((Yeah I know. I pulled it off Wiki..though who can you trust on Wiki. The Chakra shield is lisited in the Puppet section of the jutsu list in the guild. It the same jutsu used by Chiyo though.))

((mine isn't a genin jutsu I looked it up its chunnin plus your is completely ifferent in the post not what you found on wiki. Plus your Gmodding saying that your puppet can do that faster than a bolt of lightning.))

((I'm not saying that its not B ranked or anything its just that to say that it can block most hits and stuff then only do some jutsus like iron sand and that its a THIN layer of protection (Thats what she posted) She goes to wiki and say that it blocks a lot of stuff and that my jutsu is genin when its under chunnin rank witch is still powerful but not over powerful. Plus that she can do it before lightning hits her. Lightning is faster as ****))

(well chakara has been proven to be stronger than anything like when the fumma clan used the heart jutsu on naruto and the couldn't cut through the chakara strings......now iron sand isn't the only thing that can defeat, things like hand to hand combat can work against them especially those who have super strength or the hyuga clan can defeat it since they use chakara against chakara like how he cut through the web strings.....now how long does it take you to create that thunder exactly)

((I'm not saying that. Plus its a jutsu that lightning isn't something that just goes slow and takes its time. Its going faster than the speed of sound which is as fast as modern day jets can go if they have the right stuff.))

(But you also have to add to this time range......your handsigns, the creation of the lightning like maybe a cloud appears or something, and then the actual shooting of the lightning.........now she could have already anticipated an attack and used the jutsu)

((Also the fact it is not as fast as natural lightning. Cause Natural lightning moves at 93,000 miles per second. To which no one on earth can dodge. Now look I blocked it, if you want me to get technical being a Lightning user myself I would know that seal combination and used the shield arrocdingly. But I blocked it, and you have dozens upon dozens of poison coated exploding kunai comign right at you. Now stop wasting the entire day fricken OOCing and just get back to the story.))
