The users eyes taking on a bright blue color, due to their entire body being flooded with Ranton chakra. This affects the user's Taijutsu and Bukijutsu techniques, making them act at one rank higher in both speed and power. Its effects last for a total of four posts, leaving the user physically exhausted for the next two posts afterwards, reducing their offensive activations by one. A cool down of three posts is required before the technique can be used again.
Character: Ai Technique Name: Storm Trooper Rank: D - B [ Each rank must be trained separately. ] Type: Bloodline - Taijutsu/Bukijutsu Element: Ranton Description:The user coats their limbs or weapons in Ranton chakra, resembling liquid lightning if coating weapons, or dark storm clouds with an electrical current through them if coating limbs. This coating is used as an enhancement for Taijutsu and Bukijutsu, treating all physical techniques as complex for the duration of its usage.
D-rank usage lasts for five posts, causing mild shocks upon contact; capable of transferring through a weapon if clashed with one. C-rank usage lasts for four posts, causing moderate shocks upon contact, capable of transferring through a weapon if clashed with one, and also causing painful muscle contractions to the local area of the strike. B-rank usage last for three posts, causing heavy shocks upon contact, capable of transferring through a weapon if clashed with one, and causing temporary paralysis as well as burns. If B-ranked usage is utilized in the form of Bukijutsu, it is capable of piercing armor up to its rank.
A cool down of three posts is required before it can be used again.
Character: Ai Technique Name: Laser Gun [ A.K.A "Pew-pew no Jutsu" ] Rank: C [ Learning rank requirement. ] Type: Bloodline Element: Ranton Description:This technique follows a similar process to is parent technique, Laser Circus. Manipulating one's ability to mold Raiton and Suiton chakra, the user will channel the chakra through their arms and release bullets of liquid lightning from their hands forming the shape of a gun. In trade for their maneuvering capability, the bullets are granted the speed equal to half to that of Sunshin. These bullets pack a powerful punch, equal to that of B-rank in terms of impact/electrical damage, and are three times the size of the user's fist. It is more than capable of knocking human-sized targets off of their feet, as well as severely injuring unarmored targets. A single bullet requires ten chakra (per hand), and up to a volley of five bullets can be shot for three chakra per bullet (per hand), at the cost of their damage being reduced by one rank.

Description: Iron Decree, originally, is a small back tube made of pure iron that has been passed from generation to generation in the Storn family. Although it is seemingly useless item there is great power behind it. Iron Decree has two main components, a passive and an active. The passive component is that it can store Iron Sand with a reinforced seal that lies at its core, making it capable of storing up to five S ranked [500 Pounds] amount of Iron Sand within it. The active component is that by paying chakra, the small iron rod uses the Iron Sand that is stored within to transform it into another weapon.
Ability Summary: • Passive: Iron WIll: Iron Decree can channel Iron Sand techniques while in weapon form.

Iron Lord’s Decree can only be transformed into 4 weapons maximum and comes with a Katana already built into it from its former master. The additional 3 weapons must be trained [3 posts per weapon], and applying a new weapon must be done from the base of another, making it [2 posts to deconstruct the old weapon, 3 to construct the new one].

The piece of wood itself is able to store chakra that Ryouichi doesn't use. The way this happens is by him releasing the chakra that he has gathered through the Tenketsu into a natural piece of wood. The piece of wood is only able to store the full amount of Ryouichi's maximum chakra. I.e. if Ryouichi has 900 maximum chakra the piece of wood is able to store 900 chakra. The piece of wood must come from a tree that has grown naturally without the help of chakra. -This Creates a Single use item that can be sold or given by Ryouichi. -Can only have 5 on his person at any given time
Stimulant Storm Trooper For these the thing is that you could actually just wrap your attacking limb in ranton, but I do see where you are going with these so that you get your elevated ranks and such. For your two post physically exhausted in Stimulant I need you to go into detail as to what happens to your character. Can they use jutsu but not tai or buki? Or is it something else? • Venomous Union: Kumotake and Sukoso share the inherent ability with each other to produce venom from fangs. Their bond has granted Kumotake with a set of poison glands to accompany them. His poison is weak in comparison to Sukoso's and isn't lethal...truth be told he prefer not to use it unless absolutely necessary.
• One Among Many: Sukoso and Kumotake had shared a bond so close that Sukoso sought a way to stand out from the other spiders and demonstrate it's strength to compensate for Kumotake's weak demeanor in the face of danger and abuse. The result was Sukoso freely able to manipulate it's size among three categories. Minuscule enough to retreat into Kumotake's body which was it's original form, slightly larger as a normal spider, and finally large enough to be ridden. (( I want this. I will sacrifice Jutsu slots or whatever to do this slap a huge cost on this baby, Bojangglin cooldown of a million years, make it out of combat only, whatever it bleeding takes, even my own real life blood if you want it anything to make this Pa work.))
Reflecting: Given the nature of referring to combo-ing swordsmanship, I'm going to assume that this technique has a 'Close Range-only' nature to it, meaning within 5 meters. If I am correct, then approved.
Idol: I'm fine with the first part, as by the time the user figures out they're in a genjutsu, the stance has been nullified. And if this technique's last statement is only a 'Requires 1 rank higher than it would be for any Kai cost involved', then that too would be acceptable, as it would be following the regular Kai guidelines.

