A rotating sig changes images each time you refresh. Kara Zor-El has one, and so does Barbara GOrdon. It's one way around Gaia's sig limits. Basically, a site hosts an HTML script you link to in your sig, and the site randomly loads pictures into your sig from a selection you pick.
