It's like if you don't give a ******** about nobody here, then why you here?

I can't tell if he came for the tournament or to be the real heita.

I'll do my best to try and explain Vintrict rationally.

He isn't really a "bad person" in terms of like.. I wouldn't go "he's three grades shy of Adolf Hitler."

You can find people all over Gaia who'll say "me and Vintrict used to be friends, ribble rabble." So obviously there's some likable qualities to him at some point in time.

But at some point over the years, the guy's self esteem died. A mixture of being incapable of admitting fault and incapable of admitting inferiority in any given situation. He'd rather "be right" than reach the actual correct conclusion in a dispute or problem. Where it happened is a real mystery; maybe something in his personal life happened or, maybe him taking over GTB from Clash was just a terrible idea and it gave him an ego trip. Who knows.

So, he started floating around antagonizing people. Not like I do where I ******** with someone now and again when it strikes my fancy, but more of a ceaseless, senseless assault. He gets validation from this. He'll do whatever he needs to in order to get the biggest, most hostile responses - and the easiest way on Gaia's to insult women of course.

The more people that group up and tell him he's wrong and why, the more correct he feels. Inversely proportionate, if 20 people are riled up, Vintrict feels great because it means he's an "individual."

I actually feel sorry for him which is why I've tolerated and personally allowed for him to come by at places now and again. You might think he's a "troll" or what have you but, nobody and I mean absolutely nobody stalks behind a group doing this for years let alone the many years he has (easily 6+ since he started wigging out) in a detached manner without an agenda. You just don't. For all the trash he talks about the roleplayers in this general group, the guy goes where they go whenever humanly possible; that is a fact.

So it's easy for me to not get mad at all when he does something anymore because it's obvious when a discussion's about ...axes or something, and Vintrict pops in to call someone a slut and say their art is terrible and (etc), that it's a cry for help. Sadly, it's done in a way that has always and will always alienate all but the most patient and tolerant, because it masks the purpose of why he's doing it.

Plus he's a f**.

Hael misinterpreted a few details but essentially got the jist of it.

Despite what some may think, Vinny only makes personal attacks. He only voices his opinion about people he felt has slighted him in some and because he has this really exigent sense of things, a really extremist point of you, he goes overboard.

So I am assuming he went H.A.M. on Darkest due to something she recently did that goes against his code of friendship.

I know why he is holding a grudge against me.

And Tres and He ******** too good but alas the love they tried to share could never be because Vinny is rhino stubborn.

To make matters worse his tenacity is all we praise him for anymore so now that is his claim to fame. Being that guy who fights the crowds.

My solution to the problem, treat him like a child you were babysitting for money. Since you can't physically discipline them, they deprave them of their secondary need when they get out of hand. You stop paying attention to them.

As long as he was engaging in civil discourse, I responded to him. The moment he made a personal remark, whether I personally was insulted by it or not. I would stop. Leaving him with nothing to do but post wrestling gifs in hopes that someone would say something or to find a new target.

Hence his switch in target here. He baits Tres in... Tres barely gives him what he wants. He tries me and realizes I'm actually not falling for his s**t. Now Silver, YES! even if she doesn't make a big deal about it, someone else will because she is beloved.
