At once, Eric pointed his lance into the air. The light refracted in the crystal blade of the lance and splits into many. The rays of light were able to take out many of Leon's undead warriors for the price of one cast as a result.
"It worked, Firin!" While relieved, he could not lax on situation just yet. The lancer heard the rebellious cries of one of his companions and turned to it, only to be greeted by another new ally. Female this time, and yet somehow found her way to a statue almost immediately. That wasn't going to help the horses at all.
Being that Roxanne could handle that, Eric decided to make a charge for Leon now that a path was temporarily carved ahead. He leapt at the Necromancer with the intention of stabbing him through the chest while he was distracted with the succubus.

Skipping out of the way of the Death Knight's sword, Vor'dra couldn't help but notice the tug on her body as Leon tried to banish her. Fortunately Roxanne's demonic bond was far stronger then a simple banishment. Still... getting the hint that her advances weren't going as planned, the succubus backed off as Eric charged in to take her place.
Thankful for her clawed staff, Roxanne yet again swatted the idol from somebody's grasp. "s**t...." the warlock muttered, taking a step back as Tear's belly suddenly ballooned outward. I know elves had a knack for magic but that kind of sudden growth is just ridiculous... she thought.
He let the demon throw herself from his armoured form as he could sense the male warrior throwing his full weight with his weapon at Leon as he willed his nectromatic energies to his platemail to reinforce it but it was cutoff by the rays of holy light from the paladin and lancer's combination attack, Eric's spear struck home but the death knight only smirked at his opponenets.
Firin cut down one more undead before she could see the idol that had been held by the elf was gently rolling towards her. With a turn of her heel she scooped it up as her sword slash another skeleton to dust. She had to keep this thing safe but the paladin wanted to just toss the evil thing aside but her own divine shield kept most of its effects down, but to her chagrin her belly swelled just a hair until she could shield the idol with a seal.
Tear, shocked as ever at her stomach's sudden growth looked to the motly group in the fierce battle. She had to do something. Wit that she chanted from her breath her fingers wiggling as she raised them to the sky recalling one spell from her memory. The grey sky flashed as her spell was completed, a searing bolt of lightning crashed down on the ground near the death knight, followed by strike after strike surged down, searing as many undead as she could.

(Just out of curiosity how far along/big are all the girls now? I mean sooner or later they're going to explode with babies right? xD or monsters or whatever :p)
(The answer is everyone has a super stretchy womb, can fit as many babies in as they want. I'd guess about six to seven months everyone is at.)

(As for answering SD's question, I'd agree with Fallen. Time and magical growth combined is about accurate to six or seven months. Although I think Roxanne still holds the title of biggest. :p)
(Despite the poll attached to this thread, I don't believe we ever agreed on what the females are pregnant with. But given the magical natures of the pregnancies, it gives us the flexibility to choose what we want them to have. For example, given Roxanne's demonic nature/affinity whatever she gives birth to will likely be tainted as such. Whereas a paladin like Firin, might be pregnant with an angel or being of divine light.

"No, stop!" Roxanne yelled, closing the gap between herself and Tear and clamping her hand over the elf's mouth. Of course it was too late, the spell had been cast but at least she could stop the elf from channeling the spell and growing any bigger.
Sidestepping around the elf to give the newcomers belly room to grow, Roxanne slowly removed her hand from the elf's face and shrugged. "I tried to stop you... The idol's magic you carry feeds off of other sources of magical energy." She explained.

Though she had completed her spell, Tear found her mouth being covered by one of the human women. She had to look from the side to see her, but the warlock seemed to be the biggest of the bunch. When the warlock had removed herself and quite a distance away, Tears own belly had sweleld to nearly the warlocks own and now it was getting cold.
"That thing?" The elf reasoned as she looked to the armoured warrior carrying the idol. "Feeding off magical energy interesting, I'd love to get my hands on that for a little more reasearch! That's going to have to wait though." Tear cried as she recalled her sword appearing in her hand.
((I apologize for my lack of activity. I have been doing my best to at least keep up-to-date with what is going on but right now I'm not sure where I can kinda, jump back in so I need so help. where would be a good place to do this?))

