Luz Maria grabbed a swing and sat down "At least your relatives are normal.... Well, some... Everyone in my fmaily's a bunch of freaks." she shrugged "But, I wouldn't trade them for the world."

"Pfft, gimme a break, chico. Matthew seems to be the only normal one. He looks like Alfred, and he's not stupid like him." she nodded "Hmm... I wonder what my siblings are up to? I haven't seen them in a while."

Tennessee's slow but deliberate shuffling to the General Store for some medicine had somehow led him through the park. The boy paused and glanced around as he realized where he had wound up and lightly scratched the back of his neck. Ok, so maybe his governor was right that meningitis was slightly more serious than he thought if the disease had thrown him off enough that he had gotten turned around this badly. Andrew still was pretty sure he didn't need a doctor, though.

The state paused as he tried to get his barrings on how exactly he was supposed to get from wherever he was to wherever he was going.

Tennessee flinched slightly in surprise when someone appeared behind him. He blinked at Lili as he tried to figure out how she had managed to sneak up on him. Either his old instincts really had died over the years, he was much sicker than he thought or...

Andrew paused when he recalled her disappearing act he had witnessed at the festival. He frowned lightly as even now he couldn't make sense of what he had seen then. Instinctively he politely nodded to her in greeting.

"Yeah, I'm Tennessee," he said, not remembering if he ever told her his name at the festival since he had definitely met Liechtenstein in the past. "It's alright if you call me Andrew, though."

The state blushed lightly although it was hard to tell since his cheeks were already a little red from illness. He glanced away when she pointed out his less than stellar condition. "I-I'm fine," he said. "Just feelin' a bit under the weather is all... But what are you doin' out here? Why aren't you in school?"

Tennessee blushed when he felt the small girl's hand on his forehead but didn't move. Though he had found how cold she was to be a little creepy the other day, now it felt good against his overheated face. The sickly boy was almost a little disappointed when she pulled away to scold him. Andrew just blinked at her impersonation of a mother hen that was so unlike the fussing he was familiar with from North Carolina and, sometimes, Georgia. Actually, his big brother was probably the worst mother hen of all his neighbors...

"That so?" Andrew said more than asked when Lili admitted she'd never been to school despite the fact she was supposedly one of his school mates. He wondered if he should point that out to her or not, but it was the most honest thing the petite impostor had said to him so maybe he should let it go... for now. "Why don't you go to school now? It's just over yonder... You could still prob'ly make it to first period." He motioned in the general direction of the school.
