Yugi skittered out of sight, cheerful to be doing something more than hanging around. Ryou considered asking his yami why, but decided quickly against it. "A week? And is Yugi the only new person to have shown up?"

"I think vegeta was here when you were awake so....yup..." Rei hugged him agian but quickly let go "Im sorry...I've just been worried..."

Ryou was thinking of shrugging Rei off when she hugged him, but he didn't have to when she let go. After hearing what she said, he felt suddenly pained-- nobody had ever really been worried. Not about him. The concern touched him, and he pulled Rei into a tight hug. "I'm sorry to have worried you... But I don't really have control over that kind of stuff."

"A week..." Ryou muttered to himself, his voice just a little off. There was a small sound in the doorway and he glanced up to see Mikuru, who shyly ducked out of sight, and Yugi, back with a drink and a bowl of what might have been soup.
"I'm not sure what you wanted to eat but Mikuru thought you shouldn't eat too much at first, since you've been unconscious for so long." Yugi chirped, quickly handing Ryou the drink of water. "She went to find Sylvia. You've met her, right? She's the doctor." Yugi presented the bowl of soup, which his friend eyed icily before accepting, abruptly looking normal again.
Yami Yugi rumbled from his soul room.
Yugi thought back quickly, to calm his yami down. Yugi didn't exactly like the other yami, but he wasn't as spiteful as his own yami was.

Rei smiled softly as ryou took the bowl. She was happy to see him acting normal.
"Yup im the doctor." Sylvia said as she walked into the room with her bag and a large bottle of water "Here. Since you've been out for a week your most likly dehidrated" Sylvia said handing him the bottle.

Ryou set the food to the side and felt a bit overwhelmed by everyone handing him things. But he took the water bottle, quickly unscrewing the cap and to take a drink. He could sense his yami lurking dangerously close to his conscious, and was feeling irritated by the spirit's twitchiness. If he felt so nervous around Yami Yugi, why on earth would he pull him into this world?
Bakura responded to Ryou's silent question, surprising the teen. He certainly wouldn't have pulled the pharaoh out if he had known how much energy it took, and how long he would have been out. A week? The damned pharaoh could have attacked him if he had the balls to. Anyone could have-- the body had been completely unprotected.
"Bakura?" Yugi's voice interrupted and startled both Ryou and Bakura. "You okay? You've just been staring off into space..." Ryou had taken the cap off the water bottle and then had froze, holding the bottle and staring blankly in front of him.
"Oh, I'm sorry, I was just thinking..." Ryou was quick to apologize, and took a large gulp of water to avoid having to say much more.

"Dont feel bad i've seen rei go into worse trances..." Sylvia said chuckling.She leaned on the wall.
Rei stuck her tougne out at sylvia.

"Yeah, sure." Yugi said, smiling a little. "When I get to talking with my yami, just lose focus of the entire world. Yami says I sometimes retreat into my soul room, and leave the body empty. He always scolds me for it." The short teen focused his attention on Ryou, looking a little confused. "I didn't realize you actually spoke to your spirit, Bakura. Yami says that you two seem to have more of a parasitic relationship."
Ryou, who really didn't like talking about his yami and whatever relationship they might have-- especially in front of others-- looked away shyly. Bakura told him warningly not to say anything to Yugi about him. "Um, well, it's kind of complicated..." He muttered, as a half-assed excuse for not talking about it. He quickly tried to think of something to change the topic to.

"Yea well...I dont think Rei can use that exsuse...She's just and airhead at times..." Sylvia said.
"I am not an airhead!" Rei complained.
"You sat in here for a week with the same book." Sylvia said.
"I had a newpaper as well..." Rei said.

Ryou looked mildly surprised as he realized what had been implied. Rei had stayed in the room the whole week? "Now I feel bad for waking up when I did, when you were out of the room." He commented, looking to her. "Had you been in here the whole week?"
"Most of it." Yugi seemed to enjoy every opportunity to speak. "Yami got bored and they dueled, which was why she was gone." Ryou looked thoughtful for a moment, his eyes vacant.
"So who won the duel?" Ryou hadn't felt the need to ask. Yami Yugi was the king of games, practically unbeatable. But Bakura had demanded that he ask, for whatever reason.

"Rei did." Sylvia said now poking at rei's head.
"Do you know how to re attach fingers?" Rei asked.
"I do...Why?" Sylvia blinked.
"Because if you keep poking me in going to bite your off..."

Bakura began to laugh mentally, which scared Ryou so much he retreated into his soul room. Bakura was switched in control, and the change was rather disturbing. Ryou was just sitting there calmly, then his eyes widened, and suddenly he was throwing his head back and laughing insanely. This made Yami Yugi quickly take control, looking tense, but he seemed to realize that the other spirit wasn't doing any harm, just... laughing. He scowled. "It's not that funny, thief." Bakura soon reached a stopping point in his laughter, but didn't respond to the pharaoh.

"...Oddly I have to agree..I dont see whats funny. I mean I beat you as well" Rei said to bakura.
"Mabye he's happy he's not the only one that got beat by a girl?" Sylvia sugested. Rei just shruged.

"I have my reasons for losing. The main one being I was using a deck ill-suited for actual dueling, mainly full of monster cards to defend myself with." Bakura said, flexing his hands. His knuckles popped like firecrackers. "I am also not the 'king of games.' He is."
"It sounds to me that you're just making excuses." Yami Yugi said arrogantly, never once taking his gaze off of the other yami, who gave him a somewhat intimidating grin. Yami Yugi hated how quickly the spirit and Ryou switched control, without warning. Especially after being gone for so long. That damned spirit just seemed to bounce back from anything and everything.
