So my pokemon game I decided instead of being based on Australia it's now based on Western Canada.

Sure... also in my dex there's a moose evo chain(normal/ground) and Australia doesn't have moose. lol
Also I guess bidoof/bibarel would have to return. >>
EDIT: Only Surf and Fly would be HMs in mine.

The reason it's for distribution is because it's rarer than rare... as in you can only get it during winter and even then it's like a 1/128 or something nuts like that to actually encounter it.