Character: Liori Mundo Technique Name: Bakuhatsu-Tekina Kōkei [Explosive Sight] Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Bakuton Description: A variant on the technique Daisan no Me [The Third Eye]. The user molds their clay into a small eyeball with one of their mending mouths. Closing a single eye they form a connection between their ocular nerve and the lump of clay allowing for sight through the clay while the linked eye remains closed. The eyeball floats around the user if not under direct control, which can be achieved by hand movements, at a maximum of [1] yard. When under the control of the user's hand the eye can reach distances of [15] yards. The eyeball can then be attached to a creation made from C1, giving the user sight and control over the creation. This enables the user to look around area's they wouldn't be able to easily due to size or restriction. Useful for recon and general shenanigans can move anywhere in the thread the user is in, leaving said thread with the creation would require the user to follow it. Explodes with a force of [1/2] an explosive tag but if combined with C1 it increases the blast force by [1] whole explosive tag.
Character: Liori Mundo Technique Name: Ryūsei Ame [Meteor Rain] Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Bakuton and Katon Description: The user accumulates a large lump of clay filling both their mending mouths to the brim, chewing it for [2] posts. The user then chucks the lump of clay high into the air with all their might, as it reaches its peak the clay lump begins to split into smaller balls. The small balls of clay begin raining down around the area, Katon chakra engulfing them in fire. The sky will look like a meteor shower for [2] posts, the balls of clay creating explosions of [1/2] tags upon contacting anything. The jutsu can also be dropped from the sky (assuming the user has the means, C2 for example would allow for such a feat), removing the need to leave themselves open while they throw it. This jutsu is usually used as a siege attack, sending a village into panic and leaving it open to attack. What it lacks in power it makes up for in sheer number.
Character: Liori Mundo Technique Name: Ryūsei Sumasshu [Meteor Smash] Rank: C Type: Bloodline Element: Bakuton Description: The user wraps their hands or a single hand with their clay, hardening it quickly into a gauntlets. The gauntlets are able to explode, forwardly, with the force of [5] tags, increasing the force of the users punches greatly. When either hand is wrapped in the clay the user is unable to use the mouth to mend more clay... The plus side of this is the user is able to grab blades with minimal risk as chakra is constantly rotating around the clay acting as a minor shield for their hands against anyone trying to use chakra on their weapons to cut though it. Can only stop Bukijutsu techniques of C rank or lower with the clay. Will explode if hit by a Raiton jutsu of B or higher, damaging the user with [1] explosive tag worth of damage and anyone around with the force of [2] explosive tags... this will cause damage to the users hands, tearing and burning their skin in minor cases.

Though it is possible to begin to work against the jutsu, it is impossible to do so when dealing with reflexes such as grabbing for something when you're falling or flinching away from heat.

Character: Sonyo Kuno Rue Technique Name: Deficiency Rank: C-rank Type: Eiseijutsu Element: Suiton Description:After making a hand seal, the user envelops their hands in Eisei-fused Suiton, creating a semi-permeable membrane. By feeding directions to this chakra during formation, the user can change what can penetrate the membrane, but once the jutsu is casted it cannot be changed. Using osmosis, the user hits the target, drawing out a specific vitamin or mineral from the opponent; this can be anything except water. Deficiency in any vitamin or mineral can cause serious issues-- therefor the effects of the deficiency must be stated along with the jutsu. Genin can cause acute deficiency, Chuunin can cause moderate deficiency, and Jounin and above can cause Severe Deficiency in their target. This jutsu also has healing properties, as sometimes someone has an access of a vitamin or mineral in their body.
