patrick heard the woosh of the blade as it flew at him. triangulating the sound to his head he determined it was going to his right leg. he shifted his leg just in time to avoid being hurt, but it skimmed him anyway. it was like a serious papercut, so not bad but it hurt. he couldnt tell how bad it was though because he couldnt see it. "augh!! max hurry! get away!" he knew the sound would reach max. what am i gonna do? im almost out of options. wait, i just may have something. i dont know if i can do it though.

The blade hadnt pierced through, but it made a cut. Vijay's sword lay near Patrick pierced through the ground, then, the jello looking wires that made up the sword came shooting out of the object forming toget to attempt to made a dome surrounding Patrick. If it worked, he wouldnt be able to get out, but Vijay didnt want to stick around to find out. A second after Patrick fell, everything was done and Vijay took off this time using one of the ninja techniques.
((and i mean like you vanish and reappear or something. i just think your moving fast. hehe))

"I'm fine, you don't need to worry about me..." Strobe said, his hands on his knees, his breath heavy. But, it wasn't as heavy as it could have been. He was actually doing alright.
Ventus and Angelo inspected the Director's house.
"They were here alright..." Angleo said, noting the broken security bots and the smashed monitor. "Ventus, you have the keenest eyes. What do you see, my friend?"
Ventus looked around the room, his child's mind hooking onto anything that piqued his interest. When Angelo asked something of him, he tried his best to focus, though. He looked all around, drawing blanks everywhere. That is until he looked outside. His mind hearkened back to the days spent watching Scooby-Doo on saturday mornings, and he got excited, flapping his hands in the air. "Footprints! Footprints!"
"Yes, very good, Ventus. That's the way they went. C'mon!" Angelo said, fading them once again out of reach of sense and power.

"darn, he got away. i should have been faster." he tried all different types of waves and signals until he found one to break the cage, but it was tough to maintain so he was worn out after he broke free. "i hope i bought them enough time."

Vijay and his jello state form jumped from tree to tree, sensing ki readings getting closer and closer. His footprints might be trackable, but the great part about this body was that it was invisible to the most keenest ki reader. His body was too lightweight to read and as high ranked assassins, they were trained to keep thei ki to the utmost lowest level for hiding.
They arents going to get away that easily. he thought to himself.
Soon enough, he was almost caught up with them, he extended his sleeves to reveal many scars of cuts in his skin. from the many came out lots of wires heading to the pathway of the escapees.

Any moment now they ought to encounter trouble, perhaps he was being a fatalist, but he didn't see how they hadn't already been found. Calmly his eyes closed for a moment as he brought each of his hands up and used the other to pull his gloves tighter onto his fists. He waited patiently as slowly followed the others, calm on the surface, but every moment his mind was on guard. He could sense no presence approaching them, that alone was unnerving.

Vijay had finally caught up with them, and it seems that the scientists had done a good job with the form, he really hadnt been dectedted, he steered clear of his own pathway to make an intersection with the experiments'. As soon as he knew he was infront—according to his watch and ki readings—he landed on the ground, waiting for the chance to strike. soon enough, their ki readings had come to his range. He learned that the plasma weilding experiment had come with them, and Vijay realiezed he would be the perfect toy to use against his own friends. So, at esactly the right timing, Vijay shot out his cords, hoping to catch the experiment called Strobe. what he didnt fail to calculate was that Kioko was the one closer to him, and that she was an element weilder.

Kioko was dodging tree limbs and rocks, looking back at Strobe. she was afraid that if they were caught now, it wouldnt be good, considering that Strobe's power was still low. He had about a few more hours left. at their pace, they had been running for a while, and she was afraid that he would wear out without the extra energy, so when she felt the air around her constrict and had a feeling of something, she freaked out. She turned her head just to see a boy with his arms out extending, and coils comming out from it. And it wasnt just any ordinary boy, it was Vijay nontheless. As an instict, she skidded to a quick halt and jump towards Strobe pushing his out of the way, and getting herself hit. she fell to the floor, strugging against the wires that were now attatching themselves to her.
If strobe was hit, he would've been done for, now, he just needs to run before he takes control of me. she thought to herself.
"STOBE!! run! get out of here NOW!" she yelled screaming in pain. the process was unbearable, whoever thought of this power was seriously mental.

Vijay clicked his tongue. He hadnt gotten his target, but she was just as good to use as him as well.
"After all, an element weilder can do so much damage already. she had been very unfortunate to block the plasma weilder out of the way." Now he smiled as he watched her writhe in pain and telling him to leave.
Slowly, Vijay stepped into the clearing.

In a couple seconds time Crow was flanking the boy from the side opposite Max, he wasn't using his powers yet. The less the boy knew about them the better their situation. At least he thought so, he didn't know that he could scan them, and Crow was a high profile experiment to begin with. He slowly stepped in the way between the boy and his two friends behind, waiting patiently for the next move.

Vijay smiled sourly and the cut wires instantly pulled themselves together. he pulled on his wires, catching a glimpse of the element weilder's body go limp. she was under his control now.
"so, i'm giving you one last chance, come with me quietly, or risk the life of this girl here." he said, reeling her limp body in bringing it infront of him.
The wires were hooked to her back mostly, from her spinal cord to her head. It looked painful. Vijay loved playing with his opponents. turning each other against them. It was his version of having fun so to say.

Crow remained very close to Vijay, his fists were clenched. As much as he held back, he couldn't help the small aura of power that built around him as he stared blankly down at this new opponent that would threaten their lives. This was where he hated his powers, they were meant to destroy, not to protect. If he attacked now there was no telling how the wires now so close to Kioko's vital areas would react. He could bring this boy down literally before he could see it coming, but it could easily come at a heavy price. He wasn't sure if they could afford to formulate a plan now. His mind raced through thoughts, while primarily a war machine of pure power, Crow was also technically a genius, surely there was some way they could escape this situation without harm coming to his friends.

((Hey, relax man, there is always a way. Personally I think it's nice to have an antagonist that can actually give us some thought to go through, I was getting bored of helicopters. We haven't even tried yet, I doubt it'll be all that horrible. I'm sure she just had him escape from patrick so that it actually hit the rest of the group. I must say back earlier just before you arrived in this RP it must not have been much fun for the other members when I stood back and hogged one of the helicopters to myself.))
Crow thought about the experiments he'd heard about. Hunters, retrieval units, little bits and pieces he's heard about in the labs. He went over anything he could think of, and how it might help them here.

((basically another Crow, except in another form. The answer is actually super easy to find out once we start fighting i guess. i just wanted the rest of the team to actually fight him too. lol, it took me like loads of time trying to find a way to get my dude past patrick.))

Vijay reeled in the element weilder's body. The wires attatched to her made her stand up on end. She was still limp, but not for long. She took out a vial containing a liquid substance and gulped it down, wiping the small trickle from his mouth with his sleeve. After a while, the red liquid's effect began working. Vijay's strength raised and he could feel the energy flowing through him. He pumped the excess energy through the wires connecting to the element weilder's body. You could see the red color of the energy flowing through the wires and entering Kioko's body.

Kioko's hands suddenly went from limp to a tight ball of fist. Her legs steadied herself onto the ground and she lifted up her head. Her once brown eyes, now were dark red. She stepped infront of Vijay and faced the others, a blank expression on her face.
