn. By her side, do not let her leave your sight no matter what. She has to piss, then you just look the other way." His eyes turned to Lyn, softening on her. Yes, he was angry, but not at her. "Where can I find him?"

Jasper Fox
Certainly was something in that families genes. But he was right. Cadie didn't have that back down nerve anywhere in her body. She scared, that Jasper had seen, but she wouldn't turn away. Not Cadie.
Jasp shook his head at the next bit of news."Damn man. That's crazy. Maybe Lena could see Grace too or Moira." If Orion couldn't go, might as well send someone that could. Surely Grace was tough, but they also had to make sure she was ok. At least Cadence had started talking to Lena, who they could all get reports from. They now just needed someone to check on Grace. Make sure she knew they were working on it.

Location: Soul Reapers Company: Dereck Wearing: Wearing "Dereck." She called softly to his reaction of what she told him before he moved to the door, swinging it open, and yelled down the hall. Lyn just shook her head, she wasn't going to take one of his guys away from him to be babysat. He needed the guys more than she did, at least that's how she felt. If Dereck was going to go anywhere guns blazing, she wanted him to have as many men with him as possible. Nate was great, and wouldn't let bodily harm come to him, she was sure. But Nate was just one guy."Dereck, no. Lucky needs to stay with you. You've only got him and Nate."
When he turned to her she could see the anger simmering in his blue eyes. Damn this was going to be a fun roller coaster for a bit. As firmly as she could Lyn responded, "You're not going after him Dereck. That's what he'd want you to do, can't you see that? For sure he'd get you thrown in jail for assault, battery, murder even depending on what you plan to do. And you wouldn't have any leg to stand on."Lyn was sure that would be part of Dylan's plan. Get Dereck out of the picture. Hell she was sure she got those photos because Dylan thought she'd break up with Dereck. And what could be better for Dylan then for Dereck to come strolling up?
Lyn closed the strides in-between them. Reaching out to touch Dereck again. Probably not the best idea at the moment, but she needed him. Needed to feel his strength and firmness to keep herself strong. To know he was going to fight this, drugs and all. So she couldn't just lay down either. "He left the pictures on my car at work in an envelope. He didn't hand them to me directly. Besides I've got the pups at home. That's the only place I plan to be tonight. This .. I just came here to figure out those pictures." She tried to explain. Not that it would calm him down any, but maybe they could plan their next steps partly logically if she got him to think about it. She had come here for answers so she could figure out what she needed to do. Actually talking directly to Dereck had probably been the best thing. Now she knew for sure and where he was on it. Yet what could they even do at the moment, she wasn't sure. And yea the pups were only about four months old, but they would let her know surely if anyone was around.

Agent Diana Peck-Kochette Outfit As they day turned to evening, and the time began to wind down towards dinner, Diana left the station. She had emailed and called the warden of the County prison with her request for female staff only to handle the two females. Not saying that that would solve the problem Grace implied. But it was a possible good start. She didn't know the guards there, and she damn well couldn't get the woman out without some information that could be used. So for now, all she could do was wait for the reply.
On her way home, Di decided to stop at Officer Mendez's house. He was not home, but yet his wife was. Diana smiled kindly at the lady, even after she said her husband wasn't home. The brunette handed the lady one of her cards, man was she leaving those around today, "Have him call me please when you see him. I think he may have some information that would be useful to my investigation. At least that's what everyone at the station says, and I like to be thorough." She told the woman before leaving. She planned to get what information he had on the De La Cruz's. Then she would ensure he wasn't messing with any witnesses of her's. Including Grace and Cadie. She planned to file for a warrant against him once she got home. If he violated the premise she placed, she'd have his gun and badge for the duration of the investigation. Again not that that truly would stop him. But it would hinder him. It was too bad the blonde female hadn't put a restraining order against him before she went in to County.
With what she could do for the day mostly complete, Di drove to pick up Alyvia from the daycare that picked her up from school. And before long the two girls were sitting in a booth of a restaurant enjoying dinner as Di listened to the tales of her daughter's first day in first grade in Shadow Creek. A smile lay on Diana's lips as the young girl recounted all that had happened and the friends she had made. Eating out most of the week was probably not healthy for the girl. Something Di had to get better at. Yet the convenience was what kept drawing her into doing it. It wasn't so much of a treat like it had been when Lyv was younger. But that also went to having Lyv spend most of her afternoons in a daycare as well. It made Di feel guilty, yet she couldn't do anything else. She liked to keep the girl away from her job as much as possible, only bringing her into the stations with her in dire need.

Dereck Michael Thompson
Dereck knew that Lyn was right. If he wanted to get back at Dylan, he needed some more help. And he knew exactly who to call. Someone that was one of the people that founded the Reapers. Someone family, and someone who has a damn good reputation in both Shadow Creek, and Greensville. "Alright, I need to make a phone call, then. But you are not to see that ********. Understand?" His finger pointed at Lyn, and he knit his eyebrows together worriedly. He didn't care about going to jail, he had been there before and he could do it again. What he did care about was keeping his woman safe, making sure that snake couldn't get at her. "Lucky is going with you, and he is going to make sure nothing happens to you. I have someone else I can call, which is more than enough to go and question my dealer downtown. Just, let me send him with you. He's going to go either way, whether you like it or not." Dereck then grabbed his phone and dialed a few numbers, walking out of the office and into the hallway. He spoke in a hushed tone, keeping the phone conversation brief. When he finished, he looked toward Nate, and gave him a small smirk. "Called in my uncle.".

'Cause sometimes you just feel tired, Feel weak, and when you feel weak, you feel like you wanna just give up It was the next day at breakfast. Cadence seemed even more quiet then usual, and totally out of it. Her eyes had this distant and unfocused look to them. She sat staring at the food, it looked gross which made her a bit thankful that she had absolutely no appetite. She was drugged out. A total zombie from the amount of drugs they were pumping into her. She forced herself to eat the toast, banana and drink the milk. The rest of the disgusting meal she pushed away. "Grace...Ben is coming again today. I will need a nap before I visit with him. Will you be okay for an hour to two?" Cadence did not want to tell Grace the meds were making her feel extremely ill and cloudy headed. "I think my sugar is low..." She admitted. ~Candie~ But you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength And just pull that sh*t out of you and get that motivation to not give up And not be a quitter, no matter how bad you wanna just fall flat on your face and collapse. ~Eminem