Max dropped the barrier, but the amount of undead that had been killed left no effect of them being overwhelmed. While the Lancer and Paladin made their move he stopped to catch his breath already feeling a little dizzy. Glancing up he noticed a short elven woman pick up one of the idols. His eyes never left her instead they stared in disbelief at what he saw.
The idol began to pulsate and glow and the elven woman's middle swelled out like a balloon bursting from her outfit and wobbling happily like all the other expectant women around him. The large rounded warlock waddled to her side as the short woman cast a spell.
Her belly twitched and shook swelling out once more almost matching the girth of the warlock. Max blinked, a bit frightened because the elf didn't seem to mind having a large tummy jutting out for all the world to see. Those idols..what were they? He could have sworn he saw runes upon it when it pulsated.
"Max behind you!" Scrillo suddenly warned. Sensing danger he turned to watch a zombie with a large meat hooked hand rush for him. CLANG!!
Their blades locked together, but this zombie seemed to have some smarts and punched Max in the gut. He grunted but then felt the hook pierce into his body. The zombie had missed anything vital but the pain hurt terribly.
In anger he yelled gripping the undead's face and concentrating. Using his magic to light the thing on fire it disintegrated. Max winced pulling the hook out of him as his silvery blue blood oozed and mixed with the snow. Crouching he grunted starting to loose conscious. Dammit! He was loosing too much blood!
Three other large meat hook holding zombies appeared surrounding him. Scrillo used her weak magic to try and slow them down some. Max was caught now, distracted but a swelling elf and a magical rune. He closed his eyes waiting to be pierced to death.
This wasn't the way to go, there was so much he wanted to do. Max wanted a family, a legacy...dammit why now?
The hook wielding zombies were practically hanging over Max when they were set ablaze by a yellow flame. While Max's life was saved, the hot smell of burning zombie flesh was none too pleasant. "I found one!" Mina shouted out from behind the group. She held in her hands a yellow and pink candle, the wick lit with a yellow fire. She quickly waddled over to join the battle, though she went over to Max to chat up his ear of her proud achievement. "You will not believe how long it took me to find this. At first I was thinking of using Phoenix fire, which is good against undead like these but one problem." Mina pointed to who she assumed to be the leader of the undead army. "They have a controller, so even if I did set them on fire they'd still be able to hurl their flaming bodies at us. But then I remembered that I had this!" She turned to the army and flicked at the candles flame. Tiny fire balls went out and set several of the undead on fire. Mina's belly did swell some with this use of magic. "Necromancer's bane!" She cheered, turning back to Max.
"You see, these fires, while not so good at the burning of flesh." Mina looked to the still burning, but no longer moving, corpses. "Are great for cutting off the connection a necromancer has over the undead, it even makes it to where their skeletons can't be raised back up!" Mina placed a hand on her hip proudly.

The voice of a woman and the cries of agony filled his ears. The pungent smell of dead flesh filled his nostrils causing it to crinkle up a little. Opening his eyes Max's life had been saved. Saved by another pregnant bellied, petite blonde haired candle witch.
She had found a Necromancer's Bane, a magical candle so rare that only few of them existed in the world. Demonstrating it's power he watched her smaller belly poof out some more. Like all the women around him she had a motherly figure, but it was more apparent on her short form. Still no matter how odd this was she had saved his life.
The woman began to explain to him happily and he nodded. "Well with this it seems we have a better way of dealing with the problem." he replied staring at the lifeless corpses.
"Without their dark magic and their connections they return to what they originally were. Man Miss luck must be with you. Nercomancer's Bane is a rare artifact. Also...you saved my life. Thank you...so much. It seems I have a lot to learn still..." he spoke with genuine kindness.
Turning to look at the large number of undead he winced a little using some of his magic to heal his wound. Though the pain hurt and the loss of blood was making him dizzy Max would be alright. Turning to the candle witch he took her empty hand and held it, placing his other hand on top cupping Mina's hand.
"Allow me to protect you while you use that candle. I'll keep the undead away from you. It's the least I can do for the woman who saved my life. I'm Max by the way, just let me know when you want to get started. With this artifact we might be able to turn the tides of this battle!" he said warmly staring into her soft eyes.
She was kind of cute actually, he wondered if she was single? Shaking the thought out of his mind he gently let go of her hand and would act as her guardian so she could get close enough to the undead without herself and her little ones getting in harm's way.
It was all happening so quickly. Truly, the breakneck speed at which the battle was unfolding could best be described as staggering. There had been a shout of something about undead, and then the little encampment was crawling with the creatures. "Err... Undead? Right, right! Undead! I've got something for that!" Cassius muttered, his thoughts catching up to the current situation. He began waggling his fingers on either side of his head and closed his eyes hard, trying to concentrate. It wasn't easy, what with the level of 'blowout' he'd given himself not too long hence, but his brain finally settled on something. "I've got it!" Cassius strode proudly into the fray, noting the impressive destruction his newfound compatriots had displayed. With his hands splayed before him, there wasn't anything left but to say the words... "Ah...uh... Blagh?" he felt the chaos of his momentary stupor channel the magical energy he'd built up...and then launch him backwards as it exploded in front of him. He was blown right back into the cart, crashing into the back wall right where he'd landed after his previous folly.

(Nice to see you around again, Mischievous!) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eric was surprised that he made his mark. Not because he didn't think he would get close enough, but because the necromancer didn't even feel himself being impaled by a lance! "He's not even human..." Muttered Eric as he stepped away from his target, what have they all gotten themselves into. This guy was more powerful than he expected.
"Just who are you and why are you attacking us?" He says as he points the lance back at the necromancer. He couldn't possibly be immortal. There had to be a way to take on this guy. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Meanwhile, Bella was for the most part spectating the battle. Of course to save face with the group she did assist them using the barest bones of the basics of elemental and levitation magic to assist them. They were doing fine, and luckily she had a new guinea pig in the form of the now round elf. Though she did think that her partner was overdoing it just a we bit much.
"I can see how this is becoming an epidemic for you you all." She says to no one in particular.

Flinching as suddenly Cassius went flying backwards past her and into their carriage. Thankfully due to the magical nature of the carriage its axel's and major components withstood the unexpected assault and the man's flying body only broke the back bench.
Fishing a healing potion out of her satchel, Roxanne handed it off to Max as she noticed the blood drooling out of a wound in his side. "Share whatever you don't use with whats his name." Roxanne said, nodding her head towards Cassius. "I'm sure that landing had to break a rib or two."
With Eclipse the cerberus and Vor'dra her succubus again by her side, Roxanne advanced to stand behind Eric and Firin as the two knights cornered the enemy necromancer.
