Rain walked around looking at the buildings intill he noticed a large kanji symbol on a red building representing fire. Entering the building, they made their way up the stairs to the office door as he knocked twice waiting for an answer.

Closing his eyes, and taking in a breath, Rain opened the door and stepped into the room with Raito who had Akari slung over his shoulder. Stepping into the center of the office, Rain opened his eyes to stare at Qastor with his purple rippled Rinnegan eyes. "It seems like we have never met before... Hokage... I am Rain Kiryuu... a wandering nin. A former ninja of sound and mist. I've heard you've obtained news of what's happening in the moon village currently. I would like to hear this story... For I want to help stop this so called wave daimyo." stated Rain as Raito set Akari down in a sitting position on the couch and then went back to Rain's side to wait for an answer.

"I see, well we should talk about this then, shouldnt we," he stood up and motioned to the window. Pointing out the dojo he showed it to them,"that there building is the dojo, I am there..."

Rain looked in the direction of the dojo as Raito picked up Akari and slung him over his shoulder. "Very well... I shall see you over there..." replied Rain as he went out the door exiting the building and heading over to the dojo.

{Jounin of the Leaf}{Uchiha Prodigy}{Pheonix of the Leaf}Kaazar walked into the Hokage's building and nodded at some of the ninja walking around. They were surprised to see him, but he just smiled to them. He knocked on the Hokage's door, waiting to be addressed.

Kaazar took a seat on the couch and looked at the ceiling. "A while back I met a shinobi by the name of Daidem Uchiha. It's seems his presense was lingering around an area I traveled to."

Qastor sat back now and changed his tone,"I can assume you learned more of the Mangekyous origin in this case, your returning here must mean you are ready to take a step in that direction." He stood up and walked around his desk now,"Just know that such a power is not meant to cause good.... with great power comes great destruction... and great sacrifice..." He sat down beside Kazaar, as a lone tear rolled down his cheek, he handed Kazaar the anbu mask. Standing up he moved back to his desk and hid beneath his paper work, he would see Burian and the rest... he needed to go.

{Anbu of the Leaf}{Uchiha Prodigy}{Pheonix of the Leaf}"Oh. He seemed like a good guy but he disappeared before I could ask him to train." Kaazar answered rubbing his hand through his hair. "I have learned a lot more about the Mangekyou and the treacherous path to obtain it. I've decided not to take that path to receive it." Kaazar watched the emotional display by Qastor, figuring someone close to him hand an encounter with it. Kaazar took the mask and it took the shape of a bird. He placed it on and bowed to Qastor. "I'm ready to move up in the ninja world. I vow to protect this village to the best of my ability."
