Carol walked out with Carlie, and looked to Hammond with much disgust. "I hear the JLA Satellite was abandoned, Hal. Wanna go lock him up there?" she asked.
Meanwhile, Carlie walked up beside Hal and gave him a hug. "I shouldn't have run out of there, Daddy... I'm so sorry..." she said softly. "Please don't be mad at me..."

Hal glanced down at Carlie and wrapped an arm around her. "I'm not mad at you." he replied gently. "I wasn't before."

Hal smiled a little and gave her a reassuring squeeze. "I'm not mad." he replied. "You jumped to conclusions. I would like to spend time with you. But with the way things are going right now..."

Smiling a bit, Carol rested a hand on Carlie's shoulder. "Tell you what, Carlie," she said. "How about we make you a deal: You help your father and I on these recruitment missions, and once Hal feels it's okay to relax (which, to be honest, might take a while, knowing him), then we'll take you out shopping-- both of us." At this, she cast a knowing look to Hal.
Carlie gave a happy squeal, and hugged both of her future parents. "Thankyouthankyouthankyou!" she said, before practically skipping back inside the Sanctum.
Carol grinned and looked to Hal. "Heh... she reminds me of me when I was her age. Remember how I told you once that I was a spoiled brat as a kid? My father would get me whatever I wanted if I screamed loud enough for it? Well, take that approach with her-- minus the screaming part-- and she'll be happy. Trust me... It worked for my dad."

Hal looked over at her and arched an eyebrow at her. "So what? I'm just supposed to spoil her? Give her anything she wants so she doesn't grow up until she's thirty?"

Carol laughed. "Of course not, Hal. You cut deals with her, make her work for her rewards. And when she's earned it, then you shower her with gifts and praise. A sort of... Pavlovian conditioning, you know? My dad did that for me when I found out that just yelling and screaming wouldn't work. And now look: I'm the CEO of Ferris Air..."
She stopped. "Oh God... Ferris Air... Coast City... What happened to them?"

Hal shifted uneasily. "Last I checked....it....doesn't exist here." he replied. "In fact, I haven't been able to contact Oa, or even locate it. There are a lot of places that just...don't seem to exist here."

"But that's impossible. Oa has the Central Power Battery for your rings, right? Without it, your rings can't function. So Oa has to be somewhere..." Carol said with a frown. "Maybe Ganthet would know."

Hal shook his head. "Wherever it is, I can't locate it. Neither can my ring." he replied, then looked back at Hector. "Lets just get all this settled out first, then go back to see Ganthet."

Madalyn watch as the battle had slowly ended and slowly looked at the kitchen. "Really? Thank you, thank you!" she said as she wrapped herself around her older sister.

Hal nodded. "Right. Get him locked up, then finish up here and head over to see Ganthet." he replied, surrounding himself and Hector in a green aura as they lifted off of the ground.
Sapphire looked back at her younger sister and nodded. "Remember. Inside. Stick with Warp." she said, then turned to go find a couch to sit down in. Or another room to change into....something. Her costume was trashed. She'd either have to find something, or make herself something.

talma looked at warp and said you know some times i think this is just a dream then i pinch my self and confirm i'm awake, there are my favorite superhero's here its like a dream come true .
