Sanvi's eyes flashed pure green for a moment before she sprang forward, her speed enhanced by her vampire blood. She scratched at him with magic-tipped nails. Her hair might have appeared reddish at the tips.

The man jumped away, ducking under her attack. He moved to punch her in the stomach.

Sanvi gasped when she was punched, but she continued her attack. She turned quickly and where the red tips of her hair touched him, they'd burn him.

Then there was rumbling in the hallway.
"Oh s**t!" Garin said and threw off his startled attacker. He ran to Sanvi and jumped to knock her against the wall.

Sanvi's eyes were still flat green. She tried to push Garin aside to attack the man again. The normal part of her wondered what was going on.

Garin hugged her against his chest and pushed them both against the wall as the rumbling got worse. "Joshua is pissed," he said to Sanvi.
The afore mentioned vampire came bounding around the corner with a limp form over his shoulder.

Sanvi recognized this and her eyes snapped back to normal. She didn't want to see like a threat. "...C-Cassandra...?" she asked.

Joshua caught sight of his older brother and rushed at him.
He jumped back and let the bigger man rush past him.

"Is she hurt?" Sanvi asked Garin. She tried to push past him to go to Cassandra.

Sanvi slowly went to Cassandra. She was as non-threatening as she could get. "...I want to help her..." she said, for Joshua's benefit.

Joshua was too wrapped up in fighting these two vampires.
Cassandra lay unmoving on the floor where Joshua had left her.

Cassandra was battered, like she had been in a bad fight.
Garin moved in to help Joshua in the fight.
