I was hoping to coordinate with Jian... But I didn't know it was going to be so soon, so it doesn't matter I guess. Even if I left Yelsain now, it'd still take sometime.
It was to be my understanding that its display was going to be an encounter for most of the rp'ers towards the end of the chapter... Not just a handful. But whatever.

Auto'd your character a little, Des. Hope you don't mind. Just trying to keep things moving along, don't wanna get bogged down in conversation.

I do mind.
Ask first. Inform me of what you're intending, then instead of doing it for me, I'll do it with you.

For skyborne's clarification, and for anyone else who cares to read:
The sith function is going to be a display for predominantly sith characters. So first off, yes, it's a "sith" thing. But, quite a few people have sith characters anyway. Notably: Cinn, Nightwind, Nova, Sythica. Plus, let's consider that it automatically includes danika. Skuld i don't think will attend since she's got her own plot in progress.
However, I had been discussing working this before the chapter ever began (the best laid plans start long before they're implemented). So I was going to have warren and jian join up too.
That really leaves Caiser and Kyber, Kira, Quaina and Dixie, really not in attendance.
From the beginning of the chapter, here's what's gone down so far:
Cinn started with attacking a planet, then sent invitations out. Warren attacked a slave ship inbound to sith space and discovered the "party" plans. The Jedi council ordered Jian to rescue Danika, whom would be at the party. So as it is shown, the events were in motion day one.
I'm not even going to point fingers as to where things should have gone better, or the importance of communicating with others. Or to ask questions when one isn't sure... All I know is that the people with the party plans announced this pretty far in advance to allow people to prepare.

So, we've got the party of the sith. I assume Dixie is a bounty hunter as well as Quaina on Yelsain. And the dynamic jedi duo has fun playing indiana jones in a mountain top somewhere.
That pretty much sums up everyone right now, right?

For clarification, Dixie's a pirate and soldier-of-fortune, not a bounty hunter.
Also, I love the holographic tunnel Skuld. Well done.

At least someone liked it. I figured those bikes are easily heading 90 mph or higher. So, noticing the difference may be difficult when you're trying to react in time.

True enough. Hey, are you on Yelsain? Want to hook up and play with me for awhile? I don't think Qaina and Dixie are gonna be together for much longer...

Qaina: Not my fault you shoot everything that moves. That tends to make paranoid people jumpy. Not that I'm paranoid or anything...

Both of my characters are on Pergitor. They've been there since chapter 3 started, pretty much. The trooper knocked over a transport and my smuggler was drinking at first, but the last five posts have been on that planet i think.

Dixie: Hell, I am paranoid. Keeps me alive and screamin'. Hope you put that gun away, though, cuz you've made this a pissin' contest and I've done drunk a lot of water...
@Skuld: Shiny. I could head over there once I manage to get off this rock. If Sayla doesn't kill us both, that is...

Summertime is always a time of slow-down periods for people. Even though a lot have free time because the winter schooling is done, they have other obligations, predominantly with family.
At least, that's what i'd say years ago. Nowadays, i'm not sure who's still in "school" and who's not, but if people are like me, sometimes you're swamped. Sometimes you lose the creative buzz. Regardless of the excuse, time grows less and less as you progress along the path of life.
Being guilty of this myself, I have learned some temperance, and patience, even in these tougher times, hoping that folk will be able to pick up in similar fashion. 3nodding
