Oh and thanks again Skivvies, it means a lot. heart I'm 14 weighing in at 145, can bench 155, a squat 22, and well hate to fight even though I boast about being able to fight all the time.Also I cane RUN LIKE HELL.

I ish now 17, weighing in at somewhere between 195-205 lbs... 10% Body Fat... Can bench 200... I don't fight people; I punch them and they go down...

WTH? You're 14?! I'm 15, 5'9" should weigh like 130 I weigh 120 TOPS and get screamed at cause I'm too thin which I can't help. I can barely bench press my dog and squats are unthinkable!
I got made fun of in health cause I have a BMI of like 9.3% i think? or that was fat. I am kickboxing but thats comes slow. You need to learn the forms first.

I would be AFRAID if I had a BMI of 9...
You are probably closer to 20...
Mine is perfectly in the middle of healthy BMI.
I AM A PRIME PICTURE OF FITNESS.
I am also taller than most buildings... JK
I don't think being 6'7" is that weird...
